Abstract

一种窗帘轨电动手动离合器,设置在电动窗帘轨上,在电动窗帘轨上安装有由电机带动的传动带和用于悬挂窗帘的滑轮帘钩组件。窗帘轨电动手动离合器包括离合体组件和离合杆组件,离合杆组件与离合体组件离合相连。在传动带上设有一处缺口,离合体组件设置在该缺口中与缺口两端的传动带相连可随传动带移动。离合杆组件设置在离合体组件下方并与滑轮帘钩组件相连可带动滑轮帘钩组件移动。本实用新型窗帘轨电动手动离合器的采用,解决了电动窗帘在发生停电或马达及线路发生故障的情况下无法进行操作的问题,进一步提高了电动窗帘的使用价值。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种窗帘,特别涉及一种窗帘轨电动手动离合器。
背景技术
目前市场上普遍采用的电动窗帘,在发生停电或马达及线路发生故障的情况下,会出现以下问题:当窗帘在开启状态下发生停电或马达及线路发生故障时,无法进行关闭;当窗帘在关闭状态下或开启关闭进行到一半时,如发生停电或马达及线路发生故障的情况,无法将窗帘开启或继续进行操作。这种状况给使用人带来不便并影响了电动窗帘的推广使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于提供一种窗帘轨电动手动离合器,使窗帘在停电状态下可以实现手动操作。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种窗帘轨电动手动离合器,设置在电动窗帘轨上,所述的电动窗帘轨上安装有由电机带动的传动带和用于悬挂窗帘的滑轮帘钩组件,其特点是,所述的窗帘轨电动手动离合器包括离合体组件和离合杆组件,离合杆组件与离合体组件离合相连;在所述的传动带上设有一处缺口,所述的离合体组件设置在该缺口中与缺口两端的传动带相连可随传动带移动,所述的离合杆组件设置在离合体组件下方并与滑轮帘钩组件相连可带动滑轮帘钩组件移动。
上述窗帘轨电动手动离合器,其中,所述的离合体组件包括离合体和两个连接件,离合体中部设有离合孔,两个连接件分别与离合孔两端的离合体适配相连并分别与两端的传动带相连。
上述窗帘轨电动手动离合器,其中,所述的离合杆组件包括连接体、离合杆、摆杆和滑轮组,连接体通过安装在其上的滑轮组悬挂在电动窗帘轨上并与滑轮帘钩组件相连,在连接体上设有与离合体上的离合孔适配的通孔以及容纳摆杆活动的长槽,离合杆的上部插入连接体的通孔中并可向上伸入离合体的离合孔中,摆杆的一端横向设置在连接体的长槽内并与连接体可转动相连,摆杆的中部与离合杆的下部可转动相连可带动离合杆上下移动。
上述窗帘轨电动手动离合器,其中,所述的连接体上的长槽内端设有可满足摆杆尾部向上移动的空间。
本实用新型窗帘轨电动手动离合器的采用,解决了电动窗帘在发生停电或马达及线路发生故障的情况下无法进行操作的问题,进一步提高了电动窗帘的使用价值。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型窗帘轨电动手动离合器窗帘轨电动手动离合器1,设置在电动窗帘轨2上,在电动窗帘轨2上安装有由电机3带动的传动带4和用于悬挂窗帘的滑轮帘钩组件5。图1所示6为动力箱,7为动力尾箱。
继续参见图1。本实用新型窗帘轨电动手动离合器1包括离合体组件11和离合杆组件12,离合杆组件与离合体组件离合相连。在传动带4上设有一处缺口41,离合体组件11设置在该缺口中与缺口两端的传动带相连可随传动带移动,离合杆组件12设置在离合体组件11下方并与滑轮帘钩组件5相连可带动滑轮帘钩组件移动。
参见图2,本实用新型中的离合体组件11包括离合体111和两个连接件112,离合体111中部设有离合孔1111,两个连接件112通过紧固件113分别与离合孔两端的离合体适配相连并分别与两端的传动带4相连。
继续参见图2,本实用新型中的离合杆组件12包括连接体121、离合杆122、摆杆123和滑轮组124,连接体121通过安装在其上的滑轮组124悬挂在电动窗帘轨2上并与滑轮帘钩组件相连,在连接体121上设有与离合体上的离合孔1111适配的通孔1211(配合参见图3)以及容纳摆杆活动的长槽1212,在长槽内端设有可满足摆杆尾部向上移动的空间1213。离合杆122的上部插入连接体的通孔1211中并可向上伸入离合体的离合孔1111中,摆杆123的一端横向设置在连接体的长槽1212内并与连接体121可转动相连,在离合杆122的下部设有容纳摆杆的长槽,摆杆123的中部插入该长槽中与离合杆122的下部可转动相连可带动离合杆上下移动。
图1、图2所示为本实用新型窗帘轨电动手动离合器在电动开合窗帘状态下的离合状态。此时,离合杆组件12中的离合杆122伸入离合体111中的离合孔1111中,离合体组件11和离合杆组件12处于结合状态。接通电源,按下开关,电机3旋转带动传动带4在双层离轨内运动,传动带带动离合器1跟随运动,离合器带动窗帘跟随运动,从而实现窗帘的开合。
图3所示为本实用新型窗帘轨电动手动离合器的摆杆分离状态。此时,离合杆组件12中的离合杆122己从离合体111中的离合孔1111中脱出,离合体组件11和离合杆组件12处于分离状态。可以实现手动操作。当电机出现故障或停电时,用手将摆杆123往下拉动,使离合杆122与离合体111分离,就能手动操作来实现窗帘的开合,并且在任意位置都可操作,可以使窗帘停在任意位置。
图4、图5所示为本实用新型窗帘轨电动手动离合器在手动开合窗帘状态下的离合状态。此时,离合杆组件12中的离合杆122己从离合体111中的离合孔1111中脱出,离合体组件11和离合杆组件12处于分离状态。只需拉动摆杆123平移就能实现窗帘的开合。图4所示离合体组件11和离合杆组件12己处于不同位置。图5所示离合杆组件12上方为传动带4,而不是离合体组件11。

Claims (4)

1、一种窗帘轨电动手动离合器,设置在电动窗帘轨上,所述的电动窗帘轨上安装有由电机带动的传动带和用于悬挂窗帘的滑轮帘钩组件,其特征在于:所述的窗帘轨电动手动离合器包括离合体组件和离合杆组件,离合杆组件与离合体组件离合相连;在所述的传动带上设有一处缺口,所述的离合体组件设置在该缺口中与缺口两端的传动带相连可随传动带移动,所述的离合杆组件设置在离合体组件下方并与滑轮帘钩组件相连可带动滑轮帘钩组件移动。
2、如权利要求1所述的窗帘轨电动手动离合器,其特征在于:所述的离合体组件包括离合体和两个连接件,离合体中部设有离合孔,两个连接件分别与离合孔两端的离合体适配相连并分别与两端的传动带相连。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的窗帘轨电动手动离合器,其特征在于:所述的离合杆组件包括连接体、离合杆、摆杆和滑轮组,连接体通过安装在其上的滑轮组悬挂在电动窗帘轨上并与滑轮帘钩组件相连,在连接体上设有与离合体上的离合孔适配的通孔以及容纳摆杆活动的长槽,离合杆的上部插入连接体的通孔中并可向上伸入离合体的离合孔中,摆杆的一端横向设置在连接体的长槽内并与连接体可转动相连,摆杆的中部与离合杆的下部可转动相连可带动离合杆上下移动。
4、如权利要求3所述的窗帘轨电动手动离合器,其特征在于:所述的连接体上的长槽内端设有可满足摆杆尾部向上移动的空间。
