本实用新型提供了一种轮胎式集装箱起重机大车驱动机构,其分组设置在大车的相应部位,每组各包括车轮架、车轮、电机、减速箱和轮边制动器。减速箱嵌装在车轮架的一侧成为车轮架的一部分,减速箱的输出轴与车轮的驱动轴连成一体。电机安装在车轮架的上部,电机的输出轴与减速箱的输入轴连成一体。轮边制动器安装在车轮轮毂内,轮边制动器外接液压油缸通过液压驱动实现制动。本实用新型轮胎式集装箱起重机大车驱动机构结构紧凑,运行平稳,制动效果好,大大提高了集装箱起重机的整体工作效率和使用寿命,具有很大的实用价值和经济效益。

背景技术
轮胎式集装箱起重机大车驱动机构是集装箱起重机的重要组成部分,现有的轮胎式集装箱起重机大车驱动机构一般采用链条式驱动机构,即由电机带动联轴节,由联轴节带动减速箱,然后通过链条驱动车轮,这种驱动机构结构繁琐,占用空间大,而且所用链条寿命短,导致整个传动系统的寿命低,严重影响了轮胎式集装箱起重机的工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种新型结构的轮胎式集装箱起重机大车驱动机构。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种轮胎式集装箱起重机大车驱动机构,分四设置在大车的相应部位,每组各包括安装在大车车架上的车轮架、安装在车轮架上的车轮以及向车轮提供动力的电机和减速箱,其特点是,每组还包括一轮边制动器,所述的减速箱嵌装在车轮架的一侧成为车轮架的一部分,减速箱的输出轴与车轮的驱动轴连成一体;所述的电机安装在车轮架的上部,电机的输出轴与减速箱的输入轴连成一体;所述的轮边制动器安装在车轮轮毂内,轮边制动器外接液压管路通过液压驱动实现制动。
本实用新型轮胎式集装箱起重机大车驱动机构将电机直接与减速箱连接,将减速箱与车轮架合成一体,将减速箱输出轴与车轮驱动轴合成一体,减少了联轴节、驱动轴等部件,使得整个大车驱动机构结构紧凑、布置合理、外型美观、使用寿命长。

参见图1,本实用新型轮胎式集装箱起重机大车驱动机构,分组设置在大车的相应部位,每组各包括车轮架1、车轮2、电机3、减速箱4和轮边制动器5。车轮架1安装在大车车架上,车轮2安装在车轮架1的下部,电机3安装在车轮架1的上部,减速箱4嵌装在车轮架1的一侧成为车轮架的一部分,其箱体结构既是减速箱4的组成部分,又是车轮架1的组成部分。减速箱4的输入轴(即高速轴)与电机3的输出轴连成一体,减速箱4的输出轴(即低速轴)与车轮2的驱动轴连成一体带动车轮转动,轮边制动器5安装在车轮2的轮毂6内,该轮边制动器5外接液压管路通过液压驱动实现对车轮的制动。
本实施例的轮胎式集装箱起重机大车驱动机构有四组,分别设置在起重机四个角的大车上,通过四个车轮驱动大车运行或停车,其结构紧凑,运行平稳,制动效果好,大大提高了集装箱起重机的整体工作效率和使用寿命,具有很大的实用价值和经济效益。

1、一种轮胎式集装箱起重机大车驱动机构,分组设置在大车的相应部位,每组各包括安装在大车车架上的车轮架、安装在车轮架上的车轮以及向车轮提供动力的电机和减速箱,其特征在于:每组还包括一轮边制动器,所述的减速箱嵌装在车轮架的一侧成为车轮架的一部分,减速箱的输出轴与车轮的驱动轴连成一体;所述的电机安装在车轮架的上部,电机的输出轴与减速箱的输入轴连成一体;所述的轮边制动器安装在车轮轮毂内,轮边制动器外接液压管路通过液压驱动实现制动。
