本实用新型公开了一种太阳灶聚光板,主要结构特征是太阳灶聚光板由左右两片对称组成,其厚度为4-6mm,每片聚光板四周边缘采用U型凸状翻边向正面方向突出,聚光板的背面加有2-4mm高的网状加强筋。本太阳灶聚光板的四周边缘和背面加强筋结构使得其强度大大增加。在使用过程中不会受气候影响产生变形。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳灶聚光板,特别指以太阳能为能源的太阳灶聚光板。
背景技术
太阳能灶技术的开发利用在我国已历时有三十年。但是,到目前为止,市场上流通的太阳能灶具产品还是以手工制造为主。太阳能灶的核心部件是带抛物线曲面的聚光板和附着在其表面的反光膜。所以聚光板抛物线的精度、规则度及表面反光材料的反射率决定了其聚光性能的好坏。目前,人们普遍采用在凸型单模上利用化工复合材料、玻璃钢等进行人工模制。还有用金属材料冲压的方法制做聚光板。以上两种方法的不足之处是:由于手工制作,聚光板成型时得不到足够的压力,强度上不去,薄厚度也难以保持均匀一致。加上化工原料在固化成型过程中容易生产变形,需要2-3天的固化保养时间,生产效率低。而制作出的聚光板抛物线误差大,产品容易开裂。采用金属材料冲压聚光板可以实现工业化生产,但因金属材料有较强的反弹和热胀冷缩系数,聚光板在使用过程中容易受气候影响产生变形,稍有破绽处就容易生锈扩展,因而很快就导致产品性能下降。以上两种方法制作的抛物线曲面聚光板强度不高,在使用过程中容易受气候影响产生变形,产品质量难以保证,抵抗恶劣环境的能力较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种太阳灶聚光板,这种太阳灶聚光板采用大型模具一次性快速成型,以ABS工程塑料、聚偏氟乙稀加其它添加剂为原料改性制成,有高强度、高精度、高反射特点。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题由如下方案来实现:太阳灶聚光板,由左右两片对称组成,其特征是:聚光板厚度为4-6mm,每片聚光板四周边缘采用U型凸状翻边向正面方向突出,每片聚光板的背面加有网状加强筋。
本实用新型还包括如下方案:所述聚光板背面的网状加强筋高2-4mm。
本实用新型的优点是:本太阳灶聚光板的四周边缘和背面加强筋结构使得其强度大大增加。在使用过程中不会受气候影响产生变形。

下面结合附图举一实施例。如图1、图2所示,太阳灶聚光板1由左右两片对称组成,表面形状为抛物线曲面。太阳灶聚光板1厚度为5mm。如图1、图2、图3所示,每片聚光板1四周边缘采用U型凸状翻边2向正面方向突出。如图2所示,聚光板1的背面加有3mm高的网状加强筋3。
