技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种镗槽刀。用于孔内环形槽的加工。特别适用于换热器管板孔内环形槽的加工。
背景技术:
空调、石化等行业换热器零件管板上的管孔因胀接密封性的需要,需在其管孔内镗出数道环形槽。一般的加工方法是在CNC机床上,整体镗槽刀具利用数控系统的圆弧插补功能在管孔内镗出环形槽。此加工方法工件质量差:尺寸精度偏差大,大约为0.1mm,镗出来的环形槽总是存在槽边特别锋利、槽边带毛刺或飞边等加工缺陷,以致于必须对孔内进行铰毛刺才能确保孔的质量。但锋利的槽边却无法处理,很难确保后道胀接时不会刻伤传热管壁。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种工件质量好的孔内高效镗槽刀。
