技术领域
本实用新型涉及烘干设备,尤其是蔬菜烘干机。
背景技术
目前萝卜等蔬菜烘干,往往通过自然干燥方法,或采用传统的烘干机干燥。传统的烘干机一般采用烘干箱箱体加热或热气吹风干燥方式。这种烘干方式,在干燥含水量大的蔬菜,如萝卜等时,普遍存在干燥时间过长,氧化造成烘干物变色,营养成分降低,干燥过程中温度不易控制,导致烘干物烤熟、烤焦、粘贴等现象发生,而且不能充分利用含有高营养成分的蔬菜汁,导致浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述存在的问题,提供一种结构简单,使用方便;加热均匀,干燥效率高;能够保持其原有颜色及营养成分;并能提取出蔬菜汁的蔬菜烘干机。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术措施实现:本实用新型包括箱体、热气吹风装置、排风装置、温控装置和冷凝器。箱体的外壳由夹层保温板构成,箱体里设有支架,支架上放置有至少一层远红外线发热板,所述远红外线发热板由远红外发热层与设置在其下面的加热层构成,加热层与设置在箱体外侧的温控装置连接;箱体的一侧设有进风口,另一侧上端设有排风装置,其排风口通过带有排气口的排气管道与冷凝器连接,冷凝器的另一端通过带有惰性气体进口的进气管道与热气吹风装置相连,热气吹风装置又与箱体的进风口相连,从而形成封闭循环装置,惰性气体由惰性气体进口注入其内,将氧气排出后进行封闭循环。
所述远红外线发热板的远红外发热层由远红外发射率较高的金属或非金属氧化物,如石板、搪瓷板、陶瓷板、远红外发射涂料等构成。
所述箱体的里层由铝板、不锈钢板、白钢板等特种金属板构成,以增强远红外线反射能力。
所述冷凝器上设有出汁口。烘干箱中蒸发的蒸汽通过冷凝器提取蔬菜汁,作为饮料使用。
所述加热层可以是电热板、水暖板、蒸汽加热板等。
在各远红外线发热板的一端之间设有内进风口,所述内进风口的进风端口大于出风端口,如漏斗状。
本实用新型的有益效果是,它是一种利用热辐射、热对流和热传导技术,均匀加热,提高干燥效率;利用惰性气体防止氧化,保持其原有颜色及营养成分;并利用冷凝器提取蔬菜汁的蔬菜烘干机。它可以广泛应用于中药材、萝卜、薯块等农副产品的烘干。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括箱体3、热气吹风装置2、排风装置9、温控装置10和冷凝器15。箱体3里设有支架11,支架11上放置有至少一层与水平面呈倾斜角度的远红外线发热板,所述远红外线发热板由远红外发热层6和设置在其下面的电加热板7构成,电加热板7与设置在箱体3外侧的温控装置10连接。远红外线发热板的远红外发热层6由远红外发射率较高的金属或非金属氧化物构成,可采用石板、搪瓷板、陶瓷板、远红外发射涂料等。箱体3的一侧设有进风口4,另一侧上端设有排风装置9,其排风口通过带有排气口14的排气管道13与冷凝器15的一端连接,冷凝器15的另一端通过带有惰性气体进口17的进气管道1与热气吹风装置2相连,而热气吹风装置2又与箱体3的进风口4相连,从而形成封闭循环装置。箱体3的外壳由夹层保温板12构成,其里层由铝板、不锈钢板、白钢板等特种金属板5构成。冷凝器15上设有出汁口16,烘干箱中蒸发的蒸汽通过冷凝器15提取蔬菜汁,通过出汁口16排出,作为饮料使用。在各远红外线发热板的一端之间设有内进风口8,所述内进风口8的进风端口大于出风端口,如漏斗状,其断面呈长方形。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:将需要烘干的物品,如萝卜,放置在由石板或陶瓷板制成的远红外发热层6上,通过热辐射、热对流和热传导作用,均匀加热烘干物品。根据需要,利用温控装置10调节加热温度。空气通过热气吹风装置2,经过进气口4进入箱体3,并通过箱体3内的内进风口8吹过各远红外线发热板之间的空腔,带走远红外发热层6上干燥物蒸发出的蒸汽,通过排风装置9将蒸汽排出箱体3,并通过排气管13流动到冷凝器15。烘干箱中蒸发的蒸汽,通过冷凝器15,提取出蔬菜汁,并从出汁口16排出。同时,气体再通过进气管道1和热气吹风装置2进入箱体3。烘干箱运行之前,先利用惰性气体进口17吹进惰性气体,将烘干箱内的氧气从排气口14排出,使惰性气体在由箱体3、排风装置9、排气管道13、冷凝器15、进气管道1和热气吹风装置2构成的封闭装置中循环。

1.一种蔬菜烘干机,包括箱体(3)、热气吹风装置(2)、排风装置(9)、温控装置(10)和冷凝器(15),箱体(3)的外壳由夹层保温板(12)构成,其特征在于:箱体(3)里设有支架(11),支架(11)上放置有至少一层远红外线发热板,所述远红外线发热板由远红外发热层(6)与设置在其下面的加热层(7)构成,加热层(7)与设置在箱体(3)外侧的温控装置(10)连接;箱体(3)的一侧设有进风口(4),另一侧上端设有排风装置(9),其排风口通过带有排气口(14)的排气管道(13)与冷凝器(15)连接,冷凝器(15)的另一端通过带有惰性气体进口(17)的进气管道(1)与热气吹风装置(2)相连,热气吹风装置(2)又与箱体(3)的进风口(4)相连,从而形成惰性气体封闭循环体。
