Description
本实用新型涉及和机械技术领域，具体地说是一种散装水泥输送装置。
现在水泥输送装置大部分采用包装运输，需要消耗大量的包装纸袋，特别是船舶运输十分不便。劳动强度大，环境污染严重，装卸工作效率低，装卸成本高，纸袋破损多，水泥浪费大。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种工作效率高，无污染的散装水泥输送装置。
本实用新型包括进气管，料罐，气化多孔板，漏斗，射流泵，和射流泵相连的进气管，输料管。
射流泵包括啧咀，射流泵体，混气室，扩散管。
本实用新型的优点是装卸水泥效率高，动力消耗低，节约大量木材，水泥剩料率低于0.20％，在国内船用散装水泥剩料率最低。
下面结合附图对实施例作详细说明：
图1为散装水泥输送装置结构图。
根据图1所示，进气管（1）安装在料罐（3）上，气化多孔板（4）装在料罐（3）的下部，漏斗（5）一头和料罐（3）相连，另一头和射流泵体（7）相连，进气管（2）和射流泵的喷咀（8）连接，混气室（9）一头和泵体（7）连，另一头和扩散管（6）相连，扩散管（6）另一头和输料管（10）相连。
散装水泥输送装置，输送水泥是这样实现的；进气管（1）把空气输到装有水泥的料罐（3）中产生流动高压空气通过喷咀（7）射出，使混气室（9）产生低压，由于有压差，水泥通过漏斗（5）流到负压区，高压空气把水泥通过扩散管（6）输送到输料管（10）中，这样就完成散装水泥的输送。

1、一种散料水泥输送装置，包括进气管(1)料罐(3)，气化多孔板(4)，进气管(2)，射流泵(11)，输料管(10)，其特征在于漏斗(5)一头和料罐(3)相连，另一头和射流泵体(7)相连。
