Abstract
反射聚光太阳灶的一种轻质灶壳,通过使灶壳的内部[1]形成泡沫结构,并在灶壳的凸面[2]上制出一些纵横交错的凸棱[3],从而减小灶壳的质量,又保证其抗变形能力仍能满足正常使用,进而使整个太阳灶的质量减小,制作成本降低。
Description
本实用新型属于抛物面反射聚光太阳灶的一种灶壳。
在本实用新型做出来以前,一般的抛物面反射聚光太阳灶,为使灶壳的抗变形能力能满足使用要求,常把灶壳做得厚且实,因而质量大,底座或支架相应的也要做得坚固而笨重。给太阳灶的制作和搬运带来困难,生产成本难以降低,影响太阳灶的推广使用。
本实用新型的目的,在于为抛物面反射聚光太阳灶提供一种质量较小的灶壳,从而使整个太阳灶的质量减少,制作成本降低,方便搬运和使用,利于推广。
本实用新型通过以下方式实现目的。使灶壳的内部形成泡沫结构,以此使灶壳不因减少制作原料而减少厚度,从而保证灶壳的抗变形能力不降低;另外把灶壳的凸面制作出凸棱,使灶壳在平均厚度不变的情况下,增强抗变形能力,或者抗变形能力相同时得以减小平均厚度。
现结合附图。对本实用新型作进一步描述。

下面是本实用新型的最佳实施侧:参照图1,将添加了发泡剂的灶壳制作原料(如塑料、粘土)填入灶壳发泡成型模具中,给以合适的压力和温度,使灶壳受热发泡,受压成型,冷却后脱模。这样,成型后的灶壳内部[1]即成为泡沫结构,且在灶壳的凸面[2]上形成一些纵横交错的凸棱[3](图1中是5条,图2总共9条),凹面[4]形成光滑的抛物曲面。安装到支架上的方式可参照目前推广的灶壳。

- 反射聚光太阳灶的一种轻质灶壳,包括灶壳、灶壳的凸面、凸棱,其特征是灶壳的内部为泡沫结构,凸面上制出凸棱。
