本发明属于多功能材料技术领域,公开了一种快速拆装轮毂盖及其制备方法,所述快速拆装轮毂盖的制备方法包括:制备塑料基材材轮毂盖,制备金属支架,安装轮毂盖。本发明制备的快速拆装轮毂盖具有重量轻、成型简单、成本低、效率高等优点;且具有拆装方便的特点,轮毂盖与支架间通过卡扣连接,具有拆装渐变,方便轮毂检修功能;本发明制备的快速拆装轮毂盖及支架可根据轮毂大小的不同,制备相应大小的支架和轮毂盖,总体上具有安装使用便捷,重量轻及环境性能优越的特点。

一种快速拆装轮毂盖及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于多功能材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种快速拆装轮毂盖及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,业内常用的现有技术是这样的:
轮毂盖是安装在车轴端部,有密封、防水、防尘作用。目前轮毂盖大多使用金属材料或高分子材料制备,其缺陷是成本高,安装过程复杂,难拆装等。
发明专利(CN 101768356 A)公开了一种轻型塑料轮毂盖。轻型轮毂盖属于全部由非金属材料制造的轮毂盖,尤其涉及由塑料制造的用于保护或遮盖轮毂的轮毂盖。该轮毂盖由尼龙66、玻璃纤维、添加剂通过注塑/模压而成。优点是:轮毂盖强度高,刚性好,耐热性能好,重量减轻74.5%;简化成型工艺,降低制造成本,成本下降40%;废旧轮毂盖易回收利用,有利于环保。
缺点为:成本高、安装过程复杂、难拆卸。
综上所述,现有技术存在的问题是:
目前传统轮毂盖成型工艺复杂、重量重、成本高。安装过程复杂、难拆卸。
解决上述技术问题的难度在于:

发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种快速拆装轮毂盖及其制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的,一种快速拆装轮毂盖的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制备塑料基材材轮毂盖;
步骤二、制备金属支架;
步骤三、安装轮毂盖。
进一步,在步骤一中,制备塑料基材材轮毂盖的方法包括:制备轮毂盖金属模具,使用塑料材料通过注塑成型方法制备塑料轮毂盖,并设定温度、压力、时间参数。
塑料材料为ABS或ABS+PC或ASA。
制备轮毂盖金属模具温度75℃~85℃,成型温度165℃-180℃。
注塑压力100~140MPa,保压压力60~70MPa。
保压时间:240s~300s。
进一步,在步骤二中金属支架主体通过钣金件制备成型,角件连接部位满焊。通过钣金模具压制而成。
进一步,在步骤三中将金属支架安装在轮毂盖上,轮毂盖与轮毂之间用螺栓连接,金属支架与轮毂盖之间通过卡扣连接。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种通过所述快速拆装轮毂盖的制备方法制造的快速拆装轮毂盖,该快速拆装轮毂盖设置有塑料轮毂盖,所述塑料轮毂盖通过若干卡扣卡装在金属支架上。
综上所述,本发明的优点及积极效果为:
本发明制备的快速拆装轮毂盖具有重量轻、成型简单、成本低、效率高等优点。
本发明制备的快速拆装轮毂盖具有拆装方便的特点,轮毂盖与支架间通过卡扣连接,具有拆装渐变,方便轮毂检修功能。

如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的快速拆装轮毂盖的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制备塑料基材材轮毂盖。
步骤二、制备金属支架。
步骤三、安装轮毂盖。
在本发明实施例中,步骤一具体包括:使用塑料材料通过注塑成型方法制备塑料轮毂盖,并设定温度、压力、时间参数。
塑料组份:ABS或ABS+PC或ASA。
注塑模具温度75℃~85℃,成型温度165℃-180℃。
注塑压力100~140MPa,保压压力60~70MPa。
保压时间:240s~300s。
在步骤二中金属支架主体通过钣金件制备成型,角件连接部位满焊。通过钣金模具压制而成。
在步骤三中将金属支架安装在轮毂盖上,轮毂盖与轮毂之间用螺栓连接,金属支架与轮毂盖之间通过卡扣连接。

实施例1:
本发明实施例提供的塑料基材吸波轮毂盖由塑料轮毂盖、金属支架组成。塑料轮毂盖上有若干卡扣,卡扣材料与轮毂盖基材相同。金属支架具有较强韧性和抗疲劳性能。安装结构图如图2所示。
实施例2:
本发明实施例提供的快速拆装轮毂盖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、根据要求设计符合性能要求的轮毂盖。
步骤二、制备生产轮毂盖的金属模具。
步骤三、注塑成型轮毂盖。
步骤四、制备金属支架。
步骤五、将金属支架装配在轮毂盖上,轮毂盖与支架间通过卡扣安装。
实施例3:
本发明实施例提供的快速拆装轮毂盖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、塑料基材材轮毂盖制备。
制备轮毂盖金属模具,使用塑料材料通过注塑成型方法制备塑料轮毂盖,设定好温度、压力、时间等工艺参数。
步骤2、金属支架制备。
金属支架主体通过钣金件制备成型,角件连接部位满焊,保证连接强度。
步骤3、快速拆装轮毂盖安装。
先将支架安装在轮毂盖上,轮毂盖与轮毂之间用螺栓连接。支架与轮毂盖之间通过卡扣连接,既保证轮毂盖与支架之间的连接强度,也保证轮毂盖拆装便捷。

制备轮毂盖金属模具,使用塑料材料通过注塑成型方法制备塑料轮毂盖,并设定温度、压力、时间参数;
所述塑塑料材为ABS或ABS+PC或ASA;
制备轮毂盖金属模具温度75℃~85℃,成型温度165℃-180℃;
注塑压力100~140MPa,保压压力60~70MPa;
保压时间:240s~300s。
3.如权利要求1所述快速拆装轮毂盖的制备方法,其特征在于,
