本实用新型涉及一种电加热器,特别是一种塑料注塑成型机的电加热圈
现有的塑料注射成型机电加热器很多,一般为圆筒式结构,内外由不锈钢层包住,两不锈钢层之间为发热体,发热体一般由电热丝缠绕云母片组成,此种结构制造麻烦,导热不够快,效果也不明显,而且发热元件在制造过程中易受压损坏。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构更加简单,效果更加明显的塑料注射成型机电加热圈。
本实用新型由云母板绝缘体、发热体、保温层、全不锈钢保护罩及电源引出线构成,其中发热体可采用云母片支撑电热丝构成,保温层由云母板绝缘体及石棉构成,云母板作为内层绝缘体可直接缠绕在受热筒体上,云母板外扣发热体及保温层,最外层扣不锈钢保护罩固定。
本实用新型与现有塑料注塑成型机电加热圈相比,采用云母板作为内层结构,省去一层内不锈钢保护罩,增加一层保温材料,具有制作工艺简单,升温快,导热系数高,节能效果好,发热元件在制作过程中不易受挤压损坏等优点。

如图1所示,本实用新型由云母板绝缘体(1),发热体(2),保温层(3),全不锈钢保护罩(4)及电源引出线(5)组成,其中发热体(2)由云母片支撑电热丝构成,保温层(3)由云母板绝缘体及石棉体构成,内层云母板绝缘体(1)外扣发热体(2),最外层为全不锈钢保护罩(4),发热体(2)与不锈钢保护罩(4)间有保温层(3),整个结构为圈式结构,全不锈钢外罩(4)由螺钉(6)固定。

1.一种塑料注射成型机电加热圈,包括发热体。电源引出线。不锈钢外罩,其特征在于:内层为云母板绝缘体(1),云母板绝缘体(1)外扣发热体(2),在发热体(2)与不锈钢外罩(4)间有保温层(3)。
