用于制造塑料袋的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料加工和安装技术领域。本发明涉及一种用于制造带有一个或多个端口的塑料袋的装置。
背景技术
在医疗领域中使用通常形式为薄膜袋的塑料袋。它被用于多个方面。塑料袋可用于收容注射液,还可用于储存血液(贮藏血)和消毒的医疗用液体。塑料袋需要有构造为所谓的端口的装填和抽取装置。塑料袋可依照使用目的具有一个、两个或多个端口。每个端口可按照设定的使用方式具有特定的造型和/或独立的结构组成部分。
例如,文献DE19634944C1和DE19958952A1公开了用于制造塑料袋中的端口的方法。文献中描述的制造方法为,将一个由塑料制成的整体插件焊入由两层重叠的塑料薄膜构成的塑料袋的边缘区域中。该插件由一个横截面积足够大的实心塑料物件构成,这样就能在插件中有选择地安置一个、两个或多个各自具有圆柱形通流横截面的端口。
塑料袋中的端口可采用不同类型的塑料元件实现。塑料元件可形成为例如由聚丙烯构成的、带有或不带EVA内层的挤塑软管。塑料元件还可形成为例如由聚丙烯构成的注塑件。
塑料袋的制造是以已知方式采用这样一种制造方法进行的,即,把两层将要相互焊接的塑料薄膜输送到一个焊接/切割模具,该焊接/切割模具可以是单用或多用的,也就是说,其模具形状可针对一个或多个塑料袋设计。将相互焊接的塑料薄膜的输送是以平面平行的、重叠的连续塑料薄膜的形式进行的,连续塑料薄膜通常作为吹制的连续软管未经切割或沿轨道切割地从薄膜卷上拉下,并借助于浮动辊保持伸展状态,其中,通过已知的器件(例如通过薄膜夹)确保:塑料薄膜的输送端位置精确地定位于由两个半模具构成的焊接/切割模具的输入端。
两个半模具随后分开,塑料薄膜穿过开启的模具。为此,真空抽吸器通常贯穿开启的模具,并抓住塑料薄膜精确位于模具输入端上的输送端,且穿过开启的模具将该输送端一直拉到输出端,接着,在两个半模具靠近(闭合)的过程中或之后不久,在塑料薄膜之间形成焊缝,其在轮廓上与塑料袋的形状精确对应,同时借助于装在焊接/切割模具中的分离刀自由切割塑料袋,并与仍是新的(未焊接的)塑料薄膜分开,从而将新的塑料薄膜的输送端定位在焊接/切割模具的输入端上。
所述制造方法在处理过程和为此使用的设备和装置的细节方面屡次得到优化。但是,迄今为止却未能成功地在塑料袋的制造过程中显著地提高效率。单个焊接和切割方法步骤的时序、成品塑料袋位置精确的处理操作、必要时塑料袋的装填和封闭以及希望将塑料袋置入包封袋中的情形都未能改变。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,通过新的或改进的装置来改进塑料袋的制造。
这一目的和其他目的都是通过一种装置来实现的,其具有一个组合式焊接/切割模具,用以分离并连接一层或多层塑料薄膜,其中该装置具有一个传送系统,该传送系统能沿着闭合的组合式焊接/切割模具经过,并且能将一层或多层塑料薄膜拉入开启的焊接/切割模具中。
焊接、切割的方法步骤或组合焊接/切割步骤可通过本发明的装置变得有效。当焊接或切割的过程仍在继续时,塑料薄膜在切割模具、焊接模具或组合式切割/焊接模具前被传送系统夹持住。
该传送系统优选为一个第一和/或一个第二夹持器,它们沿着切割模具、焊接模具或组合式切割/焊接模具的侧面经过。该第一夹持器和/或第二夹持器可被设计成机械手,其夹住一层或多层塑料薄膜。该传送系统也可通过真空抽吸器或辊子来实现。
在另一优选实施方式中,切割模具、焊接模具或组合式切割/焊接模具设有凹口,这样在切割模具、焊接模具或组合式切割/焊接模具闭合时,第一和第二夹持器仍能固定住该一层或多层塑料薄膜。通过合适地设置凹口及第一和/或第二夹持器,便能让塑料薄膜平展地固定在一下焊接模具板、一下切割模具板或一下模具板上。
通过一个带夹持器的本发明的传送系统,可缩短焊接、切割和/或组合的焊接和切割的方法步骤。在此情况下,优选的是,一个第一夹持器和/或一个第二夹持器绕着闭合的和/或开启的焊接模具、切割模具和/或组合式焊接/切割模具而行。该第一夹持器和/或第二夹持器在焊接过程、切割过程和/或组合的焊接/切割过程期间夹住该一层或多层塑料薄膜,且在开启焊接模具、切割模具和/或组合式焊接/切割模具之后将塑料薄膜拉入该焊接模具、切割模具和/或组合式焊接/切割模具中。这样一来,就缩短了周期时间,因为在该步骤中便已实施了夹持操作,且在该步骤之后夹持器不穿过焊接模具、切割模具和/或组合式焊接/切割模具。这样的传送系统可借助于机械手的平行导向在焊接模具、切割模具和/或组合式焊接/切割模具的侧旁操作。

具体实施方式
图1示范性地示出了用于制造塑料袋330的装置350及与之相关联的制造方法。图2中示出了塑料袋330的一个示例。其他附图详细示出了装置或制造方法的单个部件和/或处理过程。两层塑料薄膜120、130由薄膜供给器340提供。塑料薄膜120、130在此从转筒342上退绕下来。例如可将三层的聚丙烯薄膜用作塑料薄膜120、130。
三层聚丙烯薄膜可由聚丙烯和共聚物制成。这样的三层聚丙烯薄膜可由外保护层、中间阻挡层和焊接用内层共挤压而成。在装置350中,两塑料薄膜120、130的两内层贴靠在一起,两层塑料薄膜120、130一同卷绕在转筒342上。
塑料薄膜120、130从薄膜供给器340行进至薄膜印刷单元260。在薄膜印刷单元260中,有关塑料薄膜120、130的材料、待制塑料袋330的生产数据和内容物的信息被印到塑料薄膜120、130上。
两层塑料薄膜120、130从薄膜印刷单元260行进至组合式焊接/切割模具90。保持在嵌座180上的塑料元件250同样被置入组合式焊接/切割模具90中。
多个嵌座180固定地位于第一传动带上,且可通过第一传动带输送。嵌座180的进给在时间上与组合式焊接/切割模具90的行程相配合。在焊接/切割步骤中,停止进给。利用一装置给嵌座180装填上塑料元件250。该装填例如可通过压入到嵌座180的配合件中进行。该装填是在焊接/切割步骤中的静止阶段进行的。
在嵌座180的一个中,可保持一个或多个塑料元件250。在所示出的情况下,可将两个塑料元件250保持在嵌座180中。塑料元件250具有一个上方位置和一个下方位置,在下方位置上,塑料元件250可保持在嵌座180中。或者,也可让嵌座180自身或嵌座180的一部分具有一个上方位置和一个下方位置。在示例中,塑料元件250保持在上方位置上。在上方位置上,嵌座180可引导塑料元件250通过组合式焊接/切割模具90的下模具板(Werkzeugplatte)100。在嵌座180中塑料元件250的下方位置上,可闭合组合式焊接/切割模具90。
塑料元件250在组合式焊接/切割模具之前通过一个预热站270。此时,塑料元件250位于嵌座180上。在预热站270中,可对塑料元件250进行加热,以缩短或改进组合式焊接/切割模具90中的焊接步骤。如此实施该方法,即,在切割/焊接步骤中,使装在下一切割/焊接步骤中紧接着的塑料袋330上的塑料元件250位于预热站270中。预热站270被构造成可对四个塑料元件250进行加热,它们同时位于两个嵌座180中。
在开启组合式焊接/切割模具90的过程中或之后,再次启动第一传动带的进给。两嵌座180上的四个塑料元件250被置入组合式焊接/切割模具90中。
在组合式焊接/切割模具90中,塑料元件250的一端部区域被置入两层塑料薄膜120、130之间。在所示的本发明的实施方式中,用以形成两个塑料袋330上的四个端口的四个塑料元件250被置入组合式焊接/切割模具90中。塑料薄膜120、130尽可能地位于一块下模具板100上。该呈平面的下模具板100通过加热元件保持在大约100℃的恒温。该温度低于塑料薄膜120、130的软化温度。塑料薄膜120、130由此就可毫无问题地在下模具板100上滑动,而不会在其上“粘附”。下模具板100是由硬钢和/或硬化钢制成的。下模具板100被可更换地固定安装在装置350上。在将塑料元件250置于下方塑料薄膜130上的下模具板100的区域中,插件380位于下模具板100中。插件380具有一个凹穴,以便在将上模具板110压到下模具板100上时补偿塑料元件250的厚度。插件380具有一个可与其他的下模具板100分开调节的加热装置。在优选实施方式中,具有两个凹穴的插件380接纳一个塑料袋330的两个塑料元件250。可分开调节的加热装置帮助塑料元件250焊接到塑料薄膜120、130上,尤其是焊接到下方塑料薄膜130上。通过该可分开调节的加热装置,能在下模具板100的插件380的区域中,使温度高于塑料薄膜120、130所用材料的熔化温度,例如140℃。下模具板100中的插件380可更换地固定安装在装置350上。插件380可相对于塑料袋330的其他形状更换或因磨损替换。
组合式焊接/切割模具90的上模具板110包括一块钢支承板,其上安装有由焊接型模40形成的铝加热板115和构成切割型模80的分离装置。刀片状的钢制件可用作分离装置,其切断塑料薄膜120、130,由此而切去由塑料薄膜120、130构成的塑料袋330。成型铝加热板115的温度调节快,其中,温度被调节至高于塑料薄膜120、130所用材料的熔点,例如140℃,并加以保持。如同下模具板100一样,铝加热板115在组合式焊接/切割模具90相碰时压到塑料元件250上的区域中具有凹穴。构成切割型模80的分离装置和成型铝加热板115都可予以更换。通过更换分离装置和铝加热板115,可制成不同形状的塑料袋或替换受磨损的工件。上模具板110通过压制装置被连接在装置350上。这样一来,就可将上模具板110压到固定安装的下模具板100上。在挤压的过程中,经下模具板100预热的塑料薄膜120、130通过下模具板100的插件380和上模具板110的铝加热板115中的供热与在预热站270中预热的塑料元件250焊接在一起,且通过分离装置沿着切割型模80切割。在该实施方式中,仅部分地实行切割过程。大体上切去的塑料袋330仍与塑料薄膜120、130的剩余部分连在一起。塑料元件250在组合式焊接/切割模具90相碰时被压到下方位置。在下方位置上,塑料元件至少部分地位于下模具板100的插件380的凹穴中。随后,自嵌座180上组合式焊接/切割模具90中拉出制成的塑料袋330。为此,当前安装在塑料袋330上的塑料元件250再次被压到嵌座180的上方位置,且第一传动带开始进给。被固定的塑料元件250与嵌座180一起自组合式焊接/切割模具90中被拉出,由此也将塑料袋330拉出,其中,在示例中,与一个塑料袋330连接的两个塑料元件250保持在一个嵌座中。在此情况下,塑料薄膜120、130仍与塑料袋330至少部分地连在一起的剩余部分也同样自组合式焊接/切割模具90中被拉出。
制成的塑料袋330被输送到再焊接站280的嵌座。在再焊接站280中,再次对塑料元件250与由塑料薄膜120、130制成的塑料袋330的连接部分进行加热。通过再次加热塑料元件250与塑料袋330的连接区域,可再次密封该连接区域。
在塑料袋330保持在嵌座180上期间,一个拆除件将塑料薄膜120、130的剩余部分除去,且使之与塑料袋330分开。例如可由一个第三夹持器来进行除去操作。在焊接/切割步骤的静止阶段(即,第一传动带乃至嵌座180不移动),该第三夹持器通过夹指夹住塑料薄膜120、130的剩余部分,并使该剩余部分与保持在嵌座180上的塑料袋330断开。
在所描述的本发明的实施方式中,塑料袋330随后在传送站290中从嵌座180中移出、自水平位置转动到垂直位置并且转移到其他嵌座185上。在位于第二传动带的其他嵌座185中,塑料袋330被输送到装袋机300。
在装袋机300中,装填装置310被放到端口的上面或上方,液体220可以被装填到塑料袋330中。在所描述的实施方式中,塑料袋330两端口的装填是同时进行的。在一实施方式中,液体200数量的定量可通过对定量阀190(图8中示出)进行时间控制来实施。因此,在相同的时段中可装填相同数量的液体200,液体200通过一个压力平衡槽320保持在恒定的压力(2-6巴)下。作为时间控制的一种选择,可在压力平衡槽与定量阀之间设置一个质量流量计量系统。一旦将理想数量的液体200装填到塑料袋中时,该质量流量计量系统就测量液体且关闭定量阀190。采用该质量流量计量系统,更是提高了定量的准确性。装填之后,一直处于其他嵌座185上的塑料袋330被输送到一个封合站。在该封合站中,可用盖帽将塑料袋330封住。通过压上带垫圈的盖帽来实施盖帽的封合。或者也可实现一个将盖帽焊接到塑料袋330上的封合站。
图2中示出了具有两个由塑料元件250构成的端口的塑料袋330。塑料元件250被焊入到两塑料薄膜120、130之间。这样的一个塑料袋330可包括通常为100ml-3000ml的容积。塑料袋330的内边界是通过焊接塑料袋330限定的。外边界是通过切割塑料袋330限定的。
相对于制造塑料袋330的装置350,图3中示出了焊接模具10,而图4中示出了切割模具50。图5(a)和(b)中示出了供制造塑料袋330的装置350用的组合式焊接/切割模具90。三个模具10、50、90都分别具有一块静止不动的下板(下焊接模具板20、下切割模具板60和下模具板100)和一块能压到下静止板上的活动上板(上焊接模具板30、上切割模具板70和上模具板110)。下面将对优选的组合式焊接/切割模具90的优选实施方式进行描述。组合式焊接/切割模具90的下模具板100被制成为由硬化钢构成的、静止不动地装在装置350上的板。该下模具板宽约500mm、长500mm、厚约10mm。下模具板100装有一个加热装置如电加热条和一个或多个贴近表面的温度传感器。利用温度传感器的数据,可调节下模具板100的加热乃至温度情况。优选的是,将下模具板100的温度调节到一个恒定值。在一优选实施方式中,下模具板100在一个将塑料元件250焊接到塑料袋330上的区域内包括一个插件380。该插件380可由不同于下模具板100的材料如铝制成。插件380可装有与下模具板100的加热装置分离的加热装置、温度检测和调节装置。图5(b)中的插件380具有与要焊入的塑料元件250相配的凹穴。该凹穴与成型上模具板中对应的凹穴相对置。因为这些凹穴,尽管塑料元件250的中间部分如此远地相碰,组合式焊接/切割模具90也能挤压塑料薄膜120、130。图5(b)中组合式焊接/切割模具90的成型上模具板110包括分离装置,其呈刀片状地被设计成切割型模80。该分离装置优选被可拧下地安装在上模具板110上。分离装置可在希望改变塑料袋330的形状和/或大小的情况下予以更换。分离装置还可在磨损例如变钝的情况下予以更换。在图5(b)中,将一个焊接型模40安装到上模具板上。该焊接型模40优选由铝制成,以便实现较高的调温速度。焊接型模40包括一个加热系统如电加热条和贴近表面的温度传感器。优选的是,可对上模具板110进行快速的温度调节。由此也就能在上模具板110与下模具板100相碰时保持预调温度和由此产生的热传递或改变的温度反射比。在焊接型模40中形成了焊接塑料薄膜120、130所顺沿的轮廓。焊接型模40具有与下模具板100中插件380内的凹穴相对应的凹穴。焊接型模40优选可更换地,例如通过螺旋连接件,安装在上模具板110上。
图6A至6D中的示意图示出了组合式焊接/切割模具90上一个加速工序的传送系统155的作用。该示意图示出了上模具板110的俯视图。图6A中示出了这样的状态,即,组合式焊接/切割模具90相对于焊接/切割过程受到挤压,第一夹持器160和第二夹持器170自组合式焊接/切割模具90移开。两层塑料薄膜120、130受挤压地位于组合式焊接/切割模具90中,且被切割并焊接。在图6B中,第一夹持器160和第二夹持器170绕着组合式焊接/切割模具90而行,并夹住塑料薄膜120、130。绕着组合式焊接/切割模具90而行的步骤仍是在焊接/切割过程中进行的。由此可缩短直到重新装入塑料薄膜件的时间。在开启组合式焊接/切割模具90、取出经过切割和焊接的塑料袋之后,塑料薄膜120、130被第一夹持器160和第二夹持器170拉入组合式焊接/切割模具90中。下模具板100和上模具板110包括供第一夹持器160和第二夹持器170用的凹口。由此就可在第一夹持器160和第二夹持器170固定塑料薄膜120、130期间(图6C),关闭组合式焊接/切割模具90。第一夹持器160和第二夹持器170随后在图6D中从组合式焊接/切割模具90中移出,从而再次调节起始位置。
图7A至7I详细示出了组合焊接/切割过程中的处理工序。分别从上方和侧面表示单个加工步骤。在图7A中,组合式焊接/切割模具90被打开,制成的塑料袋330被示出。第一夹持器160位于组合式焊接/切割模具90的前面,且夹住两层塑料薄膜120、130。图7B中仍示出了开启的组合式焊接/切割模具90。第一夹持器160使得两层塑料薄膜120、130穿过组合式焊接/切割模具。第一夹持器160处于组合式焊接/切割模具90的端部,且将两层塑料薄膜120、130固定住。图7C示出了此时关闭的组合式焊接/切割模具。第一夹持器160仍旧固定住塑料薄膜120、130。第一夹持器160位于组合式焊接/切割模具的凹口中。塑料薄膜120、130受到组合式焊接/切割模具90的挤压。在焊接/切割过程的实施期间,第一夹持器160在图7D中被打开。第一夹持器160在图7E中从组合式焊接/切割模具90中被抽出,且在图7F中移动到组合式焊接/切割模具90的起始端或前面。图7G中示出了仍旧开启的第一夹持器160怎样再次行进至组合式焊接/切割模具90的方向及夹住塑料薄膜120、130的情况。在图7H中,第一夹持器160绕着塑料薄膜120、130闭合。在图7I中,组合式焊接/切割模具90在结束焊接/切割过程之后开启。塑料薄膜120、130随后可在从其中取出制成的塑料袋330和可能的剩余部分之后再次被拉入开启的组合式焊接/切割模具90中。所示出的第一夹持器160优选被设计成机械手,它在两根夹指之间夹住塑料薄膜。第一夹持器160的运动可以是气动式、液压式或采用电马达进行。第一夹持器160的运动可沿着导轨进行。第二夹持器170的设计情况也是如此。优选的是,将仍可能与制成的塑料袋330相连的剩余部分从组合式焊接/切割模具90中取出。然后,在组合式焊接/切割模具90的外面将塑料袋330与剩余部分分开。剩余部分和塑料袋330的分离例如可以通过未示出的第三夹持器进行。第三夹持器夹住连在一块的剩余部分,接着使之与固定在嵌座上的塑料袋330分开。
图8中示出的供装袋机300用的定量阀190包括一个阀塞230。定量阀190被设计成薄膜阀。阀塞230施压于一薄膜235上。薄膜235在定量阀190闭合的状态下密封住两个导孔240。定量阀190的空间210中充满待定量的液体200,液体处于恒压下。在开启定量阀190时,液体200经两导孔240流到两根输入管220中。液体200分别流到每个端口的输入管220中。为了避免输入管220滴漏,这样选择输入管220的直径,即,可让液体200因其表面张力的作用而留在输入管上。由此将上部直径定为约5mm。因为输入管要易于接受净化,所以将最小直径限定到约1mm。输入管通常的内直径为约3mm。虽然可以实现较大的内直径,但是为了避免滴漏,还需要设置筛子附件。筛子附件自身很难清洗,必须予以更换,且液体会受到筛子中碎屑的污染。图8中定量阀190的结构尺寸为:直径约60mm,总长约200mm。多个定量阀可组合成一个组件,以同时装填多个塑料袋。为了驱动定量阀190,可采用电磁和/或气动的已知方法。定量阀190中液体的定量是在恒定液压下于流出时间即开启定量阀190的时段中进行的。所需的流出时间可借助于一个质量流量系统确定。
所述定量阀实施方式的优点是,避免了有别于两个定量阀情况的可能不同的转换时间。由此便避免了不准确性。并且在对装置350消毒时也带来了优点。在两个定量阀的情况下,未注意到的两阀中的一个阀不完全开启,会导致该不完全开启阀不易觉察的不完全消毒。采用所述布置方式,就能更好地在消毒时使蒸汽通路遍布所有区域。
图9A至9F示出了塑料袋330从水平位置转到垂直位置的过程,此时塑料袋330的端口朝上。塑料袋330的转动是在装袋机前进行的。图9A至9F分别在两侧视图中示出了该过程。在图9A中,两塑料袋330处于水平位置。塑料袋通过嵌座180固定在塑料元件250上。塑料袋330在图9B中从嵌座180移到一个支承件400中。在图9C中,支承件400乃至塑料袋330都转动。支承件400的转动在图9E中实施。图9F中示出了塑料袋330再次从支承件400移出至其他嵌座185上的情况。其他嵌座185被装在第二传动带上。在垂直位置上,塑料袋330可位于装袋机300上。该转动塑料袋330的方法避免了迄今为止的心轴的使用,心轴被放进塑料元件的内部。由此可能会在塑料袋330的内部造成污染。

Claims (9)

1、一种用于制造塑料袋(330)的装置(350),具有一个组合式焊接/切割模具(90),用以分离并连接一层或多层塑料薄膜(120、130),其中,该装置包括一个传送系统(155),其特征在于:该传送系统(155)
(i)能沿着闭合的组合式焊接/切割模具(90)经过;
(ii)能将该一层或多层塑料薄膜(120、130)拉入开启的焊接/切割模具(90)中。
2、如权利要求1所述的用于制造塑料袋(330)的装置(350),其特征在于,该传送系统(155)包括一个第一夹持器(160)。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的用于制造塑料袋(330)的装置(350),其特征在于,该传送系统(155)包括一个第二夹持器(170)。
4、如权利要求2所述的装置(350),其特征在于,该第一夹持器(160)沿着组合式焊接/切割模具(90)的一侧经过。
5、如权利要求3所述的装置(350),其特征在于,该第一夹持器(160)沿着组合式焊接/切割模具(90)的一侧经过和该第二夹持器(170)沿着组合式焊接/切割模具(90)的另一侧经过。
6、如权利要求2所述的装置(350),其特征在于,该第一夹持器(160)被设计成机械手,其中该第一夹持器(160)能夹住一层或多层塑料薄膜(120、130)。
7、如权利要求3所述的装置(350),其特征在于,该第一夹持器(160)和第二夹持器(170)被设计成机械手,其中该第一夹持器(160)和第二夹持器(170)能夹住一层或多层塑料薄膜(120、130)。
8、如权利要求6所述的装置(350),其特征在于,该组合式焊接/切割模具(90)包括凹口,这样在第一夹持器(160)将该一层或多层塑料薄膜(120、130)固定在组合式焊接/切割模具(90)的内部区域中时,组合式焊接/切割模具(90)便能闭合。
9、如权利要求7所述的装置(350),其特征在于,该组合式焊接/切割模具(90)包括凹口,这样在第一夹持器(160)和第二夹持器(170)将该一层或多层塑料薄膜(120、130)固定在组合式焊接/切割模具(90)的内部区域中时,组合式焊接/切割模具(90)便能闭合。
