本实用新型涉及一种踏板式摩托车的车架结构。
踏板式摩托车采用跨骑式摩托车自然风冷发动机时，要求发动机缸头前部有足够大，而且通畅的空间。而一般踏板式车架左右侧弯管在车架左下方搭接，左右侧弯管影响了发动机缸头进风冷却。
本实用新型的车架结构如下：
一种踏板式摩托车的车架结构是车架在一般车增加前左右侧弯管和脚踏衬管。前左右侧弯管前端与前立管焊接，其后端与左右侧弯管焊接；左右侧弯管间用前横管联；前横管中部与前弯管焊结，前弯管与车架中部主体弯管用管件连接。
本实用新型的车架结构受力较大的脚踏空间形成管件主体封闭结构，使车架强度大大增加，发动机缸头进风宽敞通畅，脚踏上管件同时可以保护板，使它们不会压塌。

如图所示，前左右侧弯管11、12前端与前立管1焊接，后部与左右侧弯管8、9焊接；左右侧弯管8、9用前横管10固连；前弯管2前端与前立管1焊接，后端与前横管10连接；踏板衬管3、4前端与前弯管2焊接，后端与左右中弯5、6焊接；左右侧弯管8、9和左右中弯管5、6通过中弯管7连接在一起，车架形成空间立体结构，强度大大增加，发动机缸头前部进风通畅。

  1. 一种踏板式摩托车的车架结构，其特征在于：车架结构是车架在一般车增加前左右侧弯管和脚踏衬管；前左右侧弯管前端与前立管焊接，其后端与左右侧弯管焊接；左右侧弯管间用前横管联；前横管中部与前弯管焊结，前弯管与车架中部主体弯管用管件连接。
