Abstract

本发明公开了一种卫生巾，包括底片和吸收芯体，底片的底端设置有起粘结作用的粘结层，还包括：能够阻挡液体扩散的防漏部，防漏部包覆吸收芯体的两侧；顶片，顶片与底片连接形成包覆吸收芯体与防漏部的腔体；吸收体包覆层，吸收体包覆层设置在顶片与底片形成的腔体内，且包覆吸收芯体。本发明提供的卫生巾，使用时，将卫生巾通过底片的粘结层固定到需要的位置。由于卫生巾在吸收芯体的两侧设置了阻挡液体扩散的防漏部，能够有效避免液体侧漏的发生，且顶片与底片包覆住整个吸收芯体和防漏部，使得顶片直接与人体接触，提高了卫生巾的使用舒适性。此外，吸收体包覆层的设置可以有效的固定吸收芯体。

一种卫生巾
技术领域
本发明涉及经期用品技术领域，尤其涉及一种卫生巾。
背景技术
现有的卫生巾表面为平面，在使用中，常常会因为外力的作用导致变形，发生液体侧漏的现象，从而弄脏衣物，带给女性极大的困扰。市场上常见的卫生巾为了防止侧漏的发生，一般采用更具吸附力的吸收材料，及在卫生巾表面设置若干纵向导流槽，用以引导液体，虽然这些防侧漏设置起到了一定的作用，但也只是相对于静止时效果会好些。
因此，如何提高卫生巾的防侧漏强度及提高卫生巾的舒适性是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种卫生巾，以提高卫生巾的防侧漏能力。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供了如下方案：
一种卫生巾，包括底片和吸收芯体，所述底片的底端设置有起粘结作用的粘结层，还包括：
能够阻挡液体扩散的防漏部，所述防漏部包覆所述吸收芯体的两侧；
顶片，所述顶片与所述底片连接形成包覆所述吸收芯体与所述防漏部的腔体；
吸收体包覆层，所述吸收体包覆层设置在所述顶片与所述底片形成的腔体内，且包覆所述吸收芯体。
优选地，在上述卫生巾中，所述防漏部设置在所述吸收体包覆层与所述吸收芯体之间。
优选地，在上述卫生巾中，所述防漏部设置在所述顶片与所述吸收体包覆层之间。
优选地，在上述卫生巾中，所述防漏部包括第一防漏部和所述第二防漏部；
所述第一防漏部和所述第二防漏部分别设置在所述吸收芯体的两侧，且能够包覆所述吸收芯体的两侧。
优选地，在上述卫生巾中，所述第一防漏部和所述第二防漏部均为C型结构，且所述第一防漏部和所述第二防漏部的开口均面向所述吸收芯体。
优选地，在上述卫生巾中，所述顶片的外边缘与所述底片的外边缘密封连接。
优选地，在上述卫生巾中，所述卫生巾的两侧还设置有护翼。
优选地，在上述卫生巾中，所述防漏部与所述吸收体包覆层通过热压合、胶黏合或超声波贴合。
本发明提供的卫生巾，使用时，将卫生巾通过底片的粘结层固定到需要的位置。由于卫生巾在吸收芯体的两侧设置了阻挡液体扩散的防漏部，能够有效避免液体侧漏的发生，且顶片与底片包覆住整个吸收芯体和防漏部，使得顶片直接与人体接触，提高了卫生巾的使用舒适性。本发明提供的卫生巾，提高了卫生巾的防侧漏能力及卫生巾的使用舒适性。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好的理解本发明的技术方案，下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例一
请参阅图1，本发明公开了一种卫生巾，包括底片1、吸收芯体2、防漏部3、顶片4和吸收体包覆层5。其中，底片1的底端设置有起粘结作用的粘结层，使得卫生巾能够通过粘结层将卫生巾粘结到需要的位置，为了更好的吸收液体，将卫生巾设计成长条状。为了阻挡吸收芯体2内吸收的液体发生侧漏，将防漏部3包覆在吸收芯体2的两侧，防漏部3所采用的材料能够阻挡液体扩散。顶片4与底片1连接形成包覆吸收芯体2和防漏部3的腔体，将整个吸收芯体2及防漏部3用顶片4和底片1完全包覆起来，使得顶片4与人体贴合，即卫生巾最柔软的部分与人体接触，避免了人体的不适。其中，吸收体包覆层5设置在顶片4与底片1形成的腔体内部，且包覆吸收芯体2，此处，吸收体包覆层5形成的包覆腔包覆整个吸收芯体2。吸收体包覆层5的设置，可以有效的固定吸收芯体2。
其中，需要说明的是，吸收芯体2的两侧是指如图1所示，吸收芯体2的两个侧面。
本发明提供的卫生巾，使用时，将卫生巾通过底片1的粘结层固定到需要的位置。由于卫生巾在吸收芯体2的两侧设置了阻挡液体扩散的防漏部3，能够有效避免液体侧漏的发生，且顶片4与底片1包覆住整个吸收芯体2和防漏部3，使得顶片4直接与人体接触，提高了卫生巾的使用舒适性。本发明提供的卫生巾，提高了卫生巾的防侧漏能力及卫生巾的使用舒适性。
此外，本发明公开的卫生巾还包括吸收体包覆层5，可以有效的固定吸收芯体2。
实施例二
参见图2，在本发明提供又一实施例中，本实施例中的卫生巾和实施例一中的卫生巾的结构类似，对相同之处就不再赘述了，仅介绍不同之处。
本实施例中，还具体公开了防漏部3设置在顶片4与吸收体包覆层5之间。即：顶片4直接与防漏部3贴合，防漏部与吸收体包覆层5贴合，吸收体包覆层5与吸收芯体2贴合。
更进一步地，本发明公开了防漏部3包括第一防漏部31和第二防漏部32；第一防漏部31和第二防漏部32分别设置在吸收芯体2的两侧，且能够包覆吸收芯体2的两侧。通过在吸收芯体2的两侧设置第一防漏部31和第二防漏部32来防止液体从吸收芯体2中流出，避免了卫生巾的侧漏。
本发明具体公开了第一防漏部31和第二防漏部32均为C型结构，且沿着吸收芯体2的长度方向延伸，第一防漏部31和第二防漏部32的开口均面向吸收芯体2。第一防漏部31和第二防漏部32也可以是V型结构、U型结构，或者其他结构，需要说明的是，只要满足能够防止液体从吸收芯体2漏出的第一防漏部31和第二防漏部32均属于本发明保护的范围。
更进一步地，本发明公开了底片1的外边缘及顶片4的外边缘密封连接，其中，顶片4呈倒U字型覆盖吸收芯体2，且顶片4的两侧分别向吸收芯体2的两侧延伸，且与底片1接触。将底片1及顶片4的外边缘连接，一方面，增加了底片1和顶片4组成的空间体积；另一方面，避免了材料浪费。
本实施例中，还公开了卫生巾的两侧设置有护翼6；护翼6的个数为两个，分别设置在防侧漏卫生巾的两侧，护翼6具体为顶片4及底片1延伸出来的那部分。护翼6的设置，一方面，提高了卫生巾的防侧漏性能，另一方面，可以更好的固定卫生巾。
本发明还公开了防漏部3与吸收体包覆层5通过热压合、胶黏合或超声波贴合。需要说明的是，防漏部3与吸收体包覆层5也可以通过其他形式贴合，只要满足防漏部3和吸收体包覆层5贴合的形式均属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供的卫生巾，使用时，将卫生巾通过底片1的粘结层固定到需要的位置。由于卫生巾在吸收芯体2的两侧分别设置了阻挡液体扩散的第一防漏部31和第二防漏部32，因此，能够有效避免液体侧漏的发生。且顶片4与底片1包覆住整个吸收芯体2和防漏部3，使得卫生巾最柔软的部分-顶片4与人体接触，提高了卫生巾的使用舒适性。本发明提供的卫生巾，提高了卫生巾的防侧漏能力及卫生巾的舒适性。
此外，本发明公开的卫生巾还包括吸收体包覆层5，吸收体包覆层5的设置，一方面，可以有效的固定吸收芯体2，防止吸收芯体2变形；另一方面，还可以便于防漏部3的安装固定。
实施例三
参见图3，在本发明提供第三实施例中，本实施例中的卫生巾和实施例二中的卫生巾的结构类似，对相同之处就不再赘述了，仅介绍不同之处。
在本实施例中，具体公开了防漏部3设置在吸收体包覆层5与吸收芯体2之间。即防漏部3的内侧与吸收芯体2直接贴合，防漏部3的外侧与吸收体包覆层5直接贴合。
本发明提供的卫生巾，使用时，将卫生巾通过底片1的粘结层固定到需要的位置。由于卫生巾在吸收芯体2的两侧分别设置了阻挡液体扩散的第一防漏部31和第二防漏部32，因此，能够有效避免液体侧漏的发生。且顶片4与底片1包覆住整个吸收芯体2和防漏部3，使得卫生巾的顶片4与人体接触，提高了卫生巾的使用舒适性。本发明提供的卫生巾，提高了卫生巾的防侧漏能力。

1.一种卫生巾，包括底片(1)和吸收芯体(2)，所述底片(1)的底端设置有起粘结作用的粘结层，其特征在于，还包括：
能够阻挡液体扩散的防漏部(3)，所述防漏部(3)包覆所述吸收芯体(2)的两侧；
顶片(4)，所述顶片(4)与所述底片(1)连接形成包覆所述吸收芯体(2)与所述防漏部(3)的腔体；
吸收体包覆层(5)，所述吸收体包覆层(5)设置在所述顶片(4)与所述底片(1)形成的腔体内，且包覆所述吸收芯体(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述防漏部(3)设置在所述吸收体包覆层(5)与所述吸收芯体(2)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述防漏部(3)设置在所述顶片(4)与所述吸收体包覆层(5)之间。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述防漏部(3)包括第一防漏部(31)和所述第二防漏部(32)；
所述第一防漏部(31)和所述第二防漏部(32)分别设置在所述吸收芯体(2)的两侧，且能够包覆所述吸收芯体(2)的两侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述第一防漏部(3)和所述第二防漏部(32)均为C型结构，且所述第一防漏部(31)和所述第二防漏部(32)的开口均面向所述吸收芯体(2)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述顶片(4)的外边缘与所述底片(1)的外边缘密封连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述卫生巾的两侧还设置有护翼(6)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述防漏部(3)与所述吸收体包覆层(5)通过热压合、胶黏合或超声波贴合。
