本实用新型改进了一种既可以汽油为燃料又可 以液化石油气或天燃气为燃料的汽车发动机空气混 合器。它包括外壳(1)、滤清器(2)、支撑螺(4)、燃气 孔板(5)和燃气输送管(6),其特征是它还包括用金属 材料制造的阀片(3)、调节螺栓(7)、复位弹簧(8)和气 囊(9)。该空气混合器的优点是:1.通用性强,即可适 合多种类型的汽车发动机使用;2.由于采用了金属材 料制造的阀片,因而它不会因阀片使用久后老化变形 从而产生空气和燃气混合比的精度会降低的问题。

Description

本发明涉及汽车发动机的空气混合器,特别是一种既可以汽油为燃料,又可以液化石油气或者天燃气为燃料的汽车发动机使用的空气混合器。
已有的既可以汽轴为燃料,又可以液化石油气或者天燃气为燃料的汽车发动机使用的空气混合器存在着下述缺点:1,通用性差,由于不同技术参数的汽车发动机所要求的空气和燃气的需求量不同,而现在使用的空气混合器制造出来后其空气和燃气需求量却是不能调整的,因此,一般说来一种类型的空气混合器只能适于一种类型的汽车发动机使用。2,在改用汽油为燃料时,空气混合器动态控制空气进入量靠得是一块用橡胶材料制造的阀片(或称膜片),这种阀片因是橡胶材料制造的,因此它使用久后易老化变形,这将影响混合器中空气和燃气混合比的精度。
本发明的目的是对这种空气混合器加以改进,以提高它使用的通性性和解决它阀片易老化变形从而会影响空气和燃气混合比的调整精度的问题。
已知的空气混合器包括带进气口和真空接管的外壳、滤清器、阀片、支撑螺栓、燃气孔板和带调节阀和功率阀的燃气输送管等主要部件。本发明解决上述空气混合器其通用性差和其阀片易老化变形从而会影响空气和燃气混合比精度的技术方案是:1,在阀片与燃气孔板之间设置调节螺栓;2,用金属材料制造阀片,和为使该阀片能动态调节空气的进入量,因而再在外壳和阀片之间设置一个套装在支撑螺栓上的复位弹簧,以及在阀片与外壳之间设置一个与外壳真空接管相通的气囊。这样,不同型号的汽车发动机虽然其空气和燃气的需求量不同,但根据本发明人们可通过调节螺栓调节阀片与燃气孔板之间的间隙来使用本空气混合器适应它们空气需求量的要求,可见,本发明所说的空气混合器的通用性比已有的要强得多;另外,由于本发明又采取了用金属材料来制造阀片和以复位弹簧、气囊驱动阀片来动态调节空气混合器中空气和燃气混合比的措施,这也就解决了已有的空气混合器其阀片用橡胶材料来制造,从而使用久后易老化变形、影响空气和燃气混合比精度的问题。
附图给出的是本发明所说的汽车发动机空气混合器的结构示意图。
附图中:1,为带进气口A和真空接管B的外壳;2,为滤清器;3为阀片;4为支撑螺栓;5为燃气孔板;6为带调节阀C和功率阀D的燃气输送管;7为调节螺栓;8为复位弹簧;9为气囊。以上所举的带进气口A和真空接管B的外壳1、滤清器2、支撑螺栓4、燃气孔板5和带调节阀C和功率阀D的燃气输送管6,其基本结构和形式与已有的相同。阀片3是以铝合金或者不锈钢或者铜等金属材料制造的,气囊9可用橡胶等伸缩性较好的材料制造。所说的调节螺栓7设置于阀片3与燃气孔板5之间。所说的复位弹簧8套装在支撑螺栓4上并设置于阀片3与外壳1之间,所说的气囊9设置于阀片3与外壳1之间并与真空接管B相通。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种即可以汽油为燃料,又可以液化石油气或者天然气为燃料的汽车发动机空气混合器,包括带进气口(A)和真空接管(B)的外壳(1)、滤清器(2)、支撑螺栓(4)、燃气孔板(5)和带调节阀(C)和功率阀(D)的燃气输送管(6),其特征是它还包括用金属材料制造的阀片(3)、调节螺栓(7)、复位弹簧(8)和气囊(9),所说的调节螺栓(7)设置于阀片(3)与燃气孔板(5)之间,所说的复位弹簧(8)套装在支撑螺栓(4)上并设置于阀片(3)与外壳(1)之间,以及,所说的气囊(9)设置于阀片(3)与外壳(1)之间并与真空接管(B)相通。
