Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种净化装置,特别是一种废气净化装置。
背景技术
陶瓷工业中的干燥工艺会产生大量废气,不仅含有大量未完全去除的粉尘和从锅炉中夹带的SO2等污染物,而且由于废气中含有大量水汽,会严重腐蚀风机和烟囱,排入大气后遇冷即凝结成无数小雾滴,从而形成白色烟雾,造成大气污染而且破坏市容。目前的湿法烟气脱硫除尘装置,在除尘脱硫方面已取得较好的效果,但脱水效率不高,仍未能彻底解决“白烟”问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术存在的问题,提供一种能进一步除尘脱硫并提高脱水效率,从根本上治理“白烟”现象,而且运行费用低,操作维护简单的高效废气净化装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种高效废气净化装置,包括由下而上顺序设置的进气口、含数块旋流板的除尘脱硫区、含至少一个脱水器的脱水区及出气口,其特征是:所述除尘脱硫区中设有至少两个进水口分别位于不同旋流板上方:在进水口与旋流板之间安装有盘型喷洒器;脱水器由旋流脱水板、内筒、防带水环、溢流堰组成。
上述脱水区与出气口之间还设有一倒锥体,以减少液滴在出气口的夹带。
上述脱水器中的内筒高度为25cm~40cm,旋流脱水板设于内筒中部,防带水环设于内筒顶部,溢流堰高度为内筒高度的1/3~2/3。
上述的盘型喷洒器上密布孔径为8mm的小孔。
本实用新型使水均匀喷洒,与废气中的污染物混合更为充分,降温吸收后烟气中的粉尘和二氧化硫经处理后达到环保标准,而且脱水区的特殊设计,即增加内筒和溢流堰的高度,使脱水效率大大提高,烟囱出口的白雾现象得到根本上的治理。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括由下而上顺序设置的进气口7、除尘脱硫区、脱水区及出气口1,在脱水区与出气口1之间还设有一倒锥体2。在除尘脱硫区中设有三块旋流板6,两个进水口4分别位于中、上旋流板6上方。旋流板6为内向板,导向叶片和平面夹角为25度。在进水口4与旋流板6之间安装有盘型喷洒器5,盘式喷洒器5上密布孔径为8mm的小孔,使水均匀洒下,与烟气接触更加充分。脱水器3由旋流脱水板11、内筒12、防带水环13、溢流堰14组成。旋流脱水板11为外向板,导向叶片和平面夹角25°。内筒12的高度为35cm,旋流脱水板11设于内筒12中部,防带水环13设于内筒12顶部。溢流堰14高度约为内筒12高度的1/2,底部开有微孔,加高的溢流堰14形成三个均匀分布的集液槽15(如图2所示),与集水管16连接。
本实用新型运行时,烟气由底部的进气口7进入除尘脱硫区,穿过三层旋流板6螺旋上升,与经进水口4、盘式喷洒器5输送下来的水逆流相遇,水被烟气喷成细雾状,与烟气充分接触,进行洗涤。由于设有两个进水口4和两个盘式喷洒器5,烟气经过二次洗涤,除尘脱硫更完全、充分,而洗涤废水在旋流板6的离心力作用下被甩向塔壁,然后聚成液环后受重力下流,经过集水支管10,集水管9流至下一块旋流板,逐板流至塔底,最后经底部的排水管8流出。净化后的含水烟气通过上部的脱水器3,因旋流脱水板11的作用,加快烟气的旋转速度,产生离心力,烟气中的大部分水份被强制甩向内筒12,顺内壁流下而不会向外飞溅,而且由于内筒12高度的增加,气体速度逐渐降低,再经过顶层的防带水环13,随气流带出的液滴由防带水环13顶端收集,并在两侧流入溢流堰14中,避免了上升烟气的二次夹带,从而达到更有效的气液分离。由于溢流堰14高度的提高,水蓄满溢流堰14后才经集液槽15、集水管16流出,因此又可起到冷却作用,降低经过内筒12的烟气温度,促进烟气水分的冷凝。由于溢流堰14底部开有微孔,利用较低的穿孔气流,可使液相变为连续相,并产生液态泡沫(添加碱液时尤为明显),更有利于除尘和二氧化硫的吸收。烟气最后经过顶部的倒锥体2,进一步减少夹带的液滴,降低含水量,经出气口1排出。

1.一种高效废气净化装置,包括由下而上顺序设置的进气口(7)、含旋流板(6)的除尘脱硫区、含一个或一个以上脱水器(3)的脱水区及出气口(1),其特征是:所述除尘脱硫区中设有两个或两个以上进水口(4)分别位于不同旋流板(6)上方;在进水口(4)与旋流板(6)之间安装有盘型喷洒器(5);脱水器(3)由旋流脱水板(11)、内筒(12)、防带水环(13)、溢流堰(14)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效废气净化装置,其特征是:所述脱水区与出气口(1)之间设有一倒锥体(2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高效废气净化装置,其特征是:所述脱水器(3)中的旋流脱水板(11)设于内筒(12)中部,防带水环(13)设于内筒(12)顶部,溢流堰(14)高度为内筒(12)高度的1/3~2/3。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的高效废气净化装置,其特征是:所述的内筒(12)高度为25cm~40cm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的高效废气净化装置,其特征是:所述的盘型喷洒器(5)上密布孔径为8mm的小孔。
