Abstract

双芯轮胎,是将现有的轮胎的整个充气空腔分隔成独立的二个空腔,分隔层的材料与整个轮胎材料相同,当某一个空腔扎破后,另一空腔还能独立支撑,不会降低轮胎高度,大大地提高了行车的安全系数。

双芯轮胎
本实用新型属于轮胎领域,特指一种两个充气腔的双芯轮胎。
目前广泛应用的机动车轮胎,基本是二大类,一类是由内外胎构成,外胎扣在轮框上,内胎套在外胎之中,内胎的轮胎,直接充气,支撑起车轮的重量,另一类是没有内胎充气。这二类轮胎有一致命的缺点就是当轮胎被扎破后,整个轮胎无法行走,特别是当车辆在高速行驶时,轮胎破后会造成方向突然偏转,引发事故。
基于充气轮胎的这个缺点,本实用新型提出的双芯轮胎能克服上述缺点,当轮胎一充气腔破后,另一气腔还能支撑起车辆的重量,不会致使行驶之中的车辆发生方向偏转。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:由编织层、橡胶层、气门阀组成的双芯轮胎,其内部是分隔成密封的二个环状空腔,每个空腔有各自的气门阀。也可分隔成二个环状空腔,每个空腔内置入内胎。

下面结合实施例对实用新型作进一步的详细说明:
图一所示的是实用新型完全是用封闭式外胎结构,轮胎层2是分隔出二个密封空腔3,上面装有气门阀4,轮胎扣入轮鼓1上,对两个气门充入压缩空气,则整个轮胎鼓起。由于轮胎中间的分隔材料与整个轮胎是同一材料,所以当某一空腔扎破后,另一空腔还是能独立支撑起轮子,不会降低轮胎的高度。图二所示的是本实用新型的另一实施例,轮胎层2是不封闭的,在二个分隔空腔3中置入带气阀4的内胎5,轮胎扣入轮鼓1后,对内胎5充入压缩空气,使得整个轮胎鼓起。同样,当某一内胎扎破,另一空腔还是能独立支撑起轮子,不会降低轮胎的高度。
综上所述,本实用新型所提出的方案仅是在现有轮胎结构上将整个充气空腔分隔成独立的二个,成本不需增很多,但大大地提高了行车的安全系数,避免了因轮胎突然破裂而造成的恶性事故,是一种值得广泛推广的新式安全轮胎。

1、双芯轮胎,是由编织物层、橡胶层、气门阀等组成,其特征在于轮胎内是分隔成密封的二个环状空腔,每个空腔有各自的气门阀。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双芯轮胎,其特征还在于:轮胎内分隔成二个环状空腔,每个空腔内置入内胎。
