Abstract
一种立体标牌或徽章的成型装置,是将顶面积层有金属镀膜或金属有色、透明或半透明薄膜的表层,由高周波及电热装置的复合加热膜压方式,使之固定于一基材上;而用以模压该表层材料的模具包括有一活动上模及一固定下模,上模刻设有用以熔断表层的熔断刃部及用以模压表层的模压刃部,下模则具有与模压刃部配合的承压刃部;采用本实用新型所述的装置,可简化成型步骤,特别是可简化加热模压工序后的后加工步骤。
Description
本实用新型涉及的是一种标牌或徽章的成型装置,特别是涉及一种可简化成型步骤并提高标牌或徽章外观质感的立体标牌或徽章之成型装置。
传统的标牌或徽章装饰物,仅利用高周波或电热管等加热装置将一表层材料熔接于一基材上,并利用一仅刻有熔断刃部的单一模具将部份表层材料予以熔断,完成加热操作后,再以手工作业方式将被熔断的部份表层材料予以剔除,未熔断并接触于基材上的表层材料则依据模具的刻纹表现出所希望的花纹式样。
其主要缺点包括:
1)对于宽度间隔较窄的欲除去表层材料部份,其手工剔除作业相当困难,特别是宽度在0.5mm以下的狭小区域,其剔除作业更是不可能的,因此,以传统方法成型标牌或徽章上花纹式样,其纹线的间隔必须在一定宽度以上,而难以成型精密细致的花纹线条,使其在外观上难以展现出高品质感。
2)其未熔断而接触于基材上的表层材料,基本上是位于同一平面上,仅能表现出一种平面花纹式样,无法展现高质感的立体感花纹式样;如果该表层材料采用热塑性合成树脂时,在加热过程中,由于花纹线条的宽度不一,使其热塑性合成树脂材料因受热而隆起的高度亦有不同,因其差异甚小,实质上仍被视为一种平面花纹式样,并不具有立体花纹式样的高品质感。
由此可见,上述传统的标牌或徽章装饰物的成型装置仍有很多缺点,它无法制造具有微细花纹线条及立体花纹式样的高质感标牌或徽章饰物,因此需要加以改进。
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种利用加热模压基材上的表层,形成微细线条及立体花纹式样的立体标牌或徽章之成型装置,花纹中的微细线条是借助模具的模压刃部将表层材料熔融薄化至可看到基材的程度,以展现出纹路细致且清晰可辨的细线状基材颜色,而获得清晰的高质感标牌或徽章成型品。
本实用新型的另一目的,在于利用一活动上模及一固定下模对表层及基材进行加热模压工序,使表层及基材被模压成具有明显凹凸表面的立体花纹式样,进而成型为高质感的立体标牌或徽章装饰品。
本实用新型的另一目的是在于提供上述型式的立体标牌或徽章的成型装置,它可简化成型步骤,特别是可简化加热模压工序后的后加工步骤。
具有上述优点的本申请立体标牌或徽章之成型装置,是将顶面积层有金属镀膜或非金属有色、透明或半透明薄膜的表层,叠置于一基材的上方;该表层是以热塑性材料或底面涂层有热塑性材料的其他材料所制成,其上层表面可进一步形成有织布状的微细凹凸花样;然后利用高周波及电热装置的复合加热装置及刻有特定花纹式样的模具组对该表层及基材进行加热模压工序,用以模压该表层及基材的模具组包括有一活动上模及一固定下模,上模刻设有用以熔断部分表层的熔断刃部以及使部份表层被熔融而薄化至可看到基材程度的模压刃部,下模则具有与模压刃部配合的承压刃部;进行加热模压工序时,部份表层被熔断刃部所熔断,以形成标牌或徽章的外轮廓线,而另一部份表层则被模压刃部及承压刃部熔融薄化并被模压成向上突起的立体花样,而其熔融物则浸渗到基材组织中,使表层与基材相互接触成一体;被模压刃部所熔融的表层残余部份变得非常薄,以形成与模压刃部等宽且可看到基材的细沟,并由该等细沟构成一清晰可辨且宽度可在0.5mm以下的线细状花纹线。

请参阅图1,将被成型为立体标牌或徽章的胚料是在一基材1的上方叠置一表层2的叠层材料,该基材1可使用例如织布、无纺布、合成皮革、塑胶等的任意物质制成,而表层2则为一使用例如聚氯乙稀或聚胺基甲酸酯的热塑性合成树脂所制成的薄膜,表层2也可以使用在底面涂层有一黏着层3的其他种类材料制成,黏着层3可使用热塑性材料或其他胶着材料;表层2在其顶面可预先积层有一金属镀膜或印刷有一油墨层5,也可以用在积层有一金属镀膜后,再于该金属镀膜上印刷一油墨层的方式制成;另外,也可将该金属镀膜和/或油墨层积层于两层热塑性合成树脂薄膜材料之间以构成该表层2,也可预先在一热塑性合成树脂薄膜材料的底面积层该金属镀膜和/或油墨层后,再将它积层于另一热塑性合成树脂薄膜材料的顶面。
请同时参阅图2及图3,上述构成的胚料被放置于一固定下模9上,而固定下模9则被固定于高周波及电热装置的复合熔接机的一侧电极的模具载台10上,并借助自表层2上方向下移动的活动上模11模压该胚料,该活动上模11是被放置于高周波及电热装置的复合熔接机的另一侧电极的模具载台12上,用以对胚料实施高周波及电热装置的复合绝缘加热模压工序;如图2和图3所示,该活动上模11沿着待成型胚料的外轮廓线6(请参看图4)刻设有一连续或非连续的熔断刃部13、比该熔断刃部13略短而位于其上方的模压刃部14、以及更短而位于更上方的压迫面15,该压迫面15可由数个位于相同平面或不同平面上的齿状表面构成;熔断刃部13具有相当尖锐的熔断刃尖16,可在进行热膜压工序时将与其接触的表层2及其上、下面所积层的金属镀膜(或油墨层)5及黏着层3予以熔断切除,用以成型如图4所示的成型品上的外轮廓线6;模压刃部14具有尖锐度不如熔断刃尖16的模压刃尖17,且其长度正好微小于表层2及其上、下积层的总厚度,因此表层2在与模压刃尖17的相互抵触的部份,位于表层上方的金属镀膜(或油墨层)5将会被熔融拉扯而断裂,至于表层2及其下方的黏着层3将会被熔融,熔融物的一部份将会浸渗到基材1内而发挥接着的功能,而熔融物的另一部份将会在基材1的上面残存成可使基材1被看到的程度的非常薄的薄膜,用以成型如图4所示的成型品上的细沟7;至于长度更短而位于更上方且刃尖更为平缓的压迫面15,则可在保留表层顶面金属镀膜(或油墨层)5的情况下,使表层2成型如图4所示的成型品上的织布状微细凹凸花样部分8。在加热模压过程中,介于两侧熔断刃部13间的表层2和/或其底面黏着层3,特别是与模压刃尖17的相互抵触的部份,将会被部份熔融,熔融物的一部份将会浸渗到基材1组织中,使位于模压范围内的表层2与基材1相互接触成一体。
请同时参阅图4、5及7,利用上述加热模压成型的立体标牌或徽章成型品18,其位于外轮廓线6以外的欲除去表层部分4因已被熔断刃尖16熔断切除,且该欲除去部分4不在加热模压范围内,使其底面黏着层3并未被熔融,因此工作人员极易使用剔除工具将该欲除去部分4予以揭除;至于黏着于基材1上的表层2材料则展现出一具有细沟7及微细凹凸花样部分8的花纹式样,其中该等细沟7的宽度相等于模压刃尖17的宽度,其宽度可在0.5mm以下,而该等细沟7的底部是借助模压刃尖17的压迫而形成为厚度薄至可使基材1被看到的程度的膜状残存部分,其对映于紧临细沟7且向上隆起的微细凹凸花样8上所保持的金属镀膜(或油墨层)5的光辉色泽(或印刷油彩),而可展现出经明确分离且清晰可辨的高质感纤细状线条的花纹式样。且其在配合以该织布状微细凹凸花样部分8,则可呈现出与手工刺绣法所制成标牌或徽章饰品相同外观质感的金线状立体标牌或徽章。
在上述立体标牌或徽章成型过程中,如欲使成型部的膨起程度增大时,则可以基材1与表层2之间加衬一热塑性合成树脂的发泡片体,该发泡片体可使用例如聚氯乙稀或聚胺基甲酸酯等材料予以发泡成型。另外,可预先在表层2的外表面均匀地涂布以具有黑、棕等浓厚色调且可被后述溶剂溶解的有色涂膜,并在实施高周波及电热装置的复合绝缘加热模压工序后,以含浸有例如稀释剂、二甲苯、或醋酸乙酯等溶剂的布料擦拭表层2的外表面,使表层2中的隆起部分、平坦部分及较缓和的凹陷部分的有色涂膜被溶剂溶解,使金属镀膜的固有光辉面露出而呈现,而以急角度凹入的尖锐状线条部份(即上述的各细沟7),其有色涂膜因未被溶剂擦试而保持黑、棕等浓厚色调的古雅风格。
本实用新型的立体标牌或徽章成型之装置中也可仅对表层进行加热模压,并在成型品的底面贴合一易于揭开的热固性塑料保护膜,消费者在购买该不具有基材的立体标牌或徽章后,可自行揭开该保护薄膜,并利用熨斗或其他加热装置将该底面具有热塑性合成树脂黏着层的立体标牌或徽章转印至衣物、礼帽或其他物品上。上述的转印标牌或徽章中用以保护黏着层的热固性塑胶薄膜也可在成型前直接贴附于黏着层的底面。
另外,如图6所示,也可仅使用单一模具对胚料进行加热模压工序,即将基材1与表层2叠置于作为高周波及电热装置的复合熔接机一侧电极的平台25上,并借助被固定于高周波及电热装置的复合熔接机另一侧电极的模具载台12上的一活动上模11模压该胚料,用以对胚料实施高周波及电热装置的复合绝缘加热模压工序。
如欲成型表面具有较大凹凸落差花纹式样的高质感标牌或徽章饰物时,则可进行二阶段的加热模压工序,即先使用如图8所示具有模压刃部27和/或压迫面28的第一模具26对胚料1及2进行第一阶段的模压工序,使标牌或徽章饰物的表面成型有高低落差的微细线条及凹凸花纹式样;其后再使用如图9所示数个具有尖锐熔断刃部30的第二模具29对胚料进行第二阶段的模压工序,而可沿着该花纹式样的外轮廓线熔断部份表层,并成型为该具有较大凹凸落差花纹式样的高质感标牌或徽章饰物。该第一及第二模具26及29上所刻设的模压刃部27、压迫面28及熔断刃部30可用以成型如图7所示标牌或徽章实施例的表面花纹式样;以沿著图7中的A~A线所绘成其所需成型模具的纵剖面为例说明,其成型模具应具有分别示于图8和图9中的三个模压刃部27、若干压迫面28和六个熔断刃部30。
请同时参阅图10和图11,本案所述的立体标牌或徽章的成型装置,是一种脚踏控制式高周波及电热装置的复合熔接机19,操作人员首先将上述构成的胚料放置于被固定于第一电极20的固定下模9上方的一预定位置上,然后,以脚踏控制方式操作一脚踏杆22,而使被固定于第二电极21的活动上模11向下移动,而与固定下模9共同模压胚料,此时,输入高周波及电热装置的复合熔接机的交流电压被整流滤波而产生一直流电压,该直流电压以输出用转换元件予以转换而供给于第一及第二电极20、21的磁力线圈,利用磁力线圈所产生的磁力涡流对胚料进行加热,而使胚料中的表层及基材相互熔接成一体,再经过一定的模压加热时期后,操作人员松开脚踏杆22,使第二电极21活动上模11向上移回原始位置,并取出成型品,即完成一立体标牌或徽章的成型工序。上述高周波及电热装置的复合熔接机中的脚踏控制及传动机构及其磁力涡流产生装置,均属常规技术,本文中不予详述;至于本申请的构成特征部分,除上述具有熔断刃部、模压刃部及压迫面的模具组9、11之外,还在模具载台12与电极21间加装有一可调整温度的电热装置23,该电热装置23是与模具载台12和电极21以电连接方式相互组合成一体,用以将电极21所产生的磁力涡流及电热装置23所产生的热量传导至模具11,利用该高周波磁力线圈与电热装置23所产生的复合热源同时对胚料进行加热,它不但可缩短胚料所需的成型时间,用以提高生产效率;同时由于辅以电热装置23所施加的第二热源,使本实用新型可针对具有相当厚度的胚料进行复合热源加热模压工序。如只使用未加本实用新型电热装置的传统高周波熔接机对较厚的胚料进行加热模压时,则其热量将不足以熔断该较厚胚料的外轮廓线,导致成型品质不佳且徒增难以剔除欲除去表层部份的困扰。该电热装置23可依据胚料的厚度及其使用的材料及其叠层种类,而由一调温装置24调整其加热温度。图中虽仅示出加装于第二电极21与上模具载台12间的电热装置23,但第一电极与下模具载台间也可以相同方式加装一可调整加热温度的电热装置。
本实用新型是具有以上所说明的构成及作用,仅借着在基材上以上、下模具组模压表层以及实施高周波及电热装置的复合绝缘加热的过程,即可形成具有微细线条及立体花纹式样的立体标牌或徽章,花纹中的微细线条是借助模具的模压刃部将表层材料熔融薄化至可看见基材的程度,用以展现出纹路细致且清晰可辨的细线状基材颜色,而可获得清晰的高质感标牌或徽章成型品;更可借助相互配合的上、下模具组使表层及基材被模压成具有明显凹凸表面的立体花纹式样,进而成型为高质感的立体标牌或徽章装饰品。
本实用新型所述的装置和现有技术相比,能够以更高效率及廉价的方式制造与传统手工刺绣标牌或徽章具有相同外观质感品质的合成树脂立体标牌或徽章制品,所制得的产品和传统产品相比较,具有更好的立体感。
Claims (5)
1、一种立体标牌或徽章的成型装置,被用以将一含有热塑性表层材料及基材的胚料加热模压成为一立体标牌或徽章,所述的成型装置包括有:一脚踏控制式高周波熔接机及一分为上模具及下模具的成型模具组;所述的高周波熔接机包含有一可供固定该下模具的第一电极、一可供固定该上模具的第二电极、一可使该第二电极及上模具进行往复运动的脚踏控制式传动机构;及一可产生磁力涡流而对该胚料进行加热的磁力涡流产生装置,其特征在于:
所述的上模具刻设有若干熔断刃部及模压刃部;

2、根据权利要求1所述的立体标牌或徽章的成型装置,其特征在于,该上模具还刻有若干凹凸状的压迫面,其长度更短于该模压刃部且其刃尖更为平缓,在加热模压过程中,该压迫面可在不熔断表层材料的情形下,使表层材料沿着压迫面而隆起形成织布状的微细凹凸花样。
3、根据权利要求2所述的立体标牌或徽章的成型装置,其特征在于,该下模具刻设有与该模压刃部及压迫面之形状相互配合的承压刃部。
4、根据权利要求1所述的立体标牌或徽章的成型装置,其特征在于,该上模具与第二电极间加装有一电热装置,该电热装置是与上模具及第二电极以电连接方式相互组合成一体,籍以将电极所产生的磁力涡流及该电热装置产生的热量同时传导至该上模具。
5、根据权利要求4所述的立体标牌或徽章的成型装置,其特征在于,该电热装置设有一可调整其加热温度的调温装置。
