The ridging, film-mulching and soil-covering mechanism of claim 1, wherein the distance between the end of the blade connected with the cutter shaft and the centers of the two soil throwers of the soil throwing mechanism is smaller than the distance between the other end of the blade and the centers of the two soil throwers of the soil throwing mechanism.

The ridging, mulching and soil covering mechanism of claim 1, wherein the distance between the axis of the mulching film roller and the axis of the cutter shaft in the vertical direction is less than a first set value, and the distance in the horizontal direction is less than a second set value so that soil thrown up by the blades can pass over the mulching film roller.
