Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型二冲程发动机,该发动机是在气缸体侧壁等高线上开有进气口和排气口,对应的在活塞上开有活塞进气道和排气道,通过曲轴及其上的曲轴凸轮及连杆内的滑动挺杆的调节,完成进气系统与排气系统转换过程;本实用新型可避免进气与排气系统短路现象、杜绝润滑油参与燃烧的弊端减少对大气环境的污染、同时可节省能源、提高燃料的使用效率、结构简单、重量轻。

Description

新型二冲程发动机
本实用新型涉及一种二冲程内燃动力机械,尤其是一种新型二冲程发动机;主要由气缸体、活塞、曲轴、凸轮、连杆、挺杆、复位弹簧等部件组成。
二冲程发动机由于其结构简单、重量轻、运转平稳、易于维护,与同排气量的四冲程内燃发动机相比其输出功率较大,因而在500ml以下的中、小排气量的发动机中曾大量应用,但由于其进气系统与排气系统重叠短路时间长,致使燃料消耗过高过快,使用户支出的燃料费用大大超过四冲程内燃发动机;同时又因润滑油参与燃烧活动对环境造成严重污染,在保护环境与节约能源呼声日益高涨的今天,二冲程内燃发动机的市场份额越来越低,面临被淘汰的危险,因此改进并解决二冲程发动机的现有缺陷是其生存发展的根本点。
本实用新型的目的是为提供一种可避免进气系统与排气系统短路现象、杜绝润滑油参与燃烧的弊端减少对大气环境的污染、同时可节省能源、提高燃料的使用效率、结构简化、重量轻的新型二冲程发动机。
本实用新型的目的可通过如下措施来实现:
一种新型发动机,包括气缸体、连杆、曲轴、活塞;在气缸体侧壁接近活塞下止点的等高位置设有进气口和排气口;在活塞上部设有活塞进气道和活塞排气道;活塞通过连杆上段与连杆下段活动连接后再与曲轴相连;在曲轴上设有内置于连杆下段的曲轴凸轮上方设有内置于连杆下段的挺杆,在挺杆上套有复位弹簧,挺杆上部与连杆上段的下部呈斜齿轮连接;挺杆与连杆下段呈键槽滑动配合。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1、本实用新型在气缸体侧壁接近活塞的下止点的等高位置同时设有进气口和排气口,同时在活塞的同一等高位置设有活塞进气道和活塞排气道;进气口和排气口的中心线夹角大于活塞进气道和排气道的中心线夹角;因而本实用新型有效地杜绝了进气系统与排气系统的短路现象,节省了能源,提高了燃料的使用效率;同时其进气过程是直接经由化油器雾化后进入缸体,因而又杜绝了润滑油参与燃烧的弊端,使燃烧后排放的废气对大气环境的污染大为减少。
2、本实用新型由于无需气阀及控制气阀的专用凸轮等零部件,因此本发动机的重量更轻,高度也大为降低,使结构设计、安装,更加灵活、运转更加宁静,制造成本大幅下降。
3、本实用新型由于进气口和排气口始终在活塞侧壁运动的行程范围内,因而其润滑能达到良好的程度,而不会产生润滑油流入进气口或排气口的弊端。

本实用新型还将结合附图实施例作进一步详述:
参照图1、2,一种新型发动机,包括气缸体1、连杆、曲轴7、活塞11;在气缸体1侧壁接近活塞11下止点的等高位置设有进气口12和排气口13;参照图3、4,在活塞11上部设有活塞进气道14和活塞排气道15;参照图5,活塞11与连杆上段2通过活塞销10相连,连杆上段2与连杆下段3通过球珠16活动连接,然后再与曲轴7相连;在曲轴7上设有内置于连杆下段3的曲轴凸轮8上方设有内置于连杆下段3的挺杆5,在挺杆5上套有复位弹簧9,挺杆5上部与连杆上段2的下部呈斜齿轮连接;在挺杆5上设有挺杆侧凸6,挺杆侧凸6可在连杆下段3的下段凹槽4内滑动配合。所述的活塞排气道15和活塞进气道14的中心线夹角之差为挺杆5带动活塞11转动的角度。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:当曲轴7旋转带动活塞11向下运动,接近下止点时,活塞排气道15对正排气口13,将燃烧后的废气排出;由于燃烧后的气体在急速逸出时产生的惯性力,将造成缸体内部的负压状态,曲轴继续旋转,在曲轴凸轮8的作用下,挺杆5升起,带动活塞11旋转一定的角度关闭排气口13,活塞11旋转的角度取决于连杆上段2与挺杆5的斜齿轮啮合的长度;打开进气口12,完成进气过程;活塞11在曲轴7带动下继续向上止点运动,挺杆5在复位弹簧9的作用下,活塞11反向旋转一定的角度,复位至初始状态,完成一个工作循环,周而复始。
因此,使用本实用新型制造的发动机将在车用动力机械、舷外机、小型动力工具等领域的竞争大为领先,具有广阔的市场前景。

Claims (2)

1、一种新型二冲程发动机,包括气缸体(1)、连杆、曲轴(7)、活塞(11);其特征在于在气缸体(1)侧壁接近活塞(11)下止点的等高位置设有进气口(12)和排气口(13);在活塞(11)上部设有活塞进气道(14)和活塞排气道(15);活塞(11)通过连杆上段(2)与连杆下段(3)活动连接后再与曲轴(7)相连;在曲轴(7)上设有内置于连杆下段(3)的曲轴凸轮(8)上方设有内置于连杆下段(3)的挺杆(5),在挺杆(5)上套有复位弹簧(9),挺杆(5)上部与连杆上段(2)的下部呈斜齿轮连接;挺杆(5)与连杆下段(3)呈键槽滑动配合。
2、如权利要求1所述的新型二冲程发动机,其特征在于所述的活塞排气道(15)和活塞进气道(14)的中心线夹角之差为挺杆(5)带动活塞(11)转动的角度。
