本实用新型涉及一种高压气动发动机,包括由空气压缩机、储气罐、气缸、活塞、曲轴、传动轮、气阀,其中,所述的空气压缩机的输气管连接储气罐,储气罐的输气管连接控制气阀,控制气阀的气管接通入气孔,所述的气缸盖上设有入气孔与排气孔,排气孔内装有弹簧,弹簧上装有顶盖,顶盖用螺钉固定在缸盖上,所述的气缸内的活塞上的连杆穿过曲轴用销钉锁紧,所述的曲轴一端装有传动轮由皮带连接传动轮转动。优点是结构简单,利用高压气体冲击与释压推动活塞,用此来代替燃油,使其更加环保、节能。

技术领域:
本实用新型属于发动机,尤其是一种高压气动发动机。
背景技术:
现有的汽油发动机、柴油发动机是使燃料在气缸内爆炸燃烧,向外推动活塞做功,致使对能源的依赖性比较大,其所燃烧排放的废气污染环境。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,利用高压气体冲击与释压推动活塞,用此来代替燃油,使其更加环保、节能的高压气动发动机。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:
1、一种高压气动发动机,包括由空气压缩机、储气罐、气缸、活塞、曲轴、传动轮、气阀,其特征在于,所述的空气压缩机的输气管连接储气罐,储气罐的输气管连接控制气阀,控制气阀的气管接通入气孔,所述的气缸盖上设有入气孔与排气孔,排气孔内装有弹簧,弹簧上装有顶盖,顶盖用螺钉固定在缸盖上,所述的气缸内的活塞上的连杆穿过曲轴用梢钉锁紧,所述的曲轴一端装有传动轮由皮带连接压缩机的传动轮。
2、如技术方案1所述的高压气动发动机,其中,所述的气阀开关装有凸轮,凸轮轴设有皮带轮,皮带轮连接皮带,并固定在气缸盖上。
3、如技术方案1所述的高压气动发动机,其中,所述的气缸盖设有二个斜面入气孔,气缸盖内装有密封垫。
4、如技术方案1所述的高压气动发动机,其中,所述的气缸与气缸盖用螺钉固定。
5、如技术方案1所述的高压气动发动机,其中,所述的排气孔与排气管连接处和入气孔与气管连接处有密封圈密封。
本实用新型的优点是结构简单,利用高压气体冲击与释压推动活塞,用此来代替燃油,使其更加环保、节能。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的最佳实施例是这样的,参照图1至图3所示,一种高压气动发动机,包括由空气压缩机、储气罐、气缸、活塞、曲轴、传动轮、气阀,其中,所述的空气压缩机(2)的输气管连接储气罐(1),储气罐(1)的输气管(12)连接控制气阀(16),控制气阀(16)的接通入气孔(23),所述的气缸盖(24)上设有入气孔(23)与排气孔(19),排气孔(19)内装有弹簧(15),弹簧(15)上装有顶盖(16),顶盖(16)用螺钉固定在缸盖上,所述的气缸(6)内的活塞(7)上的连杆(10)穿过曲轴(8)用梢钉锁紧,所述的曲轴(8)一端装有传动轮(9)由皮带(4)连接传动轮(3)转动;所述的控制气阀(16)的开关装有凸轮(17),凸轮轴(21)设有皮带轮(5),皮带轮(5)连接皮带(4),并固定在气缸盖(24)上;所述的气缸盖(24)设有二个斜面入气孔(23),气缸盖(24)内装有密封垫(21);所述的气缸(6)与气缸盖(24)用螺钉(20)固定;所述的排气孔(19)与排气管(13)连接处和入气孔(23)与气管(23)连接处有密封圈密封。
工作原理:发动机启动是由空气压缩机(2)将气体压缩储存在储气罐(1)内,再通过输气管(12)输送到气缸(6)内,在进入气缸前通过控制气阀(16)改变气路的体积,进一步加大气体压强,当活塞(7)到达顶点时,凸轮(17)顶开控制气阀(16)的开关,在高压气体的作用下活塞(7)向下运动,气阀自动开闭,活塞的上下运动带转曲轴(8),发动机开始工作。当高压气体通过入气孔(23)直接冲击在活塞(7)上,同时加压的气体在气缸内瞬间的膨胀,在这两个力的作用下,活塞(7)迅速向下运动,在这个过程中释压的气体从排气孔(19)溢出,当活塞(7)运动到底部时,缸内气体压强降至正常大气压强。活塞(7)向上运动把缸内空气排出。工作中的发动机通过转动轮(7)带动空气压缩机继续工作,源源不断压缩空气输送到储气罐(1)内,过到动能的持久性。

Claims (5)

1、一种高压气动发动机,包括由空气压缩机、储气罐、气缸、曲轴、传动轮、气阀,其特征在于,所述的空气压缩机(2)的输气管连接储气罐(1),储气罐(1)的输气管(12)连接控制气阀(16),控制气阀(16)接通入气孔(23),所述的气缸盖(24)上设有入气孔(23)与排气孔(19),排气孔(19)内装有弹簧(15),弹簧(15)上装有顶盖(16),顶盖(16)用螺钉固定在缸盖上,所述的气缸(6)内的活塞(7)上的连杆(10)穿过曲轴(8)用梢钉锁紧,所述的曲轴(8)一端装有传动轮(9)由皮带(4)连接传动轮(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高压气动发动机,其特征在于,所述的控制气阀(16)的开关装有凸轮(17),凸轮轴(21)设有皮带轮(5),皮带轮(5)连接皮带(4),并固定在气缸盖(24)上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的高压气动发动机,其特征在于,所述的气缸盖(24)设有二个斜面入气孔(23),气缸盖(24)内装有密封垫(21)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的高压气动发动机,其特征在于,所述的气缸(6)与气缸盖(24)用螺钉(20)固定。
5、根据权利要求1所述的高压气动发动机,其特征在于,所述的排气孔(19)与排气管(13)和入气孔(23)与气管(23)连接处有密封圈密封。
