Abstract

Description

本实用新型涉及摩托车单体前悬吊机构,特指构造简单、维修容易且可以增长使用寿命的摩托车单体前悬吊机构。
习知摩托车前悬吊机构装置在速克达型摩托车上,如图1所示,车架体10由螺栓11与把手12连接,再由A型桥13与一对前叉管上筒14连接。该对前叉管上筒14与一对前叉管下筒15以可相互滑动方式套合连接。前叉管下筒15内藏有弹簧及内油管会吸收前轮16的震动。
然而,在上述习知前悬吊机构中车架体与前轮16由A型桥13连结。很显然,前叉管上筒14及前叉管下筒15会受到以A型桥13为中心之弯曲力矩,因此容易弯曲变形,进而使车辆转弯时的稳定性受到影响。更严重的是,前叉管上筒14及前叉管下筒15的使用寿命会减短。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种构造简单维修容易的摩托车单体前悬吊机构。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,即提供摩托车单体前悬吊机构,它包括一前叉管上筒,该前叉管上筒的上端与该把手一体固接,并由一第一球轴承与该车架体枢接,该前叉管上筒内藏有一避震元件且下端为开放口;一前叉组,该前叉组包括一前叉管下筒,该前叉管下筒上端插入该前叉管上筒下端的开放口,并与该内藏的避震元件结合,以便可相对于该前叉管上筒作弹性滑动;以及一前叉,该前叉上端与该前叉管下筒的下端一体成形且下端与该前轮由一前轮枢轴枢接;一摇臂,该摇臂一端由一第二球轴承与该前叉管下筒枢接,而另一端与该中架体枢接;以及一连结件,该连结件具有二端部,其中一端部安装在该前叉管上筒,另一端部连结至该前叉组,该连结件在该前叉管上筒和下筒的长轴方向不受任何阻滞,可随该前叉组上下滑动,但在垂直于该长轴方向的刚性很强,当前叉管上筒旋转时,会带动该前叉组一体旋转。
本实用新型的前悬吊机构的优点在于其构造简单,维修容易,操纵灵活,使用寿命长。

如图2及图3所示,本实用新型前悬吊机构的第一实施例包括一前叉管上筒201,一前叉组20(该前叉组20包括一前叉管下筒202,一前叉203),一上连杆204,一下连杆205,以及一对摇臂206。该前叉管上筒201的上端与摩托车把手207固接,其下端由一枢销208与上连杆204枢接。前叉管下筒202的上端嵌插于前叉管上筒201内,并由内藏于前叉管上筒201内的弹簧及内油管(未图示)以可互相滑动方式与前叉管上筒201组合。前叉管下筒的202的下端与前叉203的一端一体成形,同时,由枢销209与下连杆205枢接。上连杆204与下连杆205由枢销210互相枢接。前叉203的下端通过前轮枢轴211与前轮212枢接。另外,车架体213通过球轴承214与前叉管上筒201连接,同时,前叉管下筒202通过球轴承215与摇臂206的一端连接。摇臂206的另一端藉插销216与车架体213枢接。
具有上述结构的摩托车在不平坦路面行驶时,前轮212会上下跳动。当前轮212相对于前叉管上筒201向上跳动时,摇臂206会被前叉管下筒202带动,而以插销216为中心沿图2中箭头A的方向向上旋转。请参阅图4,当摇臂206向上旋转至图4所示位置时,上连杆204与下连杆205亦会互相旋转靠近。因此当前轮212上下跳动时,不致受到任何阻滞,而且震动由内藏于前叉管上筒201内的避震元件充分吸收。
当摩托车欲转弯时,驾车人可旋转把手207。因把手207与前叉管上筒201一体成形,故前叉管上筒201会被把手207带动一体旋转。另外,前叉管下筒202与前叉203由上连杆204与下连杆205枢接,这种枢接结构在受到侧向力时为刚性体,故当前叉管上筒201旋转时会带动前叉203一体旋转。即该前悬吊机构前叉203被带动旋转方式与习知者一样。但是,由于车架体213分别与前叉管上筒201及前叉管下筒202以相隔间距较大的球轴承214、215枢接,由于前轮枢轴211至球轴承215间距相对地较短于习知的前轮枢轴至A型桥的间距,因此前叉管上筒201前叉管下筒202受到较小弯曲负荷。
前悬吊机构的前叉203只有一根,故构造简单,维修轮胎时可以很容易地拆下轮胎。同时,其质量也比两根前叉轻,因此于转弯操纵比较灵活。
还有,图5是本实用新型第一实施例前悬吊机构,但已装上一外型塑料件240,此外型塑料件具有美观及防尘功效。
本实用新型前悬吊机构的第二实施例以滑杆204、滑套205、枢销208取代第一实施例的连杆机构(上连杆204、下连杆205、枢销208、209、210)。滑杆204焊接在前叉203上端,并置入滑套205的圆孔中,滑套205被枢销208固定在前叉管上筒201的下端。因滑杆201、下筒202成平行方向,在前叉管轴方向不受任何阻滞,可随前叉管下筒202上下滑动。因为滑杆机构在受到侧向力时为刚性体,故当前叉管上筒201旋转时会带动前叉203一体旋转。

Claims (3)

1、一种摩托车单体前悬吊机构,其特征在于它包括:
一前叉管上筒,该前叉管上筒的上端与该把手一体固接,并由一第一球轴承与该车架体枢接,该前叉管上筒内藏有一避震元件且下端为开放口;
一前叉组,该前叉组包括一前叉管下筒,该前叉管下筒上端插入该前叉管上筒下端的开放口,并与该内藏的避震元件结合,以便可相对于该前叉管上筒作弹性滑动;以及一前叉,该前叉上端与该前叉管下筒的下端一体成形且下端与该前轮由一前轮枢轴枢接;
一摇臂,该摇臂一端由一第二球轴承与该前叉管下筒枢接,而另一端与该中架体枢接;以及
一连结件,该连结件具有二端部,其中一端部安装在该前叉管上筒,另一端部连结至该前叉组,该连结件在该前叉管上筒和下筒的长轴方向不受任何阻滞,可随该前叉组上下滑动,但在垂直于该长轴方向的刚性很强,当前叉管上筒旋转时,会带动该前叉组一体旋转。
2、如权利要求1所述的摩托车单体前悬吊机构,其特征在于,连结件为一连杆机构,该连杆机构由互相枢接的上连杆与一下连杆构成,该上连杆与该下连杆除其中一端互相枢接在一起外,另一端分别与该前叉管上筒和该前叉管下筒枢接。
3、如权利要求1所述的摩托车单体前悬吊机构,其特征在于,连结件为一滑杆机构,包括:
一滑套,该滑套固定一该前叉管上筒;
一滑杆,该滑杆与该前叉管下筒平行设置,且具有一第一端部和一第二端部,该第一端部与该前叉相连结,而该第二端部伸入该滑套内,使该滑杆可随该前叉管下筒上下滑动。
