背景技术
差动减速器包括卸船机主起升机构中的起升开闭及小车运行的差动减速器和集装箱起重机中起升小车机构的差动减速器。在差动减速器中润滑的好坏对减速器的正常运行起着关键的作用，特别是轴承润滑影响着减速器的正常使用周期。通常，差动减速器采用飞溅润滑或强制润滑。由于差动减速器结构紧凑，通过飞浅润滑很难保证各轴承的正常润滑。
发明内容
为了解决差动减速器的上述问题，本实用新型的任务是提供一种改进的差动减速器箱体副油箱，它解决了差动减速器通过飞浅润滑很难保证各轴承正常润滑的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种差动减速器箱体副油箱，它包括箱体和箱盖，所述箱体的小车输入轴处装有副油箱，该副油箱通过在箱体内前部加装的筋板与主油箱隔开，副油箱的底面与减速箱的底面不在同一平面上，以抬高底面；所述箱盖上增加装有小副油箱，该小副油箱位于箱盖侧板与U形加强筋之间。
本实用新型在差动减速器的箱体小车输入轴处和箱盖上增加了副油箱的设计，由此减少了润滑油的用油量，并保证在高速输入轴处齿轮及各轴承在强制润滑系统出现故障时仍能润滑。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种差动减速器箱体副油箱分别位于下箱体高速轴处和箱盖上，它包括箱体和箱盖。
参看图1，箱体的小车输入轴处1装有副油箱2，由于差动减速箱尺寸较大，可以水平剖分箱体的方式，副油箱2通过在箱体内前部加装的筋板3与主油箱隔开。为了保证各级齿轮、轴、轴承的充分润滑，要加高油位或将剖分面倾斜。副油箱2的底面与减速箱的底面不在同一平面上，以抬高底面。
参看图2，箱盖上增加装有小副油箱4，该小副油箱4位于箱盖侧板5与U形加强筋6之间。在运行时通过飞溅在箱盖侧板5上的油进入小副油箱4，以此达到润滑轴承的目的。

1.一种差动减速器箱体副油箱，它包括箱体和箱盖，其特征在于，所述箱体的小车输入轴处装有副油箱，该副油箱通过在箱体内前部加装的筋板与主油箱隔开，副油箱的底面与减速箱的底面不在同一平面上，以抬高底面；所述箱盖上增加装有小副油箱，该小副油箱位于箱盖侧板与U形加强筋之间。
