Description

一次性吸湿物品
本实用新型涉及一次性吸湿物品，如月经带，尿布，训练裤，失禁用裤和垫。
众所周知，一些一次性的吸湿物品，它们由一块液体可渗透的顶片，一块液体不可渗透的底片，一块放置在这两片之间的吸湿芯子和一对侧叠边组成，这一对侧叠边相应地向外延伸超出吸湿芯子的横向相对侧边缘之外，顶片和底片由片料构成，如无纺织物和/或塑料薄膜。这个顶片和底片在向外延伸超出吸湿芯子的横向相对侧边缘之外的区域内彼此粘接，以形成侧叠边。侧叠边不仅提供顶片和底片互相粘接的区域，而且与穿着者大腿周围配合，以防止体液从侧面泄漏。在月经带情况下，侧叠边沿着月经带的裆区的横向相对侧边缘盖住月经带穿着者所穿短裤(内裤)，并借此保护短裤的侧边缘不被月经排出物弄脏。
然而，侧叠边和按上述方式构成的叠边外侧边缘不是别的，而正是相应地粘接在一起的顶片和底片的一些部分和它们的剪切端部。相应地，即使底片和顶片都是用软材料制成，一旦它们粘接在一起，则由这些软布料做成的侧叠片也可以具有较高的刚性，并使穿着者的软皮肤，特别是裆区及其周围感到不舒服。尤其是由粘接在一起的顶片和底片的剪切末端构成的相应的侧叠边的外侧边缘会象尖刃一样令人难以忍受地刺疼穿着者的皮肤。
相应地，本实用新型的主要目的是要通过把由柔软，可拉伸和防水片料制成的片条，沿着片条的横向中线对折以作成侧叠边的每一叠边，这样可以盖住物品横向相对侧边缘的每一侧边缘，为些需要将横向相对侧边的一条边与顶片粘接，然后将与所述侧边相对的另一侧边与底片粘接，使折痕构成这个叠边的外侧边缘，从而可解决上述问题。
根据本实用新型，上述目的可通过一种一次性的物品来达到，这种一次性物品包括一块液体可渗透的顶片，一块液体不可透的底片，一个放置在这两片之间的吸湿芯子和一对向外延伸超出所述吸湿芯子的横向相对侧边缘之外的侧叠边，其特征为，所述侧叠边的每一叠边是通过将由柔软，可拉伸和防水布料做成的片条，沿着所述片条的横向相对侧边中的一条边以其上表面和所述顶片粘接，将向外延伸超出所述吸湿芯子的相应侧边缘之外的所述片条的一部分，沿着所述部分的横向中线向后折叠至所述底片上，并将粘接在所述顶片上的所述一侧对面的所述片条的另一侧与所述底片粘接一起。
根据本实用新型的优选实施例，所述片条沿着所述吸湿芯子的横向相对侧边缘粘接，纵向拉紧。
采用上述的吸湿物品，每一侧叠边由柔软的，可拉伸和防水的片条制成，片条沿着向外延伸超出顶片之外的片条部分的横向中线向后折叠，其折痕就构成侧叠边的外侧边缘，因此不必担心外侧边缘会刺疼穿着者的皮肤。侧叠边粘接在物品上，纵向拉紧，以便保证在物品穿着时产生的侧叠边收缩作用下，物品能恰当地弯曲并贴紧穿着者裆部及其周围区域的皮肤。

图3为表示图1所示月经带的一种变型的平面图；
图4为类似于图3的视图，但表示图1所示的月经带的另一种变型形式；

参见图1和图2，月经带1由一纵向长的基体5和在基体5两侧的一对侧叠边6组成，基体5包括一块液体可渗透的顶片2，一块液体不可渗透的底片3和放置在两片2，3之间的吸湿芯子4。一方面，顶片2和底片3在向外延伸超出吸湿芯子4的纵向相对末端4A之外的末端部分彼此粘接，不透水；另一方面，又在吸湿芯子4的横向相对侧边缘4B附近与由柔软，可拉伸和防水布料制成的纵向长片条10粘接，纵向长片条用于做成侧叠边6，每一条片条10是这样构成侧叠边的：片条10的纵向一侧边沿着纵向连续的接合线12，与顶片2的上表面粘接一起，而片条10的向外延伸超出纵向侧边缘4B的部分，沿着横向中线13，向后折叠至底片3上，片条的另一纵向侧边14，沿着纵向连续接合线15粘接到底片3的下表面上。每一个侧叠边6的相互相对的内表面，沿着在侧边缘4B和所述折叠线13之间，平行于吸湿芯子4的相应侧边缘4B的纵向连续或中间接合线16彼此粘接在一起，换言之，即向内离开每一侧叠片6的外侧边缘，这样，每一侧叠边6的相互相对的内表面形成一个风道24，它有泵的作用，当风道贴着穿着者皮肤时，可使空气在线13和16之间，穿过那里流通。
片条10可用可拉伸的材料制成，诸如通过复合纤维的皱缩得到的可拉伸的无纺织物，由可拉伸纤维制成的无纺纺粘布或由弹性体或橡皮制成的可拉伸的片料，当使用纤维材料时，纤维材料细度最好小于5个旦尼尔，或小于2个旦尼尔更好。片条10单位面积的重量最好小于100克/米2，而小于50克/米2更好，以便获得理想的柔软性和可拉伸性。要求这种片条10具有在其厚度方向限制或防止体液浸渍，或者在其平面方向扩散开来的能力，也就是防水的。假如需要时，片条10可经过防水等处理。片条10的相互相对内表面之间，以及片条10和顶片2与底片3之间的粘接应为不透水性质的，为了达到这点，最好，至少把接合线11，15做成纵向连续线的形式。应当了解，只有当顶片2和底片3，以及片条10为可熔化时，才能有效地使用接合线11，15，16，因此，假如有必要时，可以用相应的热熔粘接剂等代替接合线。为了避免可能发生的，沿着每一侧叠边6的纵向相对末端的体液泄漏，片条10应粘接在底片3上。这样，体液可以在平面方向，通过顶片2扩散，但绝不会在相应片条10的上表面上扩散。
参见图3，它表示月经带1的另一个实施例，基体5的纵向相对末端的每一端，在横向相对方向部分向外延伸，以形成突片23。每一块片条10，在突片23的上表面和下表面上盖住每一对纵向相对的突片23。在这个状态下，片条10沿着粘接线12，15(图3中没有示出粘接线15，参见图2)，与顶片2和底片3粘接一起，然后，这个片条10的相互相对内表面，沿着粘接线16彼此粘接在一起。片条10还沿着粘接线17与构成突片23的顶片2和底片3的相应部分粘接在一起。当月经带1为这种布置时。所形成的侧叠边6在沿着月经带1的纵向相对末端设置的一对横向粘接线17之间为可拉伸的。
根据图1和图3所示的月经带1的实施例，片条10可以纵向拉紧，粘接到基体5上以形成侧叠边6，这样可以容易地将月经带1贴紧穿着者裆部，因为当穿上月经带1时，顶片2在侧叠边6收缩作用下，向内弯曲。图3所示的月经带1的结构用于达到这个效果是特别好的。根据图1和图3所示的月经带1的结构，侧叠边6是柔软的，并具有较低的刚性，而基体5则由于里面放有吸湿芯子4而具有较高的刚性。这种特别在下述方面是有利的，即当穿上月经带1，即使侧叠边6趋皱纹，这些皱纹既不会延伸至基体5内，也不会使基体5起皱折，因此可以消除月经带1贴紧穿着者裆部的理想紧密性会因此受影响的担忧。
参见图4和图5，它们表示月经带1的又一个实施例，顶片2和底片3向外延伸稍微超出吸湿芯子4的横向相对侧边缘之外，以形成较窄的侧叠边20，而片条10沿着纵向接合线21，相应地与顶片2和底片3粘接，以形成由相应的接合线21向外延伸的侧叠边6，以及由相应的接合线21向内延伸至吸湿芯子4上面的侧叠边22，这样，相应的侧叠边22可以与顶片2结合，形成朝月经带1内部开放的口袋。参见图4，在每一片条10打上斜线25的区域内，每一片条10的相互相对的内表面彼此粘接在一起，并与顶片2的上表面或底片3的下表面粘接。就第一个侧叠边6而言，每一片条10的相互相对的内表面可以彼此粘接一起或保留自由叠加在上面的关系。根据图4和图5的结构，片条10可以纵向拉紧，粘接到基体5上，以便保证当穿上月经带1时，在侧叠边22的弹性收缩作用下，侧叠边22高出顶片2。结果，如图5所示，口袋23打开。
从以上说明可以清楚地看到，每一侧叠边(更严格地说是每一个第一侧叠边)包括一柔软的，可拉伸的和防水的片条，它沿着其横向中线向后折叠，其折痕形成这个侧叠边的外边缘，因此不必担心外部边缘会刺疼穿着者皮肤。这种侧叠边也可以有效地应用于其他各种穿着物品或衣服，包括一次性尿布，训练裤，失禁用裤和吸湿垫。
本实用新型的另一个重要特点，即通过将所述片条纵向拉紧粘接至基体上形成侧叠边，使得月经带以及衣服容易保持与穿着者裆部紧密接触，因为在穿上月经带或衣服时，产生的侧叠边收缩作用下，月经带和衣服会恰当地弯曲。

Claims (4)

1.一种一次性吸湿物品，它包括一种液体可渗透的顶片，一块液体不可渗透的底片，一个放置在这两片之间的吸湿芯子和沿着所述吸湿芯子横向相对侧边缘延伸的一对侧叠边，其特征为，所述侧叠边中的每一条侧叠边是通过将由柔软、可拉伸和防水的布料，沿着所述片条的横向相对侧边中的一条侧边，以其上表面与所述顶片粘接一起，将所述片条的、由所述吸湿芯子的相应侧边缘向外延伸的部分，沿着所述部分的横向中线向后折叠在所述底片上，并将所述片条的另一侧边与所述底片粘接而构成的。
2.根据权利要求1的一次性吸湿物品，其特征为，所述片条与物品的粘接是沿着所述吸湿芯子的横向相对侧边缘，靠拉紧来完成的。
3.根据权利要求1的一次性吸湿物品，其特征为，第二个侧叠边是从与所述顶片，在所述吸湿芯子之上粘接的每一个所述侧叠的内侧边缘向内延伸的，并因此而与所述顶片结合形成一个口袋。
4.根据权利要求1的一次性吸湿物品，其特征为，每一个所述侧叠边的，由所述吸湿芯子向外延伸的相互相对的内表面，沿着纵向接合线彼此粘接在一起，从内部远离所述侧叠边的外部侧边缘，并因此形成一个有泵作用的风道，与在所述接合线和所述外部侧边缘之间，通过那里的空气连通。
