Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种气雾剂喷罐，包括一个罐体，一个罩壳设置在罐体之上并盖住罐体，一个用于喷发气雾剂的喷嘴设置在罐体顶部上。其中一个压杆装置由其一个端部与罩壳相连并套装在喷嘴上，一个触发按钮通过一个弹簧装置与压杆装置的另一个端部相连以下压压杆装置，在罩壳和触发按钮上分别设有供触发按钮下滑的导向突起和凹槽，在导向突起或凹槽的一个特定部位上设有将触发按钮固定住的卡锁装置，压杆装置的所述另一个端部之下设有一个与其下部紧靠、用于延长压杆装置下压行程的延时装置，在触发按钮的下端设有一个用于在触发按钮下压过程中触发延时装置的延时触发装置。这样，通过本实用新型的延时装置，就可以有效地延迟从触发按钮压下至气雾剂释放的时间，实现延时释放作用。

Description

一种气雾剂喷罐
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气雾剂喷罐，尤其涉及一种具有延时喷发装置的气雾剂喷罐。
背景技术
目前，一种用于宾馆和家庭等场所的小型化、一次释放的气雾剂喷罐的使用量正在不断地上升。这种气雾剂喷罐的使用方法是：当人们在离开房间前将气雾剂喷罐喷嘴上方的触发按钮压下，喷嘴上的压杆装置就会被锁止在喷雾触发位置不能复位，于是气雾剂就从被压杆装置压下的喷嘴中连续喷出，直至喷完为止。这样无需使用者一次一次地按动触发按钮。而外出归来的人只需打开门窗更换新鲜空气，即完成了杀虫过程。
这种一经按下触发按钮则气雾剂就即刻喷发直至喷完的小型气雾剂喷罐，给使用者带来了一定的方便。但是，由于这种喷罐不具有延时喷发装置，因此在使用时不能给使用者留有离开熏杀现场后再喷发的时间。于是就出现了触发按钮一经按下，使用者就必须匆忙从喷发环境中向外跑出的情形。如果在喷雾剂中含有刺激气体或气味的情况下，对于使用就十分不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种具有延时喷发装置的喷雾剂喷罐，使得在按下触发按钮后经过一定的延时后，才开始喷发气雾剂，并且该延时的时间是可以控制的。
本实用新型提供了一种气雾剂喷罐，包括一个盛装气雾剂的罐体，一个罩壳设置在罐体之上并盖住罐体，一个用于喷发气雾剂的喷嘴设置在罐体顶部上。其中，一个压杆装置由其一个端部与罩壳相连并套装在喷嘴上，一个触发按钮通过一个弹簧装置与压杆装置的另一个端部相连以下压压杆装置，在罩壳和触发按钮上分别设有供触发按钮下滑的导向突起和凹槽，在导向突起或凹槽的一个特定部位上设有将触发按钮固定住的卡锁装置，压杆装置的所述另一个端部之下设有一个与其下部紧靠、用于延长压杆装置下压行程的延时装置，在触发按钮的下端设有一个用于在触发按钮下压过程中触发延时装置的延时触发装置。
弹簧装置的一端通过触发按钮中的一个空腔顶靠在触发按钮的顶部之下，其另一端装设在所述端部上的一个中空凸台中，所述中空凸台中间为一个装设弹簧装置的圆孔，其底部设有一个延时触发装置可以通过的小孔。
压杆装置的中部有大、中、小三个同心圆孔，其中大孔套在喷嘴上，小孔为气雾剂喷出孔，中间为过渡孔。
所述延时装置可以是一个储液包，其中装有一种具有阻尼作用的液体，而延时触发装置可以是一个具有尖端的刺针，可以刺破储液包。
在所述刺针上设有一个可以排出所述液体的凹槽。
储液包是一种采用软质材料制成的，内部储有液体的、全封闭液体包。
本实用新型通过利用液体流淌时所受的阻尼的大小，影响其流淌速度的原理进行延时。因此它结构简单，价格低廉，可以满足小型气雾剂喷罐一次性延时喷发气雾剂使用的要求。

具体实施方式
在各个附图中，由于气雾剂喷罐罐体的其余部分都是常规设计，因此只在附图中示出了罐体的顶部。
如图1和2所示，本实用新型的气雾剂喷罐包括一个盛装气雾剂的罐体10，一个罩壳9设置在罐体10之上，罩壳9由具有弹性的材料制成。在罐体10的顶部设有一个喷嘴8，用于向外喷发气雾剂。由于罐体为常规设计，因此就不再赘述。
一个压杆装置1设置在罩壳9中。压杆装置1由刚性材料制成，例如钢材或刚性塑料。压杆装置1的一端A端与罩壳9相连，类似一个转动杠杆的铰支点；压杆装置的中部有大、中、小三个同心圆孔，大孔套在喷嘴8上，小孔为气雾剂喷出孔，中间为过渡孔。压杆装置的另一端B端类似一个杠杆，可以绕A端作上、下转动。这样，当压下B端时，压杆装置1就会以A端为绞支点转动，从而下压喷嘴8向外喷发气雾剂。
根据本实用新型，在压杆装置1的B端，设有一个中间为圆孔13、底部有一个小孔14的圆柱凸台12。在圆柱凸台12的底部设有一个延时装置6，延时装置6设置在一个凹口5中。
根据本实用新型的一个优选实施例，延时装置6为一个储液包。储液包6采用一种软质材料制成，是一个内部储有液体的、全封闭的液体包。它被装置在与罩壳9相连的环形储液包座即凹口5内。储液包6的下端压在气雾剂罐10的弧形罩壳9上，而上部顶着压杆装置1的B端凸台12的底部上，如图2所示。
本实用新型的触发按钮2如图1和2所示。触发按钮2的主体为一个圆柱体，在圆柱体靠近触发按钮2顶部的位置设有一个空腔18，用于容纳一个弹簧装置3。在触发按钮的另一端设有一个延时触发装置，用于触发下端的延时装置。根据本实用新型的一个实施例，延时触发装置为一个带有尖端的刺针11，在刺针11上设有一条用于排液的纵向小凹槽(未示出)。
弹簧装置3的一端装设在触发按钮2的空腔18中，另一端装设在凸台12的圆孔13中。即凸台12的圆孔13为弹簧装置3的座孔，小孔14为触发按钮2上刺针的过孔。在触发按钮2顶部的下方，设有与罩壳9相连接的一个导向滑套4，导向滑套4套住触发按钮2的一部分，用于引导触发按钮2向下的滑动。
在罩壳9上与触发按钮2结合的部位上，设有导向装置。根据本实用新型的一个实施例，在罩壳9上设有两个导向突起15，而在触发按钮2上设有两个与导向突起15配合的导向凹槽16。而根据另一个变化的实施例，可以将导向突起15设置在罩壳9上，而将导向凹槽16设置在触发按钮2上。另外，在导向滑套4内侧上部，设有一个凸缘(未示出)，而在触发按钮2的圆柱体下部外侧上，设有与导向滑套4的凸缘配合的凸起(未示出)，以防止弹簧装置3将触发按钮2顶出。
在导向突起15上位于导向滑套4之上的的一定位置上，设有一个卡锁装置7，用于当触发按钮下滑到一定位置时与触发按钮2上的某一个部位配合，从而卡住触发按钮2使其不能向上复位。
根据本实用新型，弹簧装置3套装在触发按钮2的中间圆柱体与外壳之间的空腔18内。在触发按钮2未下压的状态，弹簧装置3处于未压紧状态，弹簧装置3的两端分别接触在触发按钮2的顶部与压杆装置1的B端的弹簧座孔13内。
使用时，首先按下触发按钮2，使弹簧装置3被压缩在触发按钮2与压杆装置1的B端之间。在触发按钮2沿导向滑套4以及导向装置下压到一定位置时，在导向滑套4之上的卡锁装置7的锁止作用下，触发按钮2被压下之后就不能再复位。根据本实用新型的一个实施例，卡锁装置7为设置在导向突起上的一个弹性倒棘，其卡在触发按钮2的顶部上，使其不能向上复位。
由于压杆装置1的B端被垫在储液包6上，储液包6使得压杆装置1不能继续向下运动。这样弹簧装置3的弹性能量就被储存在触发按钮2与压杆装置1之间。
在触发按钮2被压下的同时，其中间圆柱体下部的刺针11就通过压杆装置1的B端凸台12上的小孔14扎入储液包6内，使原来全封闭的储液包6的上端被扎出一个针孔。由于刺针11又堵塞在小孔中，使储液包6内的液体不能立即向外流出，而是通过刺针11上的凹槽逐渐慢慢溢出。这时压杆装置1的B端在弹簧装置3的弹力作用下向下挤压储液包6，致使其内的液体通过刺针11上的排液槽向外部渗出。渗出的速度可以由液体所受的阻尼调定。
随着储液包6内液体的逐步减少，压杆装置1的B端受弹簧装置3的压迫也随之向下运动。当压杆装置1的中部将喷嘴8向下压至气雾剂喷发的位置时，气雾剂即开始由喷嘴8向外喷发释放。
这样，通过本实用新型的延时装置，就可以有效地延迟从触发按钮2压下至气雾剂释放的时间，实现延时释放作用。根据本实用新型，可以通过调整液体的种类、弹簧的强度、排液槽的深浅、液体的数量等，来调整延时的时间。所述液体为一定比例的水和粘稠剂，还可以包括一定比例的防冻剂。
本领域的普通技术人员，在阅读了本实用新型的说明书后，可以在不背离其实质和范围的前提下，进行各种修改和变化。这些修改和变化都应当包括在本实用新型的范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种气雾剂喷罐，包括一个盛装气雾剂的罐体(10)，一个罩壳(9)设置在罐体(10)之上并盖住罐体，一个用于喷发气雾剂的喷嘴(8)设置在罐体(10)的顶部上，其特征在于：
一个压杆装置(1)由其一个端部(A)与罩壳(9)相连并套装在喷嘴(8)上，一个触发按钮(2)通过一个弹簧装置(3)与压杆装置(1)的另一个端部(B)相连以下压压杆装置(1)，在罩壳(9)和触发按钮(2)上分别设有供触发按钮(2)下滑的导向突起和凹槽(15，16)，在导向突起或凹槽(15，16)的一个特定部位上设有将触发按钮(2)固定住的卡锁装置(7)，压杆装置(1)的所述另一个端部(B)之下设有一个与其下部紧靠、用于延长压杆装置(1)下压行程的延时装置(6)，在触发按钮(2)的下端设有一个用于在触发按钮(2)下压过程中触发延时装置(6)的延时触发装置(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气雾剂喷罐，其特征在于，所述弹簧装置(3)的一端通过触发按钮(2)中的一个空腔(18)顶靠在触发按钮(2)的顶部之下，其另一端装设在所述端部(B)上的一个中空凸台(12)中，所述中空凸台(12)中间为一个装设弹簧装置(3)的圆孔(13)，其底部设有一个延时触发装置(11)可以通过的小孔(14)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的气雾剂喷罐，其特征在于，压杆装置(1)的中部有大、中、小三个同心圆孔，其中大孔套在喷嘴(8)上，小孔为气雾剂喷出孔，中间为过渡孔。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的气雾剂喷罐，其特征在于，所述延时装置(6)是一个储液包，其中装有一种具有阻尼作用的液体，而延时触发装置(11)是一个具有尖端的刺针，可以刺破储液包。
5.根据权利要求4所述的气雾剂喷罐，其特征在于，在所述刺针上还设有一个可以排出所述液体的排液槽。
6.根据权利要求4所述的气雾剂喷罐，其特征在于，储液包(6)是一种采用软质材料制成的，内部储有液体的、全封闭液体包。
7.根据权利要求6所述的气雾剂喷罐，其特征在于，所述液体为一定比例的水和粘稠剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的气雾剂喷罐，其特征在于，所述液体还包括一定比例的防冻剂。
