Abstract
一种圆柱卡爪夹头，有一个下端具有三个升角的
形状面组成的型孔的本体，型孔内安装一个具有三个
同尺寸形状的等分槽的拨架，拨架槽内各装一个圆柱
卡爪，圆柱卡爪在胀圈作用下，与具有升角的形状面
紧贴。外壳与本体为螺纹联接，外壳与拨架联成一
体，转动外壳实现夹紧和松开。
本实用新型夹头具有夹紧力大，能较好地维持中
心，重复转动好。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种刀具夹具，它用于夹持直柄钻头，铣刀、镐刀、镗刀、砂轮轴等的夹具。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种夹持力大，被夹持的刀具承受的切削力也大，重复转动好的夹头。
附图是本实用新型的剖视图，结合附图对本实用新型加以描述。本实用新型由本体［1］，外壳［2］，弹簧［3］，圆柱卡爪［4］，拨架［5］，胀圈［6］组成。本体［1］上端为锥孔或细孔，与工作母机联接，下端为三个具有升角的形状面组成的形孔，形孔内安装拨架［5］，拨架［5］上有三个同尺寸形状的等分槽，每个槽内装有一个园柱卡爪［4］，三个园柱卡爪依靠胀圈［6］张开，分别与三个具有升角的形状面贴紧，三个弹簧分别将三个园柱卡爪推动使之一端紧贴拨架端面。外壳［2］与拨架［5］联成一个总体，外壳［2］与本体［1］为螺纹联接，转动外壳［2］，拨架［5］同步转动。
将被夹持的刀具柄置于本实用新型夹持孔内，转动外壳［2］，拨架［5］带动三个园柱卡爪移动，三个具有升角的形状面推动向夹头中心移动夹紧刀具柄。切削时刀具承受的切削力大于原夹紧力时，刀具柄带动三个园柱卡爪，在本体上升角面作用下使之再次增大夹紧力。用手反向转动外壳即可卸下刀具。
本实用新型夹头具有夹持力大，能较好地维持中心，重复转动好。

- 一种园柱卡爪夹头由本体、拨架、外壳、园柱卡爪、胀圈、弹簧等组成。其特征在于：有一个下端具有三个升角的形状面组成的形孔的本体，形孔内安装拨架，拨架现外壳联成一体，拨架上三个等分槽内装三个园柱卡爪，外壳转动，拨架同步转动，园柱卡爪在升角面作用下向夹头中心移动夹紧刀具柄，在胀圈作用下使三个园柱卡爪紧贴具有升角的形状面。
