Abstract
一种硬脆材料钻孔机,其使该钻孔机的上下钻头接近硬脆材料的驱动装置包括:操纵杆;上下后齿轮及其同轴设置的第一上下同步轮,上下后齿轮相互啮合;第一上下同步链带分别缠绕在同轴设置的第一上下同步轮和第二上下同步轮;第二上下同步链带分别缠绕在第三上下同步轮和第四上下同步轮上;钻杆套筒,其上的齿条分别与上下前齿轮相啮合。本实用新型提供的硬脆材料钻孔机只要在有电源的场所就可应用,结构更简单、更紧凑、成本也低。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种硬脆材料钻孔机,这种钻孔机特别适用于对玻璃、陶瓷、晶体薄片等硬脆材料进行钻孔操作。
现有的硬脆材料钻孔机如金刚石玻璃钻孔机都采用气动元件传动进给,由于具有气缸,所以必须在有压缩空气源的场所才能使用。另外,由于在气动系统中必须采用气泵、气缸、各种减压阀、安全阀等部件,使得硬脆材料钻孔机的结构复杂、体积庞大、并且造价较高。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种硬脆材料钻孔机,其可以方便地在有电源的场所就能使用。
本实用新型的另外一个目的是提供一种硬脆材料钻孔机,其结构简单、布局紧凑、成本低廉。
为此,本实用新型提供了一种硬脆材料钻孔机,其使该钻孔机的上下钻头接近硬脆材料的驱动装置包括:可被驱动转动的操纵杆;上下后齿轮及其第一上下同步轮,该上下后齿轮分别与该第一上下同步轮同轴设置,第一上下同步轮其中之一由操纵杆驱动转动,上下后齿轮相互啮合,该上下后齿轮的半径分别大于该第一上下同步轮的半径;第二上下同步轮和第三上下同步轮,其分别设置在上下后齿轮及其第一上下同步轮的上方和下方,该第二上下同步轮分别与第三上下同步轮同轴设置;第一上下同步链带,其分别缠绕在第一上下同步轮和第二上下同步轮上;第四上下同步轮及其上下前齿轮,其设置在第二上下同步轮和第三上下同步轮的一侧,该第四上下同步轮及其上下前齿轮同轴设置,该第四上下同步轮的半径分别小于上下前齿轮的半径;第二上下同步链带,其分别缠绕在第三上下同步轮和第四上下同步轮上;和钻杆套筒,其上的齿条分别与上下前齿轮相啮合。
特别是,所述第二上下同步轮和第三上下同步轮分别设置在上下后齿轮及其第一上下同步轮的正上方和正下方。
特别是,所述第四上下同步轮及其上下前齿轮的转动轴线与第二上下同步轮和第三上下同步轮的转动轴线设置在同一高度位置。
特别是,所述钻杆套筒内设有轴承。
特别是,所述钻杆套筒上的齿条与该钻杆套筒集成一体或是固定在该钻杆套筒上的齿条。
特别是,用于对玻璃制品进行钻孔操作
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:当接通电动机电源、扳动安装在机架上的操纵杆时,带动齿轮、同步链带传动系统和齿条,使夹持钻头的二个钻杆相对工作台上放置的硬脆材料同时进行相向运动,钻头即对硬脆材料板进行钻削作业。
由于工作台的夹持装置通过手动硬脆材料压板杆进行操作,并且使该钻孔机的上下钻头接近硬脆材料的驱动装置通过操纵杆进行手动驱动,只要有电源能驱动电动机运转就能带动钻头转动。因此,只要在有电源的场所就可应用本实用新型提供的硬脆材料钻孔机。
如上所述,根据本实用新型的硬脆材料钻孔机省略了现有技术中的气动系统里的气泵、气缸和各种阀门,因此,根据本实用新型的硬脆材料钻孔机结构更简单、更紧凑、成本也降低了。
下面结合一个特别推荐的实施例通过附图对本实用新型进一步详细说明:
图1是根据本实用新型的硬脆材料钻孔机的总体结构示意图;和
图2是根据本实用新型的硬脆材料钻孔机的传动系统示意图。
根据本实用新型的硬脆材料钻孔机的一个特别推荐的实施例是金刚石玻璃钻孔机。如附图1和附图2所示,该金刚石玻璃钻孔机包括:机架1;带齿条的钻杆套筒3和4;前齿轮5、6;同步轮7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14;钻杆15、16;后齿轮17、18;皮带轮19、20、21、22;电动机23、24;玻璃压板杆25;玻璃压板26;工作台27;传动皮带28、29;同步链带30、31、32、33;钻头夹34、35;金刚石玻璃钻头36、37;和冷却液供应装置38、39。
钻杆15、16通过轴承安装在带齿条的钻杆套筒3、4内。电动机23、24通过传动皮带28、29带动钻杆15、16旋转。钻杆上的钻头夹34、35卡持金刚石玻璃钻头36、37。前齿轮5、6啮合带齿条的钻杆套筒上下运动,钻杆15、16也随之上下运动。
玻璃板P放置在工作台27上。把安装在机架1上的玻璃压板杆25下移,玻璃压板26就压紧了玻璃板P;操纵杆2与同步轮10、后齿轮17同轴连接。当扳动安装在机架1上的操纵杆2时,同步轮10、后齿轮17开始转动;后齿轮17通过啮合带动后齿轮18;齿轮18与同步轮11同轴连接;同步轮10通过同步链带31带动同步轮8转动;同步轮11通过同步链带32带动同步轮12转动;同步轮8、9同轴连接;同步轮12、13同轴连接;同步轮9、13分别通过同步链带30、33带动同步轮7、14。同步轮7、14分别与前齿轮5、6同轴连接,所以,金刚石玻璃钻头36、37同时相向运动。电动机23、24通电后带动金刚石玻璃钻头36、37旋转,开始对工作台上的玻璃板进行相向钻孔作业。供冷却液装置38、39同时对玻璃钻孔处提供冷却液。钻孔完毕后可关闭电动机电源。
综上所述,在上述特别推荐的实施例中,根据本实用新型的硬脆材料钻孔机包括:
机架1,其支撑整个钻孔机;
工作台及其夹持装置,其包括:工作台27,玻璃压板26,和玻璃压板杆25;
玻璃钻孔装置,其包括:钻头夹34、35,钻头36、37,和冷却液供应装置38、39;
电动机及其动力传递装置,其包括:电动机23、24,皮带轮20、22,传动皮带28、29,皮带轮19、21,和钻杆15、16;
上下钻头接近玻璃的驱动装置,其包括:操纵杆2,上下后齿轮17、18及与其同轴的第一上下同步轮10、11,第一上下同步链带31、32,同轴的第二上下同步轮8、12及第三上下同步轮9、13,第二上下同步链带30、33,同轴的第四上下同步轮7、14及其上下前齿轮5、6,和钻杆套筒3、4。
本领域的技术人员可以理解,根据本实用新型的硬脆材料钻孔机还可用于对陶瓷、晶体薄片、硬质塑料等材料进行钻孔操作。
Claims (6)
1.一种硬脆材料钻孔机,其特征在于,
使该钻孔机的上下钻头接近硬脆材料的驱动装置包括:
可被驱动转动的操纵杆(2);
上下后齿轮及其第一上下同步轮(17,18;10,11),该上下后齿轮(17,18)分别与该第一上下同步轮(10,11)同轴设置,第一上下同步轮(10,11)其中之一由操纵杆(2)驱动转动,上下后齿轮(17,18)相互啮合,该上下后齿轮(17,18)的半径分别大于该第一上下同步轮(10,11)的半径;
第二上下同步轮(8,12)和第三上下同步轮(9,13),其分别设置在上下后齿轮及其第一上下同步轮(17,18;10,11)的上方和下方,该第二上下同步轮(8,12)分别与第三上下同步轮(9,13)同轴设置;
第一上下同步链带(31,32),其分别缠绕在第一上下同步轮(10,11)和第二上下同步轮(8,12)上;
第四上下同步轮及其上下前齿轮(7,14;5,6),其设置在第二上下同步轮(8,12)和第三上下同步轮(9,13)的一侧,该第四上下同步轮(7,14)及其上下前齿轮(5,6)同轴设置,该第四上下同步轮(7,14)的半径分别小于上下前齿轮(5,6)的半径;
第二上下同步链带(30,33),其分别缠绕在第三上下同步轮(9,13)和第四上下同步轮(7,14)上;和
钻杆套筒(3,4),其上的齿条分别与上下前齿轮(5,6)相啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬脆材料钻孔机,其特征在于,所述第二上下同步轮(8,12)和第三上下同步轮(9,13)分别设置在上下后齿轮及其第一上下同步轮(17,18;10,11)的正上方和正下方。
3.如权利要求1所述的硬脆材料钻孔机,其特征在于,所述第四上下同步轮及其上下前齿轮(7,14;5,6)的转动轴线与第二上下同步轮(8,12)和第三上下同步轮(9,13)的转动轴线设置在同一高度位置。
4.如权利要求1所述的硬脆材料钻孔机,其特征在于,所述钻杆套筒(3,4)内设有轴承。
5.如权利要求1所述的硬脆材料钻孔机,其特征在于,所述钻杆套筒(3,4)上的齿条与该钻杆套筒(3,4)集成一体或是固定在该钻杆套筒(3,4)上的齿条。
6.如权利要求1所述的硬脆材料钻孔机,其特征在于,用于对玻璃制品进行钻孔操作。
