Abstract
本发明公开了一种双芯体卫生巾，包括卫生巾主体，由上至下依次为面料层、导流层、吸收层、防护底膜、背胶离型纸和包膜，吸收层的上侧为柔软贴身的纤巧芯体，下侧为具有优越吸水性能的超薄芯体，纤巧芯体由木浆和高分子吸收树脂混合制成，超薄芯体为高分子复合纸、无尘纸或木浆混合高分子吸收树脂制成的压实体中的任意一种，开创性地运用双层芯体的结构，使本发明既具有良好的贴服感和接触感，又能够快速吸收扩散经血，有效防止经血反渗，保持卫生巾的表面干爽，防止产生闷热感，更好地满足消费者身心健康的需求，此外本发明还公布了一种包括上述双芯体卫生巾的卫生用品，具有吸收量大、吸收速度快，能够保持表面干爽，用户使用舒适感高的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫生用品，特别是一种双芯体卫生巾以及卫生用品。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高，人们对一次性卫生用品的消费需求越来多，同时随着消费观念的日趋成熟和开放，消费者希望使用到更舒适和安全的产品。卫生巾作为贴身的一次性卫生用品，其舒适性及吸水性能显得尤为重要。
现有的超薄卫生巾采用高分子复合纸或无尘纸作为吸收芯体，其优点是厚度很薄，一般在1-2mm，吸水性能优越，吸收倍数在20倍以上，缺点是吸收速度较慢，芯体比较硬，接触感较差，消费者体验欠佳，而以柔软贴服为优势的棉芯纤巧芯体卫生巾则有效地提高了舒适度，改善了消费者体验，吸收速度也比较快，但是吸收量也一般，吸收倍数在20倍以内，厚度较大，容易产生闷湿感，造成异味，滋生细菌，不利于消费者的健康，而且以棉芯作为吸收层相对容易断裂变形，发生侧漏。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种柔软舒适且吸水性能优越的双芯体卫生巾以及卫生用品。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种双芯体卫生巾，包括卫生巾主体，所述卫生巾主体由上至下依次为面料层、导流层、吸收层、防护底膜、背胶离型纸和包膜，所述吸收层的上侧为纤巧芯体，下侧为超薄芯体。
所述纤巧芯体由木浆和高分子吸收树脂混合制成。高吸水树脂(SuperAbsorbentPolymer，SAP)是一种新型功能高分子材料，含有亲水基团和交联结构的大分子，具有优越的吸水性能，能够吸收比自身重几百到几千倍水的，并且保水性能优良，一旦吸水膨胀成为水凝胶时，即使加压也很难把水分离出来，本发明将SPA与木浆混合压制成纤巧芯体，使本发明的触感柔软舒适，吸收扩散经血的速度极快，SPA能够有效防止经血反渗，保持卫生巾的表面干爽，防止产生闷热感。
所述超薄芯体为高分子复合纸、无尘纸或木浆混合高分子吸收树脂制成的压实体中的任意一种。增大本发明的吸收量，并将其设置在所述纤巧芯体的下方，不会对本发明的舒适性造成影响。
所述吸收层的外表面设置有包裹层。
所述纤巧芯体和超薄芯体之间设置有黏胶层。
所述纤巧芯体的厚度为2-4mm，每平方米的重量为100-180克。经过试验，所述纤巧芯体厚度和每平方米的重量若大于此规定范围，则造成本实施例过于厚重，影响本实施例轻薄透气的效果；所述纤巧芯体厚度和每平方米的重量若小于此规定范围，则影响本实施例的吸水性能和扩散经血的速度，而且容易形成褶皱，造成侧漏。
所述超薄芯体的厚度为0.6-2mm，每平方米的重量为80-150克。所述超薄芯体7的吸收倍数在20倍以上，无需设计得过于厚重，影响本实施例轻薄透气的效果。
所述面料层的两侧设置有护围，防止经血侧漏。
所述护围和面料层之间、面料层和导流层之间、导流层和吸收层之间、吸收层和防护底膜之间、防护底膜和背胶离型纸之间均设置有结构胶。
一种卫生用品，其包括所述的双芯体卫生巾，所述卫生用品包括但不限于妈咪巾、婴儿纸尿裤、成人多功能护理垫、防溢乳垫等。
本发明的有益效果是：开创性地运用双层芯体的结构，即吸收层上侧为柔软贴身的纤巧芯体，下侧为具有优越吸水性能的超薄芯体，双层芯体的设计使本发明既具有良好的贴服感和接触感，又能够快速吸收扩散经血，SPA能够有效防止经血反渗，保持卫生巾的表面干爽，防止产生闷热感，更好地满足消费者身心健康的需求。
包括上述双芯体卫生巾的卫生用品具有吸收量大、吸收速度快，能够保持表面干爽，用户使用舒适感高的优点。

具体实施方式
实施例1：
一种双芯体卫生巾，包括卫生巾主体，所述卫生巾主体由上至下依次为面料层1、导流层2、吸收层、防护底膜3、背胶离型纸4和包膜5。所述面料层1的两侧设置有护围10，防止经血侧漏。所述吸收层的上侧为纤巧芯体6，下侧为超薄芯体7，所述纤巧芯体6和超薄芯体7之间设置有黏胶层9，所述吸收层的外表面设置有包裹层8。
所述纤巧芯体由木浆和高分子吸收树脂按300-400:1-1.5的重量比例混合压制而成，厚度为2mm，每平方米的重量为140克。
所述超薄芯体由木浆和高分子吸收树脂按100-200:1-1.5的重量比例混合压制而成，厚度为1.5mm，每平方米的重量为115克。
所述护围10和面料层1之间、面料层1和导流层2之间、导流层2和吸收层之间、吸收层和防护底膜3之间、防护底膜3和背胶离型纸4之间均设置有结构胶。
采用5mL的人工经血进行测试，本实施例吸收速度为8秒，回渗量为0.7g，吸水倍数为32倍。
实施例2：
一种双芯体卫生巾，包括卫生巾主体，所述卫生巾主体由上至下依次为面料层1、导流层2、吸收层、防护底膜3、背胶离型纸4和包膜5。所述面料层1的两侧设置有护围10，防止经血侧漏。所述吸收层的上侧为纤巧芯体6，下侧为超薄芯体7，所述纤巧芯体6和超薄芯体7之间设置有黏胶层9，所述吸收层的外表面设置有包裹层8。
所述纤巧芯体6由木浆和高分子吸收树脂按300-400:1-1.5的重量比例混合压制而成，厚度为4mm，每平方米的重量为100克。
所述超薄芯体7为高分子复合纸，厚度为0.6mm，每平方米的重量为150克。
所述护围10和面料层1之间、面料层1和导流层2之间、导流层2和吸收层之间、吸收层和防护底膜3之间、防护底膜3和背胶离型纸4之间均设置有结构胶。
采用5mL的人工经血进行测试，本实施例吸收速度为10秒，回渗量为0.8g，吸水倍数为28倍。
实施例3：
一种双芯体卫生巾，包括卫生巾主体，所述卫生巾主体由上至下依次为面料层1、导流层2、吸收层、防护底膜3、背胶离型纸4和包膜5。所述面料层1的两侧设置有护围10，防止经血侧漏。所述吸收层的上侧为纤巧芯体6，下侧为超薄芯体7，所述纤巧芯体6和超薄芯体7之间设置有黏胶层9，所述吸收层的外表面设置有包裹层8。
所述纤巧芯体6由木浆和高分子吸收树脂按300-400:1-1.5的重量比例混合压制而成，厚度为3mm，每平方米的重量为180克。
所述超薄芯体7为无尘纸，厚度为2mm，每平方米的重量为80克。
所述护围10和面料层1之间、面料层1和导流层2之间、导流层2和吸收层之间、吸收层和防护底膜3之间、防护底膜3和背胶离型纸4之间均设置有结构胶。
采用5mL的人工经血进行测试，本实施例吸收速度为11秒，回渗量为0.9g，吸水倍数为27倍。

1.一种双芯体卫生巾，包括卫生巾主体，所述卫生巾主体由上至下依次为面料层（1）、导流层（2）、吸收层、防护底膜（3）、背胶离型纸（4）和包膜（5），其特征在于所述吸收层的上侧为纤巧芯体（6），下侧为超薄芯体（7），所述纤巧芯体（6）由木浆和高分子吸收树脂混合制成，所述超薄芯体（7）为高分子复合纸、无尘纸或木浆混合高分子吸收树脂制成的压实体中的任意一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双芯体卫生巾，其特征在于所述吸收层的外表面设置有包裹层（8）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双芯体卫生巾，其特征在于所述纤巧芯体（6）和超薄芯体（7）之间设置有黏胶层（9）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双芯体卫生巾，其特征在于所述纤巧芯体（6）的厚度为2-4mm，每平方米的重量为100-180克。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双芯体卫生巾，其特征在于所述超薄芯体（7）的厚度为0.6-2mm，每平方米的重量为80-150克。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双芯体卫生巾，其特征在于所述面料层（1）的两侧设置有护围（10）。
7.根据权利要求6所述的双芯体卫生巾，其特征在于所述护围（10）和面料层（1）之间、面料层（1）和导流层（2）之间、导流层（2）和吸收层之间、吸收层和防护底膜（3）之间、防护底膜（3）和背胶离型纸（4）之间均设置有结构胶。
