Abstract

一种新型的转动轴,由阶梯轴、衬套、轴承套、外套和轴承依次套合而成。其中衬套与轴承套通过暗锁固定联结之,轴承通过圆钉键分别与阶梯轴和轴承套配合,外套、轴承套和衬套上设有注油孔,阶梯轴、外套和轴承外侧密封垫围成一个贮油空间。本转动轴的优点是轴承转动件不易磨损、不必定期保养;装、拆极为方便,轴承的松紧不必校正。

Description

新型转动轴
本实用新型涉及一种转动轴,特别是一种摩擦阻力小,各部件处于动配合状态下的新型转动轴。
现有的电机、风机、车轮......等转动机构主要由轴、轴承。轴承套、外套等部件静配合组成。这种静配合组装方法造成轴承套内的轴承不平衡。并且它又采用固体润滑剂。因此静配合造成了轴承磨擦阻力增大;各部件易损坏。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在机械领域中使用的新型转动轴。
本实用新型是按如下的方式来实现的:
新型转动轴包括阶梯轴、轴承、衬套、轴承套、外套、外套锁母及密封垫。所述的阶梯轴、衬套、轴承套、外套和轴承依次套合,其中:衬套的长度应大于阶梯轴中部凸出部分的长度;阶梯轴的外径应小于轴承的内径;轴承套的内径应大于轴承的外径。衬套和轴承套通过暗销固定联结之。外套、轴承套和衬套上,设有注油孔。轴承位于衬套两端,且套合于轴承套内、轴承套的长度应大于衬套长度和两个轴承厚度之和,轴承上设有内圈键槽和外圈键槽、轴承套上设有园钉键。该园钉键与与轴承外圈键槽相吻合,阶梯轴上也设有园钉键。该园钉键与轴承内圈键槽相吻合,轴承的外侧设有密封垫。密封垫的外侧是外套锁母。该锁母与外套通过螺口固定联接之。密封垫与阶梯轴和外套所围成的空间构成贮油装置。通过外套上的注油孔注入润滑油。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、轴承转动件不易磨损;不必定期保养;
2、不必去专业部门进行维修,省开支;
3、装、拆极为简单,轴承松和紧不必校正;

图中:1-阶梯轴,2-外套锁母,3-密封垫,4-轴承,5-衬套,6-轴承套,7-外套,8-轴上的园钉键,9-轴承套上的园钉键,10-暗销,11-轴承外圈键槽,12-轴承内圈键槽,13-注油孔。
如图1所示,阶梯轴、衬套5、轴承套6、外套7、轴承4依次套合,衬套5和轴承套6通过暗销10固定联结之,外套7轴承套6衬套5上设有注油孔13,轴承4位于衬套5两端,且套合于轴承套6内。轴承上设有内圈键槽12和外圈键槽11,阶梯轴上设有园钉键8,轴承套上设有园钉键9,轴承内圈通过园钉键8与阶梯轴配合,轴承外圈通园钉键9与轴承套配合。轴承4的外侧设有密封垫3,密封垫3的外侧是外套螺母2,外套螺母2通过外套上的螺口与外套7固定联结之。所述衬套的长度应大于阶梯轴中间凸起部分的长度,所大于部分以0.3-0.5mm为宜;阶梯轴的外径应小于轴承的内径;轴承套的内径应大于轴承的外径;轴承套的长度应大于衬套长度和两个轴承厚度之和,所大于部分以0.3-0.5mm为宜。

Claims (4)

1、一种新型的转动轴,其特征在于阶梯轴、衬套、轴承套、外套和轴承依次套合,衬套与轴承套通过暗锁固定联结之,轴承内圈与阶梯轴动配合,轴承外圈与轴承套动配合,轴承外侧设有密封垫,外套螺母通过螺口与外套联结之;所述阶梯轴中间凸出部分的长度应小于衬套长度;所述阶梯轴的外径应小于轴承内径;所述轴承套的内径应大于轴承的外径;所述轴承套的长度应大于衬套长度与两个轴承厚度之和。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型转动轴,其特征在于外套、轴承套和衬套上设有注油孔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型转动轴,其特征在于轴承上设有内、外圈键槽口,阶梯轴和轴承套上设有园钉键。通过园钉键和键槽口、使轴承与阶梯轴和轴承套实现动配合。
4、根据权利要求1所述的新型传动轴、其特征在于:衬套长度大于阶梯轴中间凸出部分的长度,其大于部分为0.3-0.5mm;轴承套的长度大于衬套长度和两个轴承厚度之和。其大于部分为:0.3-0.5mm。
