技术领域
本实用新型是应用于胎压侦测辅助系统的工具,特别是指具有315MHz、434MHz以及蓝牙三种频段,可适用通讯协议为315MHz、434MHz以及蓝牙三种频段类型的TPMS感测器。
背景技术
轮胎是车辆唯一与路面接触的部位,同时必须与轮圈一同支撑车辆的重量,也需要能够吸收及缓冲来自路面的反作用力,而且轮胎也必须保持与路面有适当摩擦力,才能确保车辆行驶、转弯、煞车能顺畅运作。轮胎的压力应依照轮胎上面的指示将其充气至适当的气压,轮胎的胎压异常会造成车辆行驶的阻力上升、摩擦区域不平均,甚至因为胎压不足而发生轮胎挤压发热,可能造成爆胎现象。为了避免车辆行驶过程中因异常发生爆胎现象,目前业者已开发出相当多成熟的胎压侦测辅助系统(TPMS),量测轮胎内的气压、温度,方便随时获得轮胎的压力与温度等数值,实时了解轮胎的运作状况。
安装于轮胎内的TPMS感测器由于安装以及重量等考虑因素下,产品尺寸越做越小。同时也考虑产品的防水性能,以及可靠度问题大多采用一次性电池设计,一旦电力耗尽时并无法透过更换电池方式沿用原本TPMS感测器,而必须额外安装新品。另外,为了延长TPMS感测器的电池使用寿命最有效的方法,是让TPMS感测器在车辆停驶期间进入休眠模式,同时也停止发送轮胎压力数据,而必须等到车辆行驶一定速度后,TPMS感测器才能由休眠模式切换成行驶模式,才能定时发送轮胎温度与轮胎压力数据。另一个作法是大部分TPMS感测器内部包含低频125KHz唤醒电路,另以TPMS专用工具送出125KHz信号唤醒TPMS感测器,使得TPMS感测器被唤醒后以315MHz/434MHz或蓝牙频段发出胎温、胎压或其他信息,因此汽车制造商在安装TPMS感测器或维修厂更换TPMS后,在车辆未出厂前以专用工具进行出厂前检验。
目前市面上TPMS唤醒或刻录工具,主要还是针对前述315MHz/434MHz两个频段为主,市面上很少有针对蓝牙TPMS感测器的TPMS专用工具,以致于前述汽车制造厂或维修厂除了常见315MHz/434MHz两个频段的TPMS专用工具之外,还必须另外增购蓝牙频段的专用TPMS专用工具,因此有着工具兼容性以及成本支出为其主要缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的主要技术问题在于,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,而提供一种用于胎压侦测辅助系统的三频触发工具,其是具有315MHz、434MHz以及蓝牙三种频段的触发工具,如此得以进行传统315MHz/434MHz两种频段的TPMS感测器进行刻录韧体外,同时兼具有可进行蓝牙频段的TPMS感测器进行刻录韧体功能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于胎压侦测辅助系统的三频触发工具,其包括:一工具本体,其设置有一电池、一记忆体、一控制单元、一输入单元、一显示单元;该电池、该记忆体、该输入单元、该显示单元分别与该控制单元电性连接;该工具本体进一步包括有一315MHz收发电路与一315MHz天线且彼此电性连接,且该315MHz收发电路与该控制单元电性连接;该工具本体进一步包括有一433MHz收发电路与一433MHz天线且彼此电性连接,且该433MHz收发电路与该控制单元电性连接;该工具本体进一步包括有一蓝牙收发电路与一蓝牙天线且彼此电性连接,且该蓝牙收发电路与该控制单元电性连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是,其是具有315MHz、434MHz以及蓝牙三种频段的触发工具,如此得以进行传统315MHz/434MHz两种频段的TPMS感测器进行刻录韧体外,同时兼具有可进行蓝牙频段的TPMS感测器进行刻录韧体功能。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图2所示,图中揭示一种用于胎压侦测辅助系统的三频触发工具,其包括:一工具本体1,其设置有一电池101、一记忆体102、一控制单元103、一输入单元104、一显示单元105;该电池101、该记忆体102、该输入单元104、该显示单元105分别与该控制单元103电性连接;该工具本体1进一步包括有一315MHz收发电路106与一315MHz天线107且彼此电性连接,且该315MHz收发电路106与该控制单元103电性连接;该工具本体1进一步包括有一433MHz收发电路108与一433MHz天线109且彼此电性连接,且该433MHz收发电路108与该控制单元103电性连接;该工具本体1进一步包括有一蓝牙收发电路110与一蓝牙天线111且彼此电性连接,且该蓝牙收发电路110与该控制单元103电性连接。
本实用新型借由透过工具本体1的315MHz收发电路106与315MHz天线107,以及433MHz收发电路108与433MHz天线109,可以分别进行315MHz、433MHz两种频段进行TPMS感测器200(315MHz或433MHz频段)写入韧体外,更能透过蓝牙收发电路110与蓝牙天线111的蓝牙频段进行TPMS感测器200(蓝牙频段)写入韧体作业,因此本实用新型三频触发工具确实能够以315MHz、433MHz、蓝牙上述任一种频段将韧体程序写入传输协议分别为315MHz、433MHz、蓝牙的TPMS感测器200。
请参阅图1、图2所示,本实用新型该输入单元104包括有数个按键,该数个按键包括有一电源键11、一触发键12、一方向按键13、一返回键14与一确认键15。前述电源键11作为三频触发工具的开机与关机,而前述方向按键13、返回键14、确认键15、触发键12作为操控三频触发工具。而前述显示单元105为液晶屏幕。
关于本实用新型使用方式,不论是车辆制造时安装TPMS感测器或维修厂更换TPMS,除了提供有手动输入ID码/编程,更可直接如图3所示将TPMS感测器200靠近工具本体1并按压触发键12,由工具本体1自动扫描判断,并以显示单元105显示扫描结果为蓝牙、315MHz、433MHz三个频段之中蓝牙频段后(如图4所示),即可按下确认键15,以蓝牙频段传输至TPMS感测器200进行烧入韧体(如图5所示),完成后显示由显示单元105显示由TPMS感测器200所感测的温度、压力以及电量,将其数值化与图形化(如图6所示)。
请参阅图7所示,图中揭示该工具本体1包括有一升压/降压电路112、一功率放大电路113、一唤醒天线114以及一125KHz唤醒电路115;其中该升压/降压电路112电性连接于该电池101与该功率放大电路113之间,该125KHz唤醒电路115电性连接于该控制单元103与该功率放大电路113之间,而该唤醒天线114电性连接于该功率放大电路113。如此,本实用新型得以送出125KHz信号唤醒TPMS感测器200,而TPMS感测器200被唤醒后得以由315MHz或434MHz或蓝牙频段发出胎温、胎压或其他信息。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于胎压侦测辅助系统的三频触发工具,其特征在于,包括:
一工具本体,其设置有一电池、一记忆体、一控制单元、一输入单元、一显示单元;该电池、该记忆体、该输入单元、该显示单元分别与该控制单元电性连接;
该工具本体进一步包括有一315MHz收发电路与一315MHz天线且彼此电性连接,且该315MHz收发电路与该控制单元电性连接;
该工具本体进一步包括有一433MHz收发电路与一433MHz天线且彼此电性连接,且该433MHz收发电路与该控制单元电性连接;
该工具本体进一步包括有一蓝牙收发电路与一蓝牙天线且彼此电性连接,且该蓝牙收发电路与该控制单元电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于胎压侦测辅助系统的三频触发工具,其特征在于,所述工具本体包括有一升压/降压电路、一功率放大电路、一唤醒天线以及一125KHz唤醒电路;其中该升压/降压电路电性连接于该电池与该功率放大电路之间,该125KHz唤醒电路电性连接于该控制单元与该功率放大电路之间,而该唤醒天线电性连接于该功率放大电路。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于胎压侦测辅助系统的三频触发工具,其特征在于,所述输入单元包括有数个按键。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于胎压侦测辅助系统的三频触发工具,其特征在于,所述数个按键包括有一电源键、一触发键、一方向按键、一返回键与一确认键。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于胎压侦测辅助系统的三频触发工具,其特征在于,所述显示单元为液晶屏幕。
