本实用新型公开了一种能够消除静电危害的储 油罐用的组装式内浮顶,其特征在于:1.在塑料浮子 11的下面,与油料接触面上增加金属网18,使塑料 浮子11左右夹持在钢制径向梁8中,前后夹持在钢 制周向梁10中,其上有复合铝盖板7,其下有金属网 18,塑料浮子11的六个面都处在导体内;2.塑料浮子 11为具有消除静电荷积聚导电添加剂的浮子;3.在 盖板7的圆面积上每隔90度引出一根导线17与储 油罐顶19相连,以消除静电危害。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种储油罐用的组装式内浮顶,适用于在固定顶的立式圆柱形钢质储油罐中使用。
为了减少储油罐中油料的蒸发损耗,防止油料污染变质,通常在储油罐中装上内浮顶。现有的储油罐内浮顶,如我国专利CN88201602提供的就是一种储油罐组装式内浮顶。它是将钢板或铝板加工成工字形构件,用螺栓连接成辐射状结构的骨架,再用聚氨酯硬质闭孔泡沫塑料制成浮子(简称塑料浮子),呈环状置于骨架之中,即组装成内浮顶。其不足之处是这种内浮顶没有解决好防静电问题。这种内浮顶在储油罐上使用时,由于石油产品在流动、过滤、加注、剧烈晃动等情况下,引起电荷转移,从而使石油产品带上一定符号的静电荷,这样就使内浮顶存在静电危害。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够防止静电危害的,储油罐用的,以金属骨架泡沫塑料做浮子的组装式内浮顶。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在组装式内浮顶中采取多种措施消除静电危害。其一是在塑料浮子下面增加金属网,其二是在塑料浮子中增加导电的添加剂,其三是在盖板上引出多根导线与储油罐顶相连,使静电接地,从而消除了静电的危害。
本实用新型的优点是:由于采取多种措施消除塑料浮子的静电危害,从而使储油罐的金属结构塑料浮子组装式内浮顶得到广泛应用。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
图1为内浮顶在普通油罐中组装情况示意图。从图1可以看出:在普通储油罐1中装有一个内浮顶2、两根防转钢丝3、十三根支腿4和舌形密封条5,还可看出内浮顶2与导线17连接情况。图2为带金属网的内浮顶塑料浮子结构示意图。从图2可以看出:内浮顶2由八根圈板梁6、盖板7、二十四根径向梁8、中心盘9、三十六根周向梁10、六十块塑料浮子11和三十六根积液排出管12等组成。图3为带金属网的内浮顶塑料浮子结构局部剖面示意图。它表明普通储油罐1、支腿4、舌形密封条5、圈板梁6、盖板7、径向梁8、周向梁10、塑料浮子11、消防泡沫挡板13、压条14和舌形密封压条15等零部件的局部组成情况。
组装时首先将圈板梁6由入孔16送入储油罐1内,在储油罐1的底部用螺栓连接好,再以舌形密封压条15为样板把储油罐1壁内表面与圈板梁6外边缘间的间隙调整为190毫米左右,拧紧螺栓使圈板梁6连成一个整体,在圈板梁6的连接处装上支腿4的固定套,用螺钉拧紧。同时将支腿4套入固定套内,并将圈板梁6升至1.8米左右的安装高度,用螺钉将支腿4与支腿固定套紧固。
第二步将中心盘9送入储油罐1内,套上中心的支腿4,再升至1.8米左右的安装高度,同时将相互对应的径向梁8(这种梁共有24根)均匀地分布在圆周上,径向梁8一端与圈板梁6相连,另一端与中心盘9相连,然后拧紧全部螺栓。
第三步将中心塑料浮子11包上一层或多层金属网18,嵌入两根径向梁8中间。将中心周向梁10用螺钉紧固在两根径向梁8上,再将中间支腿4用螺钉紧固在中间周向梁10上。所有六十块塑料浮子11都按照上述情况一一组装好。
第四步装好盖板7,再用压条14压紧,安装内浮顶2上的积液排出管12及其它所有附件,装好防转钢丝3,连结并安装好导线17,将舌形密封条5及消防泡沫挡板13套在圈板梁6的螺栓上,并套上舌形密封压条15,用螺母紧固。至此内浮顶2即组装完毕。
本实用新型的特征在于:1.在塑料浮子11的下部,与油料接触面上增加一层或多层金属网18,由于本结构系辐射状,故使塑料浮子11左右夹持在钢制径向梁8中,前后夹持在钢制周向梁10中,其上有复合铝盖板7,其下有金属网18,从而使塑料浮子11的六个面都处在导体内,这样就促使电位降低,达到安全可靠的目的。2.在塑料浮子11中增加导电的添加剂,以减少并消除静电荷的积聚。3.在盖板7上引出四根导线17与储油罐顶19相连,即在塑料浮子11上面的复合铝制盖板7的圆面积上每隔90度引出一根导线17,与储油罐顶19相连,复合铝制盖板7上有四根导线17使静电接地。所以这种内浮顶2在防止静电危害上是安全可靠的。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种储油罐用的组装式内浮顶,通常用钢板或铝板加工成工字形构件,用螺栓连接成辐射状结构的骨架,再用聚氨酯硬质闭孔泡沫塑料制成浮子,呈环状置于骨架之中,本实用新型的特征在于:
    1、在塑料浮子11的下面,与油料接触面上增加金属网18,使塑料浮子11左右夹持在钢制径向梁8中,前后夹持在钢制周向梁10中,其上有复合铝盖板7,其下有金属网18,塑料浮子11的六个面都处在导体内;
    2、塑料浮子11为具有消除静电荷积聚导电添加剂的浮子;
    3、在盖板7的圆面积上每隔90度引出一根导线17,与接地的储油罐顶19相连。
