Abstract

本实用新型公开一种具有U形PE膜的防侧漏卫生巾，其在不透水底层上顺序排列有U型PE膜、吸收芯、无尘纸、抗菌无纺布和透水表层。具有防侧漏效果好，抗菌性能强的优点。

Description

具有U形PE膜的防侧漏卫生巾
本实用新型涉及一种妇女用一次性卫生巾，特别是涉及对卫生巾的不透水底层进行改进的防侧漏卫生巾。
已有技术中，卫生巾的不透水底层均是采用平面形状的不透水材料，使用中遇到经血量很大时，仍会从卫生巾的旁边渗漏出来，导致弄脏裤子的现象。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种具有U形PE膜的防侧漏卫生巾。
本实用新型的任务是这样完成的：不透水底层采用透气不透水的PE膜或无纺布或无纺布复合透气膜材料，在不透水底层上顺序排列有U形PE膜、吸收芯、无尘纸、抗菌无纺布和透水表层，在卫生巾的巾身上设有扩散型导流槽。抗菌无纺布既可以迅速传导又可以抑杀细菌，无尘纸可以使经血迅速传导到吸收芯内，以保持卫生巾的干爽，吸收芯为绒毛浆+SAP和无尘纸的结合体或无尘包覆着绒毛浆与SAP或其它形成的吸收芯，由于有U型不透水可透气PE膜在两侧有效地挡住经血向两侧泄漏，加上巾身上扩散型导流槽，增强经血迅速渗透吸收的性能，使得卫生巾的防漏性能大大提高，防侧漏的效果大大地强于平面形的不透水底面的卫生巾，同时根据吸收芯厚度不同，此种结构的卫生巾可以制造成标准型、薄型、超薄型三种规格的卫生巾。
本实用新型具有抗菌性能强，防侧漏效果好，制造工艺简单，薄型与超薄型卫生巾贴身、标准型卫生巾实用等的优点。

下面结合具体图例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
参照图1，不透水底层1由透气不透水的PE膜或无纺布或无纺布复合材料制成的。在不透水底层1上胶粘着U形PE膜2，PE膜是由不透水可透气材料制造的，PE膜上顺序排列有吸收芯3、无尘纸4和抗菌无纺布5，抗菌无纺布是由化学的或生物的或纳米等抗菌材料制造的。上面包覆着可透水的面层6。可透水的面层由无纺布、打孔膜、复合打孔材料及其他可透水材料制成的。
图2、图3、图4、图5表示扩散型导流槽的一些不同的形式。
本实用新型未作描述属已有技术。

Claims (6)

1、一种具有U形PE膜的防侧漏卫生巾，具有透水表层、导流槽和护翼，其特征是，在不透水底层上顺序排列有U型PE膜、吸收芯、无尘纸和抗菌无纺布，卫生巾本体上具有扩散型导流槽。
2、根据权利要求1的具有U形PE膜的防侧漏卫生巾，其特征是所述的U形PE膜是由不透水可透气材料制成的。
3、根据权利要求1的具有U形PE膜的防侧漏卫生巾，其特征是所述的抗菌无纺布是由化学的或生物的或纳米等抗菌材料制成。
4、根据权利要求1的具有U形PE膜的防侧漏卫生巾，其特征是所述的吸收芯是由木浆加高分子材料制成的或由无尘纸、木浆、高分子材料制成的。
5、根据权利要求1的具有U形PE膜的防侧漏卫生巾，其特征是所述的扩散型导流槽是由点或线或是点-线连接组成的或是线-线段或是点—线段相结合组成的。
6、根据权利要求1的具有U形PE膜的防侧漏卫生巾，其特征是所述的不透水底层是由透气不透水的PE膜或无纺布复合透气膜材料制成的。
