Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种储油罐用浮床式内浮项装置,属石油化工设备技术领域。该装置由装填袋和弹性布袋组成,装填袋内充填有浮板,并通过固定件将多个装填袋拼装成与储油罐罐体内截面形状相同的平板,弹性布袋固定在拼装后的装填袋周边,弹性布袋内充填有弹性颗粒,弹性布袋与储油罐罐体内壁紧密接触。本实用新型设计的储油罐用浮床式内浮项装置,结构简单,具有重量轻、浮力分布均匀、现场安装简便、无静电危害等优点。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种储油罐用的浮床式内浮顶,适用于在各种立式圆柱型拱顶储油罐使用,属石油化工设备技术领域。
背景技术
为了减少储油罐所储存的油料,即原油、汽油及其它成品油,因所含易挥发组分的蒸发而引起在油罐大、小呼吸过程中的损耗,通常在拱顶储油罐中加装内浮顶。现在使用的内浮顶多用钢板或铝板制做,其不足之处是结构复杂,加工及安装工作量大,自重重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对已有技术的缺点,设计一种储油罐用浮床式内浮项装置,对已有的储油罐用内浮项的结构作出改进,以使其结构简单,自重减轻。
本实用新型设计的储油罐用浮床式内浮项装置,由装填袋和弹性布袋组成,装填袋内充填有浮板,并通过固定件将多个装填袋拼装成与储油罐罐体内截面形状相同的平板,弹性布袋固定在拼装后的装填袋周边,弹性布袋内充填有弹性颗粒,弹性布袋与储油罐罐体内壁紧密接触。
本实用新型设计的储油罐用浮床式内浮项装置,结构简单,具有重量轻(浮力与自重相比约为6到20),浮力分布均匀、现场安装简便(模块化组装),无静电危害等优点。

图1~图5中,1是预制的耐油橡胶布浮板装填袋,2是预制的浮床边部密封用的耐油橡胶布弹性口袋,3是聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫塑料浮板,4是储油罐体,5是浮床拼接封口压紧用的角铝型材,6是耐油橡胶布专用粘结剂,7是分散的已发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒,8是铝铆钉固定件。
具体实施方式
本实用新型设计的储油罐用浮床式内浮项装置如图1所示,由装填袋1和弹性布袋2组成,装填袋1内充填有浮板3,并通过固定件5、8将多个装填袋1拼装成与储油罐罐体4的内截面形状相同的平板,弹性布袋2固定在拼装后的装填袋周边,弹性布袋2内充填有弹性颗粒7,弹性布袋与储油罐罐体内壁紧密接触。
本实用新型设计的储油罐用浮床式内浮项装置,是一种在新建的或是已清空的储油罐4中现场组装的内浮顶,如图2图3所示,它主要由预制的耐油橡胶布浮板装填袋1,预制的浮床边部密封用的内装已发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒7的密闭耐油橡胶布弹性口袋2,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板浮3和浮床拼接封口压紧用的角铝型材5组成。该装置所用的耐油橡胶布浮板装填袋1可根据储油罐尺寸不同而采用半圆、四分之一圆或其它分割布置方式预制,其上各口袋只留一端开口,各口袋之间严格密闭分隔,与外界严格隔绝。通常耐油橡胶布浮板装填袋1的最大尺寸控制在5米左右,其厚度按所需设计浮力,通常选择在15mm至150mm之间。耐油橡胶布可根据油品性质的不同选用各种丁腈橡胶布或是氯丁橡胶布,其厚度可选用0.2mm至2.0mm。
该装置所用的聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫塑料浮板3选用密度和强度较大的产品,通常在10kg/m3到40kS/m3之闸,其最大长度以3米为宜。
浮床边部密封用的耐油橡胶布弹性口袋2制做用的橡胶布与浮板口袋1相同,其内充填分散的已发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒7,其柱面和两端均严格预制,绝对密闭。将预制好的耐油橡胶布弹性口袋2组装在浮板装填袋1的边部,使其根据储油罐4内径的变化而弹性变形,以密闭浮床与罐内壁之间的间隙。通常设计浮板装填袋1与耐油橡胶布弹性密闭口袋2组装后在自然状态下的自由半径比储油罐内径大出10mm到50mm,以保证可靠密封。
如图4和图5所示,在浮板3装入浮板装填袋1后,在各块口袋的开口处长出的接头的内侧面之间,均匀地涂敷专用粘结剂6粘结,将长出的接头粘结后向上折叠三层成迷宫状,与相应拼装组合的另一浮板口袋打三折后的摇头分别用角铝型材5从两边夹紧,再钻孔用铝铆钉8拉铆连接,以保证各浮板口袋间拼装连接严密、可靠,各口袋封口处严格密封。这样将各块已装填浮板3的浮板装填袋拼接成一个可以覆盖整个储油罐内液面的完整的浮床式内浮顶,以阻止所储存油品中轻质组分的挥发。

1、一种储油罐用浮床式内浮项装置,其特征在于该内浮顶装置由装填袋和弹性布袋组成,装填袋内充填有浮板,并通过固定件将多个装填袋拼装成与储油罐罐体内截面形状相同的平板,弹性布袋固定在拼装后的装填袋周边,弹性布袋内充填有弹性颗粒,弹性布袋与储油罐罐体内壁紧密接触。
