Abstract
一种能够在飞行中改变朝向的民航客机专用座
椅,由椅脚、椅垫支架、椅垫、椅背组成,椅垫支架与
椅垫之间具有相对应的滑动轨槽结构,座椅上安装受
飞机动力源支配的椅垫驱动装置,如气压、液压装置
或者电动机齿轮装置,可以在很大程度上降低飞机失
事时的伤亡率。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种民航客机具有应急功能的座椅。
目前,民航客机的座椅都是朝向机首的,它符合人们的运动生理习惯,但是,万一飞机发生不测,非正常接触地面,巨大的向前惯性冲力是人体难以承受的,仅靠一根安全带使受力集中于旅客身体局部,往往受伤更严重。报载日本国打算把客机的座椅朝向机尾,这样的好处是一旦飞机撞地,椅背就成了减轻惯性冲力的防护屏,可以减轻空难的伤害,缺点是始终朝机尾坐着,有违人的运动生理习惯,乘坐不舒适。
本实用新型的目的,克服上述两种座椅的不足之处,提供一种能够在飞行中改变朝向的民航客机专用座椅,在起飞、降落及迫降时座椅朝向机尾,在正常飞行时座椅朝向机首。
本实用新型由椅脚、椅垫支架、椅垫、椅背组成,其特征是:(1)、椅垫支架与椅垫之间具有相对应的滑动轨槽结构;(2)、座椅上安装受飞机动力源支配的椅垫驱动装置,如气压、液压装置或者电动机齿轮装置。
下面结合两个实施例并参照附图对本实用新型进行详细描述。

如图1和图2所示,民航客机专用座椅实施例1由椅脚6、椅垫支架5、椅垫3、椅背1组成,椅垫支架与椅垫之间具有相对应的滑动槽轨4结构,滑槽内装有滚珠2,用于减少椅垫相对于椅垫支架移动时的摩擦力。受飞机动力源支配的椅垫驱动装置由气压(或液压)活塞套缸8、连杆9、销柱10组成,活塞套缸8固定在椅垫支架下方,连杆9端部通过销柱10与椅垫固定销接。实施例中椅背的内衬支架采用强度较高的材料制作,以使在巨大的向前冲击力作用下能起到对改变朝向的人体的屏护作用。飞行中需要改变座椅朝向时,由机组人员统一操作,受飞机动力源支配的各座椅的气压(或液压)活塞连杆同时工作,带动各椅垫同步后移或前移,除首排(或者尾排)以外的全体乘客只须在椅垫移动的过程中顺势站起、向后转并坐在原来是前排现在已后移的椅垫上即可,首排(或者尾排)的乘客则须起立、向后转坐在机舱首(或尾)部加设的一排座椅上。这样就完成了航行中改变座椅朝向的任务,整个过程可以在30秒内完成。实际航行时,在起飞前,座椅初始位置朝向机尾,起飞后正常飞行时,将座椅转朝向机头,降落时或途中紧急迫降时,再将座椅转朝向机尾,可以在很大程度上降低飞机失事时的伤亡率。
如图3和图4所示,民航客机专用座椅实施例2由椅脚6、椅垫支架5、椅垫3、椅背1组成,椅垫支架与椅垫之间具有相对应的滑动轨槽4结构,滑槽内装有滚珠2。椅垫驱动装置由电动机11、齿轮12、齿条13组成,电动机11固定在椅垫支架下方,齿轮12装在电动机主轴上,齿条13固定在座垫下方,齿轮12与齿条13上的齿啮合,进行座椅转向时,各座椅上的电动机受飞机动力源统一支配,同时启动,带动其上的齿轮旋转,由齿轮与齿条上齿的啮合,带动椅垫前移或者后移,其余过程同实施例1。
为使突发情况下座椅所受向前的冲击力得到减缓,本实用新型进一步的特征是,在座椅的前椅脚下端安装弹簧减震装置,如图1、图3中7所示,该弹簧具有较大的应力系数,在正常情况下不变形,实施例中弹簧应力标准为500公斤。
Claims (5)
1、一种能够在飞行中改变朝向的民航客机专用座椅,由椅脚、椅垫支架、椅 垫、椅背组成,其特征是:
(1)椅垫支架与椅垫之间具有相对应的滑动轨槽结构,
(2)座椅上安装受飞机动力源支配的椅垫驱动装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征是椅垫驱动装置由气压活塞套缸,连杆、销柱组成,活塞套缸固定在椅垫支架下方,连杆端部通过销柱与椅垫固定销接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征是椅垫驱动装置由液压活塞套缸、连杆、销柱组成,活塞套缸固定在椅垫支架下方,连杆端部通过销柱与椅垫固定销接。
4、根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征是椅垫驱动装置由电动机、齿轮、齿条组成,电动机固定在椅垫支架下方,齿轮装在电动机主轴上,齿条固定在座垫下方,齿轮与齿条上的齿啮合。
5、根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的座椅,其特征是座椅的前椅脚下端安装弹簧减震装置。
