Abstract

本发明公开了一种组装方便的喷盖装置，包括喷盖座，在所述喷盖座内设有按钮，在所述按钮下端设有三个卡扣，在所述喷盖座与所述卡扣相应的位置上设有卡槽，所述卡扣卡设在所述卡槽内，在所述按钮与喷盖座之间设有能撕裂打开的一次性保险结构。本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种结构简单，组装方便，生产成本相对较低的组装方便的喷盖装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种组装方便的喷盖装置。
背景技术
喷雾泵由于其设计精美，使用方便，已广泛地应用与日化和医药等行业。现有用于喷雾泵的喷盖,由于设计上的缺陷，其结构相对比较复杂，模具比较复杂，生产成本相对较高。
故此，现有的喷盖有待于进一步完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种结构简单，组装方便，生产成本相对较低的组装方便的喷盖装置。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下方案：
一种组装方便的喷盖装置，包括喷盖座，在所述喷盖座内设有按钮，在所述按钮下端设有三个卡扣，在所述喷盖座与所述卡扣相应的位置上设有卡槽，所述卡扣卡设在所述卡槽内，在所述按钮与喷盖座之间设有能撕裂打开的一次性保险结构。
如上所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于在所述按钮前端设有喷雾口，在所述按钮内设有导液通道，其中一个卡扣设置在所述喷雾口下端，另外两个卡扣分别设置在按钮后端两侧。
如上所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于所述的卡槽包括有槽体，在所述槽体内设有定位台阶，所述卡扣的钩接部卡设在所述定位台阶上。
如上所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于在所述喷盖座外套设有外盖。
如上所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于在所述喷盖座与外盖之间设有能使外盖打开后连接在喷盖座上的的连接机构。
如上所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于所述的连接机构包括设置在喷盖座内的容置槽，在所述容置槽内设有弹簧，在所述弹簧上端连接有弹性绳，所述弹性绳一端连接在所述外盖上。
如上所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于在所述喷盖座后侧设有弧形定位台阶，所述一次性保险结构设置在弧形定位台阶上。
如上所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于所述一次性保险结构包括有定位挡条，所述定位挡条通过能被撕裂的连接筋连接在按钮上。
综上所述，本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是：
本发明结构简单，由喷盖座、按钮通过卡接的方式连接，组装方便，模具简单，生产成本相对较低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述：
如图1至5所示的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，包括喷盖座1，在所述喷盖座1内设有按钮2，在所述按钮2下端设有三个卡扣3，在所述喷盖座1与所述卡扣3相应的位置上设有卡槽4，所述卡扣3卡设在所述卡槽4内，在所述按钮2与喷盖座1之间设有能撕裂打开的一次性保险结构5。
本发明中在所述按钮2前端设有喷雾口6，在所述按钮2内设有导液通道7，其中一个卡扣3设置在所述喷雾口6下端，另外两个卡扣3分别设置在按钮2后端两侧。
本发明中所述的卡槽4包括有槽体8，在所述槽体8内设有定位台阶9，所述卡扣3的钩接部卡设在所述定位台阶9上。
本发明中在所述喷盖座1外套设有外盖10。
本发明中在所述喷盖座1与外盖10之间设有能使外盖10打开后连接在喷盖座1上的的连接机构11。
其中所述的连接机构11包括设置在喷盖座1内的容置槽12，在所述容置槽12内设有弹簧13，在所述弹簧13上端连接有弹性绳14，所述弹性绳14一端连接在所述外盖10上。
本发明中在所述喷盖座1后侧设有弧形定位台阶90，所述一次性保险结构5设置在弧形定位台阶90上。
本发明中所述一次性保险结构5包括有定位挡条15，所述定位挡条15通过能被撕裂的连接筋16连接在按钮2上。其中所述的连接筋16宽0.05毫米，宽度适中便于撕裂。

1.一种组装方便的喷盖装置，包括喷盖座(1)，在所述喷盖座(1)内设有按钮(2)，在所述按钮(2)下端设有三个卡扣(3)，在所述喷盖座(1)与所述卡扣(3)相应的位置上设有卡槽(4)，所述卡扣(3)卡设在所述卡槽(4)内，在所述按钮(2)与喷盖座(1)之间设有能撕裂打开的一次性保险结构(5),在所述喷盖座(1)后侧设有弧形定位台阶(90)，所述一次性保险结构(5)设置在弧形定位台阶(90)上,一次性保险结构(5)包括有定位挡条(15)，所述定位挡条(15)通过能被撕裂的连接筋(16)连接在按钮(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于在所述按钮(2)前端设有喷雾口(6)，在所述按钮(2)内设有导液通道(7)，其中一个卡扣(3)设置在所述喷雾口(6)下端，另外两个卡扣(3)分别设置在按钮(2)后端两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于所述的卡槽(4)包括有槽体(8)，在所述槽体(8)内设有定位台阶(9)，所述卡扣(3)的钩接部卡设在所述定位台阶(9)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于在所述喷盖座(1)外套设有外盖(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于在所述喷盖座(1)与外盖(10)之间设有能使外盖(10)打开后连接在喷盖座(1)上的的连接机构(11)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种组装方便的喷盖装置，其特征在于所述的连接机构(11)包括设置在喷盖座(1)内的容置槽(12)，在所述容置槽(12)内设有弹簧(13)，在所述弹簧(13)上端连接有弹性绳(14)，所述弹性绳(14)一端连接在所述外盖(10)上。
