Description

本实用新型涉及一种保温水箱,尤其是太阳能热水器中的保温水箱。
太阳能热水器主要由集热器、水箱和支架组成,其中水箱由内胆、保温层和外壳构成,外壳起隔水和美观的作用,保温层达到保温目的,内胆贮水并承受压力,由于内胆承压较大,所以内胆壁厚一般在1.2mm-1.5mm,使内胆成型工艺复杂且浪费材料。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种保温层内带有加强网的保温水箱,它可节省材料,降低成本。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在保温水箱的内胆(2)和保温层(1)之间装有加强网(3),加强网(3)固接在保温层(1)内。
本实用新型由于采用了带有加强网的保温层结构,内胆壁厚只需0.3~0.8mm,内胆壁厚是一般内胆的1/4~1/2,大大节省了材料,降低了成本,同时也简化了内胆的成型工艺。

依据本实用新型提出的新型太阳能保温水箱由内胆(2)、加强网(3)、保温层(1)、蒙皮(4)和封头(5)组成,加强网(3)在内胆(2)与保温层(1)之间,加强网(3)固接在保温层(1)内。
加强网(3)用金属制成,也可以用塑料制成。加强网(3)通过发泡工艺固接在保温层(1)内。
内胆壁厚:0.3~0.8mm。

1、一种新型太阳能保温水箱,由内胆(2)、保温层(1)、蒙皮(4)和封头(5)组成,其特征在于:在内胆(2)和保温层(1)之间装有加强网(3),加强网(3)固接在保温层(1)内。
