本实用新型公开了一种阳极炭块输送机,它包括放置阳极炭块的托架,在托架的下面设有轨道,在轨道上设有轨行式运输车,在轨行式运输车上安装有举升装置,在举升装置上连接有举升架,在托架的下方设有向运输车供电的滑触线。本实用新型具有输送稳定、运行可靠、能实现对阳极炭块的准确定位且结构简单、制造成本低等优点。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种在预焙阳极铝电解生产中用于输送阳极炭块的阳极炭块输送装置。
背景技术:
当前,在铝电解生产中,阳极炭块的输送常采用链式输送机、链板式输送机及辊式输送机等,这些输送机存在着结构复杂、制造成本较高等缺点,而且由于前后两台输送机之间存在着速度差,且输送辊在输送过程中易打滑,这样使得阳极炭块的输送速度不均匀且当输送辊打滑时易出现阳极炭块跑偏的现象,难以使阳极炭块达到匀速对中的生产要求。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种结构简单、制造成本低且输送速度均匀、不打滑、不跑偏的阳极炭块输送装置,以克服上述现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括放置阳极炭块的托架,在托架的下面设有轨道,在轨道上设有轨行式运输车,在轨行式运输车上安装有举升装置,在举升装置上连接有举升架,在托架的下方设有向运输车供电的滑触线。
由于采用了上述技术方案,当置于托架上的一组(七块)阳极炭块需要输送时,轨行式运输车启动,沿着铁轨来到托架的下面,轨行式运输车上的举升架在举升装置的驱动下升起,将这组阳极炭块举升起来,然后轨行式运输车举着这组阳极炭块向前行走,当行走到要输送的目的位置时,举升架在举升装置的驱动下降下,将这组阳极炭块放在托架上,从而完成对阳极炭块的输送任务。整个输送过程由设置在设备上的联锁装置实行自动控制。这样保证了阳极炭块输送过程的稳定、匀速,实现了阳极炭块输送的准确定位,解决了现有技术中易出现的打滑、跑偏的问题,而且由于其省去了现有技术的输送机中使用的电机、减速机、阳极推头、滚轮、输送链等装置,使得结构大大简化,极大的降低了制造成本,因此本实用新型与现有技术相比,其具有输送稳定、运行可靠、能实现对阳极炭块的准确定位且结构简单、制造成本低的优点。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:如图1所示,在放置阳极炭块5的托架3的下面设置一条铁轨2,并在铁轨2上安装轨行式运输车1,在轨行式运输车1上安装有8个举升装置7,其举升动作由油缸来驱动,也可由气缸、电动机等动力源来驱动,并在每个举升装置7上连接有一个举升架6,举升架6与举升装置7的举升油缸相连,为了驱动轨行式运输车1在铁轨2运行,在托架3的下方设置有供电滑触线4,供电滑触线4与轨行式运输车1的供电触头相连。

1.一种阳极炭块输送装置,它包括放置阳极炭块(5)的托架(3),其特征在于:在托架(3)的下面设有轨道(2),在轨道(2)上设有轨行式运输车(1),在轨行式运输车(1)上安装有举升装置(7),在举升装置(7)上连接有举升架(6),在托架(3)的下方设有向运输车(1)供电的滑触线(4)。
