密封性能好的活塞环
本实用新型涉及一种密封性能好的活塞环,主要用于内燃机上。
现有内燃机活塞环为直口3,见图4-图6。其不足之处在于:经过一段期间运行后,由于缸和活塞环的磨损而导致工作间隙3明显加大,产生严重的漏气和窜油。影响内燃机的正常运行和输出功率下降。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种密封性能好的活塞环。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来实现:在活塞环接口一边有上半高度的缺口,在接口另一边有下半高度的缺口。

下面将结合实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步详述:
图1-图3表示本实用新型的结构。先将整环切开,形如直开口3,参考图5和图6。直开口的一边(图3所示右边)加工出上半高度的缺口1,另一边(图3所示左边)加工出下半高度的缺口2,经过定型热处理,得到接口处为图3的搭接结构。使用时,由于活塞环上下端面之间无直通口,因而密封性能好。使用一段时期后,只是工作间隙4加大,活塞环上下端面之间仍无直通口,仍保持良好的密封性能。不会出现漏气和窜油现象。延长了活塞环的使用寿命;可保持内燃机原有的输出功率。
本实用新型对比现有技术具有密封性能好的优点。
试验结果:提高功率2-30%;节约机油20-40%;节约汽、柴油2-5%;黑烟排放明显减少;活塞环弹力保持提高2-5%,损件期延长近一倍;初期磨合性能好易起动。
