a bottom parking platform 11, the bottom parking platform 11 comprising: the system comprises at least one bottom layer driving lane and a bottom layer parking space, wherein the bottom layer driving lane is used for vehicle passing, and the bottom layer parking space is arranged on at least one side of the bottom layer driving lane; and
at least one middle parking platform 12, wherein the middle parking platform 12 is arranged above the bottom parking platform 11; each of the intermediate levels of parking platforms 12 includes: the system comprises at least one middle layer driving lane and a middle layer parking space, wherein the middle layer driving lane is used for vehicle passing, and the middle layer parking space is arranged on at least one side of the middle layer driving lane;
the bottom parking platform 11 and the middle parking platform 12 form a space communication area in the vertical direction.
Therefore, through the arrangement of the space communication region, a driving lane and/or a pedestrian passage can be arranged below the space communication region, and further, equipment such as pipelines of the skip-floor garage can also be arranged in the space communication region or near the space communication region, so that the skip-floor garage can effectively reduce the height between adjacent parking platforms, greatly saves the construction cost, and has good experience for users.
Wherein fig. 2 and 4 show the situation when the number of the at least one intermediate parking platform 12 is one floor.
In the present disclosure, referring to fig. 2, when the number of the at least one middle parking platform 12 is one, the middle parking platform 12 is communicated with the bottom parking platform 11 through the connecting lane 13, and the vehicle moves from the bottom parking platform 11 to the middle parking platform 12 and/or from the middle parking platform 12 to the bottom parking platform 11 through the connecting lane 13.
On the other hand, when the number of the at least one middle parking platform 12 is one, the middle parking platform 12 is communicated with the bottom parking platform 11 by a vehicle transportation device (not shown), and the vehicle is moved from the bottom parking platform 11 to the middle parking platform 12 and/or from the middle parking platform 12 to the bottom parking platform 11 by the vehicle transportation device.
In the present disclosure, the vehicle transportation device may be a vertical lifting device such as an elevator, a lifting mechanism, or the like; for example, when the skip-floor garage 10 is an underground garage, two adjacent parking platforms can be connected by the connecting lane 13; when the skip-floor garage 10 is a ground parking lot, two adjacent parking platforms can be connected through a vehicle conveying device; of course, it is also possible to connect all parking platforms via one connecting lane or to connect all parking platforms via the vehicle conveyor.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a jump-level garage according to another embodiment of the present disclosure; wherein fig. 5 shows the case where the number of the at least one intermediate parking platforms 12 is three.
In the present disclosure, referring to fig. 5, when the number of the at least one middle-layer parking platform 12 is two or more, the adjacent middle-layer parking platforms 12 are connected by the connecting lane 13, so that the vehicle moves from the upper middle-layer parking platform 12 to the lower middle-layer parking platform 12 and/or from the lower middle-layer parking platform 12 to the upper middle-layer parking platform 12 through the connecting lane 13, and the lowest middle-layer parking platform 12 is communicated with the bottom-layer parking platform 11 through the connecting lane 13, so that the vehicle moves from the lowest middle-layer parking platform 12 to the bottom-layer parking platform 11 and/or from the bottom-layer parking platform 11 to the lowest middle-layer parking platform 12 through the connecting lane 13.
On the other hand, when the number of the at least one middle parking platform 12 is two or more, the adjacent middle parking platforms 12 are connected by the vehicle transportation device, so that the vehicle moves from the upper middle parking platform 12 to the lower middle parking platform 12 and/or from the lower middle parking platform 12 to the upper middle parking platform 12 by the vehicle transportation device, and the lowest middle parking platform 12 is communicated with the bottom parking platform 11 by the vehicle transportation device, so that the vehicle moves from the lowest middle parking platform 12 to the bottom parking platform 11 and/or from the bottom parking platform 11 to the lowest middle parking platform 12 by the vehicle transportation device.
Preferably, the connecting lane 13 has a straight shape, or a curved shape such as a zigzag shape or a spiral shape.
Referring to fig. 5, the jump-level garage 10 further includes at least one garage side wall 14 connected to the underlying parking platform 11, wherein at least one intermediate level parking platform 12 is spaced from the at least one garage side wall 14 by a predetermined distance, whereby a lateral space communication zone is formed between the intermediate level parking platform 12 and the garage side wall 14.
Alternatively, at least one intermediate level parking platform 12 is coupled to at least one garage side wall 14.
That is, in the present disclosure, when the jump-level garage 10 is an underground garage, the jump-level garages generally include garage sidewalls 14; when the skip-floor garage 10 is an above-ground garage, the skip-floor garage 10 may or may not include the garage side wall 14; in particular, when the jump garage 10 does not include a garage side wall, the perimeter of the mid-level parking platform 12 is an open space and thus can also form a lateral space communication zone.
In the present disclosure, referring to fig. 5, each middle parking platform 12 includes more than two middle parking sub-platforms 121, adjacent middle parking sub-platforms 121 are spaced apart by a predetermined distance, and the bottom parking platform 11 and the middle parking platforms 12 vertically form a space communication area through the spaced apart predetermined distance.
That is, in the present disclosure, the space communication area may be disposed near the garage side wall, and thus, the space communication area is the above-mentioned side space communication area; the interior of the intermediate parking deck 12 may also form a spatial communication zone.
On the other hand, preferably, the jump-level garage 10 further includes at least one garage sidewall 14 connected to the bottom-level parking platform 11, wherein each middle-level parking platform 12 includes more than two middle-level parking sub-platforms 121, and at least one middle-level parking sub-platform 121 close to the garage sidewall 14 is spaced from at least one garage sidewall 14 by a predetermined distance, so that the bottom-level parking platform 11 and the middle-level parking platform 12 form a space communication area in the vertical direction through the predetermined distance.
Alternatively, at least one intermediate level parking sub-platform 12 adjacent to the garage side wall 14 is connected to at least one garage side wall 14.
In the present disclosure, more than two mid-level parking sub-platforms 121 of the same mid-level parking platform 12 communicate with each other to allow a vehicle to travel from one mid-level parking sub-platform 121 to another mid-level parking sub-platform 121.
In the present disclosure, the jump-level garage 10 includes an access lane (not shown) through which vehicles enter the bottom level parking platform 11 or an intermediate level parking platform 12 of the at least one intermediate level parking platform 12.
Preferably, through the access lane, the vehicle directly enters the bottom parking platform 11 or one middle parking platform 12 of the at least one middle parking platform 12; that is, the access lanes are connected to the lower floor parking platforms 11 and/or the middle floor parking platforms 12.
On the other hand, the jump-level garage 10 includes an exit lane (not shown) through which vehicles leave the bottom-level parking deck 11 or one of the at least one intermediate-level parking decks 12.
Preferably, the vehicle leaves the jump garage 10 directly from the bottom parking platform 11 or one intermediate parking platform 12 of the at least one intermediate parking platform 12 through the exit lane, i.e., the exit lane is connected to the bottom parking platform 11 and/or the intermediate parking platform 12.
In the present disclosure, the entry lane and the exit lane may be integrally formed, i.e., formed as an entry and exit lane.
And when the skip-floor garage is an above-ground garage and passes through the vehicle conveying device, the entering lane and the exiting lane can be municipal roads, and vehicles in the above-ground garage can enter and exit the skip-floor garage by connecting the municipal roads to the vehicle conveying device.
Each intermediate parking sub-platform 121 of the more than two intermediate parking sub-platforms 121 is provided with a travelling crane channel and/or a vehicle conveying device which are communicated with the upper and lower adjacent intermediate parking sub-platforms 121 so as to allow the vehicle to move between the upper and lower adjacent intermediate parking sub-platforms 121; and each intermediate parking sub-platform 121 of the lowest intermediate parking sub-platform 121 is provided with a vehicle passage and/or conveying device communicated with the bottom parking platform 11 so as to allow vehicles to move between each intermediate parking sub-platform 121 of the lowest intermediate parking sub-platform 121 and the bottom parking platform 11.
Preferably, more than two intermediate parking sub-platforms 121 of the same intermediate parking platform 12 are in communication with each other so as to allow vehicles to travel from one intermediate parking sub-platform 121 to another intermediate parking sub-platform 121, and the communicating intermediate parking sub-platforms 121 share more than one traffic lane and/or vehicle transportation means so as to allow vehicles to move between upper and lower adjacent intermediate parking sub-platforms 121 and/or vehicles to move between the intermediate parking sub-platforms 121 and said underlying parking platform 11.
In the present disclosure, each intermediate parking platform 12 is provided with more than one driving channel leading to the bottom parking platform 11 or other intermediate parking platforms 12.
As a preference, a lower-floor traveling lane is provided in the region of the lower-floor parking platform 11 corresponding to the space communication region having a width greater than or equal to that of the lower-floor traveling lane, that is, considering that there are one-way lanes and two-way lanes in the traveling lane; the widths of the driving lanes are different; the spatial communication area is set to be wider corresponding to the driving lane so that the user has a better experience.
And a bottom layer driving lane is arranged in the bottom layer parking platform 11 area corresponding to the space communication area, and the width of the space communication area is smaller than that of the bottom layer driving lane.
That is, when the driving lane is a one-way lane or a two-way lane, the space communication area is set to be narrow, whereby the area of the intermediate parking platform 12 is increased, so that more vehicles can be parked by the intermediate parking platform 12.
Or at least one of a pedestrian walkway, a landscape belt and a charging device is arranged in the area of the bottom-layer parking platform 11 corresponding to the space communication area, wherein when the pedestrian walkway is arranged in the area of the bottom-layer parking platform 11 corresponding to the space communication area, the width of the pedestrian walkway is less than or equal to the width of the space communication area.
In the present disclosure, each intermediate-deck parking sub-platform 121 includes a row of parking spaces, and the side portions of the row of parking spaces are provided with intermediate-deck driving lanes.
Alternatively, each intermediate-deck parking sub-platform 121 includes two rows of parking spaces, and an intermediate-deck driving lane is provided between the two rows of parking spaces.
Alternatively, each intermediate-level parking sub-platform 121 includes four rows of intermediate-level parking spaces, an intermediate-level driving lane is disposed between the first row of intermediate-level parking spaces and the second row of intermediate-level parking spaces, the second row of intermediate-level parking spaces is adjacent to the third row of intermediate-level parking spaces, and an intermediate-level driving lane is disposed between the third row of intermediate-level parking spaces and the fourth row of intermediate-level parking spaces.
Each intermediate-layer parking sub-platform 121 includes parking spaces of three or more columns, an intermediate-layer driving lane is formed between partial columns of parking spaces among the parking spaces of three or more columns, the partial columns of parking spaces are adjacent to each other, and thus the partial adjacent columns of parking spaces form a primary-secondary parking space.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a jump-level garage according to another embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a jump-level garage according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the driving lane of the bottom parking platform 11 is vertically aligned with the driving lane of the middle parking platform 12, so that the middle parking platforms 12 of the skip-level garage of the present disclosure are arranged in the same structure, and the bottom parking platform adopts the same line structure as the middle parking platform.
Of course, the driving lane of the bottom parking platform 11 and the driving lane of the middle parking platform 12 may not be aligned vertically, and specifically, the driving lane of the middle parking platform 12 may be aligned and staggered from the bottom parking platform 11 by a preset distance.
Or at least one of the driving lanes of the middle-layer parking platform and the driving lanes of the bottom-layer parking platform is arranged in a staggered mode with at least one of the rest driving lanes in the horizontal direction.
That is, in the present disclosure, the intermediate parking platform and/or the intermediate parking sub-platform are constructed after planning parking spaces and driving lanes according to the structure of the building under construction; the bottom parking platform 11 is the same as the bottom structure of the building under construction, and the functional areas are marked by marking lines on the bottom parking platform 11 according to the relevant national standards.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a jump-level garage according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 9, in the present disclosure, the projected area of the lower parking platform 11 is smaller than the projected area of the middle parking platform 12, that is, the lower parking platform 11 has fewer parking spaces, and the middle parking platform 12 has more parking spaces than the lower parking platform.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a jump-level garage (including a charging device) according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
In the present disclosure, referring to fig. 10, the jump-level garage further includes a charging device 15, and the charging device 15 is used for charging the parked vehicle.
Preferably, the charging device 15 is disposed at a side portion of the parking space on the lower floor and/or the parking space on the middle floor, so as to charge the vehicle parked in the parking space on the lower floor and/or the parking space on the middle floor through the charging device 15.
Also, the charging device 15 is used to charge a vehicle parked in a parking space adjacent to the floor parking space/the middle parking space in which the charging device 15 is installed.
As another alternative, the charging device 15 is disposed between two adjacent parking spaces between two rows of parking spaces.
Alternatively, in consideration of the smaller and smaller size of the charging device 15, the charging device 15 may be disposed on the support column, which is a device supporting the intermediate parking platform 12.
More preferably, the charging device 15 is disposed in the space communication area, one end of a charging wire is connected to the charging device 15, and the other end of the charging wire is disposed near the parking space, so as to charge the vehicle parked in the parking space.
For example, the charging device 15 is suspended in the space communication area, a plurality of charging wires are connected to the charging device 15, and the other ends of the plurality of charging wires are disposed near different parking spaces, so that vehicles parked on the plurality of parking spaces can share one charging device 15.
The charging device 15 is a wireless charging device 15 (not shown in the figure), and the wireless charging device 15 is disposed in the parking space so as to charge the vehicle parked on the parking space through the wireless charging device 15.
In the present disclosure, a parking space higher than the height of the vehicle to be parked is formed between the lower parking platforms 11 and the middle parking platforms 12 so that the lower parking platforms 11 can park the vehicle, and a parking space higher than the height of the vehicle to be parked is formed between the middle parking platforms 12 so that the middle parking platforms 12 can park the vehicle.
Alternatively, the skip-floor garage further includes a roof 16, and has a middle-level parking platform 12 disposed between the roof 16 and the middle-level parking platform 11, wherein a parking space higher than the height of the vehicle to be parked is formed between the bottom-level parking platform 11 and the middle-level parking platform 12, so that the bottom-level parking platform 11 can park the vehicle, and a parking space higher than the height of the vehicle to be parked is formed between the middle-level parking platform 12 or between the middle-level parking platform 12 and the roof 16, so that the middle-level parking platform 12 can park the vehicle.
In the present disclosure, a blocking device is formed at a contact position of the intermediate parking platform 12 and the space communication area.
In one form of realization, the blocking means comprise a concrete baffle formed on the intermediate parking platform 12.
As another implementation form, the blocking device includes a railing formed on the intermediate parking platform.
Preferably, glass is installed in a partial area of the area formed by the balustrade.
In an optional embodiment of the disclosure, at least one of the bottom layer parking spaces and/or the middle layer parking spaces is provided with a mechanical parking device, and two cars can be parked on one parking space through the arrangement of the mechanical parking device.
In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the jump-level garage further comprises a vehicle transport tray for transporting vehicles to parking spaces.
The multi-story garage according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, the top and/or the intermediate parking platform of the multi-story garage is selected from one or more of a beam slab structure, a primary and secondary beam structure, a beamless floor structure, a hollow slab structure, a multi-ribbed structure, or a steel structure.
Preferably, the bottom parking platform and the middle parking platform are provided with support columns, the support columns arranged on the bottom parking platform are used for supporting the middle parking platform positioned above the bottom parking platform, and the support columns arranged on the middle parking platform are used for supporting the middle parking platform positioned above the current middle parking platform or the top positioned above the current middle parking platform; when a bottom parking space is formed in an area between adjacent support columns of the bottom parking platform, the number of the bottom parking spaces formed between two adjacent support columns of the bottom parking platform is at least one.
In addition, when an intermediate layer parking space is provided in an area between adjacent support pillars of the intermediate layer parking deck, the number of the intermediate layer parking spaces provided between two adjacent support pillars of the intermediate layer parking deck is at least one.
In the present disclosure, the top portion is not limited to the planar shape shown in the drawings, but may be stepped or may be provided in an inclined shape, and the shape of the top portion is not limited herein.
In the present disclosure, the garage side wall is not limited to a plane shape, and it may be formed in a shape of a curved surface or the like, and a sectional view of a plane parallel to a horizontal plane of the jump-level garage may be adjusted according to various items, and the present disclosure does not limit it to a shape of a quadrangle or the like.
FIG. 11 is a schematic structural view of a composite parking garage according to one embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 12 is a schematic structural view of a composite parking garage according to another embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 13 is a schematic structural view of a composite parking garage according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a compound parking garage, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, comprising a flat-level parking structure 17 and the skip-level garage 10 described above; wherein the flat-bed parking structure 17 is located above the top 16 of the jump-bed garage 10 or below the bottom parking platform 11 of the jump-bed garage 10.
Preferably, the compound parking garage comprises at least two jump-level garages 10, and at least two jump-level garages 10 are vertically stacked or staggered.
Preferably, referring to fig. 13, at least one two adjacent jump-level garages are connected by a flat-level parking structure 17.
The flat-layer parking structure 17 is provided with a plurality of flat-layer parking spaces, at least one flat-layer parking space is provided with a mechanical parking device, and two cars can be parked on one parking space through the arrangement of the mechanical parking device.
In an alternative embodiment of the present disclosure, the flat parking structure 17 further includes a vehicle transfer tray for transferring the vehicle to the parking space.
In the present disclosure, the composite parking garage further includes a wind and smoke pipeline 18, a part of the wind and smoke pipeline 18 is disposed in the skip-floor garage 10, and another part of the wind and smoke pipeline 18 passes through the top 16 of the skip-floor garage 10 and/or the bottom parking platform 11, and is located in the flat-floor parking structure 17, so that the waste gas in the skip-floor garage 10 and/or the flat-floor parking structure 17 is discharged through the wind and smoke pipeline 18, or the air is sent into the skip-floor garage 10 and/or the flat-floor parking structure 17.
As another implementation form, the composite parking garage further includes an air and smoke pipeline, and the air and smoke pipeline is respectively disposed in the skip-floor garage and the flat-floor parking structure (not shown in the figure).
Preferably, when the wind and smoke pipeline is located in the flat-layer parking structure, the wind and smoke pipeline is located between two adjacent columns of parking spaces.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, a building is provided, which includes the above-mentioned jump-level garage, and/or, includes the above-mentioned composite parking garage.

Claims (52)

1. A skip-floor garage, comprising:
a bottom parking platform, the bottom parking platform comprising: the system comprises at least one bottom layer driving lane and a bottom layer parking space, wherein the bottom layer driving lane is used for vehicle passing, and the bottom layer parking space is arranged on at least one side of the bottom layer driving lane;
a top portion disposed at a predetermined distance from the underlying parking platform, an
At least one middle parking platform layer, which is arranged between the bottom parking platform layer and the top parking platform layer; each layer of intermediate parking platform comprises: the system comprises at least one middle layer driving lane and a middle layer parking space, wherein the middle layer driving lane is used for vehicle passing, and the middle layer parking space is arranged on at least one side of the middle layer driving lane;
and the bottom parking platform and the middle parking platform vertically form a space communication area.
2. The jump-level garage of claim 1, wherein when the number of the at least one intermediate level parking platform is one level, the intermediate level parking platform is in communication with the bottom level parking platform via a connecting lane through which vehicles move from the bottom level parking platform to the intermediate level parking platform and/or from the intermediate level parking platform to the bottom level parking platform.
3. The jump-level garage of claim 1, wherein when the number of the at least one intermediate level parking platform is one level, the intermediate level parking platform is in communication with the bottom level parking platform via a vehicle transfer device by which vehicles are moved from the bottom level parking platform to the intermediate level parking platform and/or from the intermediate level parking platform to the bottom level parking platform.
4. The jump-level garage of claim 1, wherein when the number of the at least one intermediate-level parking platforms is more than two, adjacent intermediate-level parking platforms are connected by the connecting lane so that the vehicle moves from the upper intermediate-level parking platform to the lower intermediate-level parking platform and/or from the lower intermediate-level parking platform to the upper intermediate-level parking platform through the connecting lane, and the lowest intermediate-level parking platform is communicated with the lower-level parking platform through the connecting lane so that the vehicle moves from the lowest intermediate-level parking platform to the lower-level parking platform and/or from the lower-level parking platform to the lowest intermediate-level parking platform through the connecting lane.
5. The jump-level garage of claim 1, wherein when the number of the at least one intermediate-level parking platforms is more than two, adjacent intermediate-level parking platforms are connected by the vehicle transportation device so that the vehicle can move from the upper intermediate-level parking platform to the lower intermediate-level parking platform and/or from the lower intermediate-level parking platform to the upper intermediate-level parking platform by the vehicle transportation device, and the lowest intermediate-level parking platform is communicated with the bottom-level parking platform by the vehicle transportation device so that the vehicle can move from the lowest intermediate-level parking platform to the bottom-level parking platform and/or from the bottom-level parking platform to the lowest intermediate-level parking platform by the vehicle transportation device.
6. The jump-level garage of claim 2 or 4, wherein the connecting lanes are straight, dog-leg, or curved.
7. The jump-level garage of claim 1, further comprising at least one garage side wall coupled to the underlying parking platform,
the garage comprises at least one middle-layer parking platform, at least one garage side wall and at least one parking space, wherein the at least one middle-layer parking platform is spaced from the at least one garage side wall by a preset distance, and a lateral space communication area is formed between the middle-layer parking platform and the garage side wall by the preset distance;
or, the at least one intermediate level parking platform is connected with at least one garage side wall.
8. The jump-level garage of claim 1, wherein each of the intermediate level parking platforms comprises more than two intermediate level parking sub-platforms, adjacent intermediate level parking sub-platforms being spaced apart by a predetermined distance, the lower level parking platforms and the intermediate level parking platforms forming a spatial communication area vertically therebetween by the predetermined distance.
9. The jump-level garage of claim 1, further comprising at least one garage side wall coupled to the underlying parking platform,
each layer of middle layer parking platform comprises more than two middle layer parking sub-platforms, at least one middle layer parking sub-platform close to the garage side wall is separated from at least one garage side wall by a preset distance, and a space communication area is formed between the bottom layer parking platform and the middle layer parking platform in the vertical direction through the preset distance;
or at least one intermediate layer parking sub-platform close to the garage side wall is connected with at least one garage side wall.
10. The jump garage of claim 8 or 9 wherein more than two intermediate level parking sub-platforms of the same intermediate level parking platform are in communication with each other to allow vehicles to travel from one intermediate level parking sub-platform to another intermediate level parking sub-platform.
11. The jump garage of claim 1, comprising an access lane through which vehicles enter the bottom floor parking platform or one of the at least one intermediate floor parking platform.
12. The jump garage of claim 11 wherein a vehicle directly enters the bottom parking deck or an intermediate parking deck of the at least one intermediate parking deck through the access lane.
13. The jump garage of claim 1, comprising an exit lane through which vehicles exit the bottom floor parking platform or an intermediate floor parking platform of the at least one intermediate floor parking platform.
14. The jump garage of claim 13, wherein a vehicle exits the jump garage directly from the bottom parking platform or an intermediate parking platform of the at least one intermediate parking platform via the exit lane.
15. The skip-level garage of claim 8 or 9 wherein each of said two or more intermediate level parking sub-platforms is provided with a vehicle passage and/or vehicle transportation means communicating with upper and lower adjacent intermediate level parking sub-platforms to allow movement of vehicles between the upper and lower adjacent intermediate level parking sub-platforms; and a driving channel and/or a conveying device communicated with each middle-layer parking sub-platform of the lowest middle-layer parking sub-platform and the bottom-layer parking platform are arranged between each middle-layer parking sub-platform of the lowest middle-layer parking sub-platform and the bottom-layer parking platform, so that vehicles can be allowed to move between each middle-layer parking sub-platform of the lowest middle-layer parking sub-platform and the bottom-layer parking platform.
16. The jump garage of claim 8 or 9 wherein more than two intermediate parking sub-platforms of the same intermediate parking platform are in communication with each other to allow vehicles to travel from one intermediate parking sub-platform to another intermediate parking sub-platform, and the communicating intermediate parking sub-platforms share more than one traffic lane and/or vehicle transport means to allow vehicles to move between upper and lower adjacent intermediate parking sub-platforms and/or vehicles to move between an intermediate parking sub-platform and the underlying parking platform.
17. The jump garage of claim 16 wherein each intermediate parking platform has more than one vehicle access to the underlying or other intermediate parking platforms.
18. The jump-level garage of claim 8 or 9, wherein an underlying travel lane is provided in an underlying parking platform region corresponding to the space communication region, the space communication region having a width greater than or equal to a width of the underlying travel lane.
19. The skip-level garage of claim 8 or 9, wherein a floor travel lane is provided in a floor parking platform area corresponding to the space communication area, the space communication area having a width smaller than a width of the floor travel lane.
20. The jump garage of claim 8 or 9, wherein at least one of a pedestrian walkway, a landscape belt and a charging device is provided in the area of the underlying parking platform corresponding to the space communication area.
21. The jump-level garage of claim 8 or 9, wherein each intermediate level parking sub-platform comprises a column of parking spaces flanked by intermediate level driving lanes.
22. The jump-level garage of claim 8 or 9, wherein each intermediate level parking sub-platform comprises two columns of parking spaces with an intermediate level driving lane disposed between the two columns of parking spaces.
23. The skip-floor garage of claim 8 or 9, wherein each mid-level parking sub-platform comprises four columns of mid-level parking spaces, and a mid-level travel lane is disposed between a first column of mid-level parking spaces and a second column of mid-level parking spaces, the second column of mid-level parking spaces being adjacent to a third column of mid-level parking spaces, and a mid-level travel lane is disposed between the third column of mid-level parking spaces and a fourth column of mid-level parking spaces.
24. The jump-level garage of claim 8 or 9, wherein each intermediate level parking sub-platform comprises more than three columns of parking spaces, and the intermediate level driving lanes are formed among partial columns of parking spaces among the more than three columns of parking spaces, and the partial columns of parking spaces are adjacent.
25. The jump garage of claim 8 or 9 wherein the bottom parking platform has a travel lane vertically aligned with a travel lane of the middle parking platform; or at least one of the driving lanes of the middle-layer parking platform and the driving lanes of the bottom-layer parking platform is arranged in a staggered mode with at least one of the rest driving lanes in the horizontal direction.
26. The jump garage of one of claims 7 to 9, wherein a projected area of the bottom parking platforms is smaller than a projected area of the middle parking platforms.
27. The jump-level garage of claim 1, further comprising a charging device for charging a parked vehicle.
28. The jump-level garage of claim 27, wherein the charging device is disposed at a side portion of the bottom-level parking space and/or the middle-level parking space to charge the vehicle parked in the bottom-level parking space and/or the middle-level parking space through the charging device.
29. The jump-level garage of claim 28, wherein the charging device is further configured to charge a vehicle parked in a parking space adjacent to the parking space on the floor/middle floor where the charging device is located.
30. The jump-level garage of claim 29, wherein the charging device is disposed between adjacent parking spaces between two columns of parking spaces.
31. The jump-level garage of claim 29, wherein the intermediate level parking platforms are supported by support columns, the charging device being disposed on the support columns.
32. The jump-level garage of claim 27, wherein the charging device is disposed in the space communication area, one end of a charging wire is connected to the charging device, and the other end of the charging wire is disposed near the parking space for charging a vehicle parked at the parking space.
33. The jump-level garage of claim 31, wherein the charging device is suspended within the space communication area, the charging device having a plurality of charging cords connected thereto, the other ends of the plurality of charging cords being disposed proximate to different parking spaces.
34. The jump-level garage of claim 27, wherein the charging device is a wireless charging device disposed in the parking space for charging a vehicle parked in the parking space via the wireless charging device.
35. The jump garage of claim 1 wherein parking spaces are formed between the bottom and middle parking platforms that are above a height of a vehicle to be parked such that the bottom parking platforms can park the vehicle, and parking spaces are formed between the middle parking platforms that are above the height of the vehicle to be parked such that the middle parking platforms can park the vehicle.
36. The jump-level garage of claim 1, wherein a parking space is formed between the bottom level parking platforms and the middle level parking platforms that is higher than a height of the vehicle to be parked so that the bottom level parking platforms can park the vehicle, and a parking space is formed between the middle level parking platforms or between the middle level parking platforms and a roof that is higher than the height of the vehicle to be parked so that the middle level parking platforms can park the vehicle.
37. The jump-level garage of claim 1 wherein a stop is formed where the intermediate level parking platform contacts the space communication area.
38. The jump-level garage of claim 37, wherein the blocking means comprises concrete baffles formed on the intermediate-level parking platform.
39. The jump garage of claim 37 wherein said blocking means comprises a rail formed on said intermediate level parking deck.
40. The multi-story garage of claim 39 wherein glass is mounted in some of the areas defined by said rails.
41. The jump garage of any of claims 37-40, further comprising a charging device disposed on the barrier device.
42. The jump-level garage of claim 1, wherein at least one of said floor parking spaces and/or intermediate parking spaces is provided with mechanical parking means.
43. The jump garage of claim 1 further comprising a vehicle transport tray for transporting vehicles to parking spaces.
44. The multi-level garage of claim 1 wherein said top and/or intermediate parking platforms are selected from one or more of beam slab structures, primary and secondary beam structures, beamless floor structures, hollow slab structures, multi-ribbed structures, or steel structures.
45. The multi-level garage of claim 1 wherein said bottom and intermediate parking levels have support columns disposed thereon, and wherein when parking spaces are defined in the area between said support columns, the number of parking spaces between said support columns is at least one.
46. A composite parking garage comprising a flat-level parking structure and a jump-level garage according to any one of claims 1-45;
wherein, flat bed parking structure is located the top in leap layer garage, or is located the below of the bottom parking platform in leap layer garage.
47. The composite parking garage of claim 46, further comprising a wind and smoke duct, a portion of said wind and smoke duct being disposed within said saltating garage, and another portion of said wind and smoke duct passing through a top and/or bottom parking platform of said saltating garage and being located within said flat-story parking structure.
48. The composite parking garage according to claim 46, further comprising air and smoke ducts respectively disposed in said skip-floor garage and said flat-floor parking structure.
49. The composite parking garage according to claim 48, wherein said air duct is located between two adjacent columns of parking spaces when said air duct is located within said flat-bed parking structure.
50. The composite parking garage of claim 46, wherein the number of said multi-level garages is at least two, and at least two multi-level garages are vertically stacked or staggered.
51. The composite parking garage of claim 50, wherein at least two adjacent skip-level garages are connected by a flat-level parking structure.
52. A building comprising a jump garage according to any one of claims 1 to 45 and/or a compound parking garage according to any one of claims 46 to 51.
