本实用新型涉及一种重型装运设备使用车桥,特别是一种设有双液压 马达的重型车桥。
背景技术
传统的重型装运设备驱动桥,如重型卡车驱动桥, 一般由桥轴、差速 器、半轴、轮边减速机组成。发动机(或电动机)输出的动力通过离合器 传给变速箱输入端,然后变速箱输出端将动力通过传动轴、主减速器传递 给驱动桥输入端,最后通过差速器和半轴传递到轮边减速机。此类驱动桥
受到结构和空间布置方面的制约,在重型车辆上使用一般在3条轴线以内。
传统的驱动桥具有如下缺点:很难依靠增加驱动桥数量来提高重型车 辆的装载能力,动力传递系统零部件比较多,易发生故障的故障点多,检 修压力大,在多轴线车中,驱动桥不利于独立布置。
发明内容

1.一种设有双液压马达的重型车桥,包括桥轴,其特征在于:桥轴内部设有两个液压马达,两个液压马达各连接有一个轮边减速机,两个轮边减速机分别固定在桥轴两端。
