筛选搅拌机
本实用新型属于一种物料筛选搅拌机械。
在工业生产过程中，有时需要对多种原料或半成品、成品进行混合筛选和搅拌，如水泥生产中在化验前必须对水泥成品进行混合筛选和搅拌。目前此项工序是由手工分步进行的，工作效率低，质量差，不能连续作业，劳动强度大，工作条件差。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能连续作业，效率高，性能好，工作条件改善的机械设备。
本实用新型的技术方案是：筛选搅拌机由减速电机、传动装置、偏心轴、空心轴、筛网筒、搅拌叶、搅拌筒组成，偏心轴在空心轴内呈同心轴，筛网筒在搅拌筒内上方；减速电机通过偏心轴带动筛网筒转动摇摆，通过空心轴带动搅拌叶在搅拌筒内旋转；搅拌筒下端有卸料管。
本实用新型的优点是：实现了筛选、搅拌同步机械化作业，连续工作，效率高。改善了工作环境和劳动强度。

结合附图实施例详细说明如下：
筛选搅拌机由减速电机1、传动装置2、偏心轴3、空心轴4、筛网筒5、搅拌叶6、搅拌筒7组成。偏心轴3在空心轴4内，二者呈同心轴；筛网筒5在搅拌筒7内上方；减速电机1通过偏心轴3带动筛网筒5转动摇摆，通过空心轴4带动搅拌叶6在搅拌筒7内旋转；搅拌筒7下端有卸料管8，搅拌筒7底部卸料管8口设卸料板9。
工作过程如下：启动减速电机1，通过传动装置2使偏心轴3、空心轴4同时转动，带动筛网筒5和搅拌叶6转动。在筛网筒5内加入各物料，通过网筛的物料落入搅拌筒7内，经搅拌叶6搅拌均匀；抽出卸料板9，均匀物料通过卸料管8排出，进入下一道工序。

1、一种筛选搅拌机，由减速电机、传动装置、偏心轴、空心轴、筛网筒、搅拌叶、搅拌筒组成，其特征在于：偏心轴在空心轴内呈同心轴，筛网筒在搅拌筒内上方；减速电机通过偏心轴带动筛网筒转动摇摆，通过空心轴带动搅拌叶在搅拌筒内旋转；搅拌筒下端有卸料管。
