技术领域
本实用新型属于电池技术领域,具体涉及一种纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱及电池减震系统。
背景技术
电池指盛有电解质溶液和金属电极以产生电流的杯、槽或其他容器或复合容器的部分空间,能将化学能转化成电能的装置。具有正极、负极之分。随着科技的进步,电池泛指能产生电能的小型装置,其中纯电动矿用车电池舱是能存放电池箱的装置。
但是目前现有的电池舱对电池箱的保护能力较差,且电池箱安装的有序性和稳定性较差,难以满足科技日益发展的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱及电池减震系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出电池舱对电池箱的保护能力和电池箱安装的有序性和稳定性较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱,包括两个连接梁,两个所述连接梁的两端均安装有电池舱主体,所述电池舱主体的两侧壁对称安装有侧板,且电池舱主体的外部固定有防护板,所述电池舱主体的内部等间距安装有电池箱固定支架,所述电池箱固定支架包括两个第一连接板,两个所述第一连接板的底端两侧对称连接有连接角钢,且所述第一连接板的底端连接有第二连接板,所述第一连接板的上表壁两端对称开设有橡胶减震器固定孔,所述第一连接板上表壁且位于两个橡胶减震器固定孔之间开设有电池箱固定孔。
优选的,相对两个所述侧板之间连接有第一横梁和第二横梁,所述第一横梁位于第二横梁的下方。
优选的,两个所述电池舱主体相对一侧的底端安装有底挡板,所述底挡板的上表壁对称开设有豁口。
优选的,所述侧板的两端对称一体成型有连接凸块,所述连接凸块的外表壁安装有抵板。
优选的,所述连接梁的外表壁两端对称连接有加强板,所述加强板的外表壁开设有安装孔。
一种电池减震系统,包括所述的纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱,还包括橡胶减震器。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)本实用新型的每侧电池舱内可安装三个电池箱,且能够对各个电池箱进行有效地保护,避免电池箱磕碰损坏,其次,电池箱安装的有序性和稳定性较高,便于后续局部取下进行更换,满足于科技日益发展的需求。
(2)本实用新型增设的第一横梁和第二横梁可有效起到支撑的作用,能够有效避免电池舱因振动而变形,提高了电池舱的整体强度,延长了其使用寿命。

请参阅图1-图3所示,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱,包括两个连接梁1,两个连接梁1的两端均安装有电池舱主体2,电池舱主体2的两侧壁对称安装有侧板5,且电池舱主体2的外部固定有防护板3,电池舱主体2的内部等间距安装有电池箱固定支架9,电池箱固定支架9包括两个第一连接板92,两个第一连接板92的底端两侧对称连接有连接角钢91,且第一连接板92的底端连接有第二连接板93,第一连接板92的上表壁两端对称开设有橡胶减震器固定孔921,第一连接板92上表壁且位于两个橡胶减震器固定孔921之间开设有电池箱固定孔922,每侧电池舱主体2内可安装三个电池箱,其有序性和稳定性较高,便于后续局部取下进行更换,满足于科技日益发展的需求,另外,通过防护板3和侧板5的配合,能够对各个电池箱进行有效地保护,避免电池箱磕碰损坏。
进一步地,相对两个侧板5之间连接有第一横梁10和第二横梁11,第一横梁10位于第二横梁11的下方,第一横梁10和第二横梁11可有效起到支撑的作用,能够有效避免电池舱因振动而变形,提高了电池舱的整体强度,延长了其使用寿命。
进一步地,两个电池舱主体2相对一侧的底端安装有底挡板4,底挡板4的上表壁对称开设有豁口7,底挡板4可挡住电池舱主体2的底端开口,可进一步增加电池箱的稳定性
进一步地,侧板5的两端对称一体成型有连接凸块12,连接凸块12的外表壁安装有抵板6,螺栓穿过抵板6旋至连接凸块12上,便于抵板6的安装固定。
进一步地,连接梁1的外表壁两端对称连接有加强板8,加强板8的外表壁开设有安装孔,通过螺栓穿过安装孔,可进一步提高连接梁1与电池舱主体2间连接的稳定性。
一种电池减震系统,包括纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱,还包括橡胶减震器,电池箱固定支架9通过橡胶减震器安装在侧板5上,以增加减震性能,起到有效保护电池的作用。
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:该实用新型在使用时,每侧电池舱主体2内可安装三个电池箱,其中,通过防护板3、侧板5和电池箱固定支架9的配合,能够对各个电池箱进行有效地保护,避免电池箱磕碰损坏,其次,橡胶减震器固定孔921上可安装橡胶减震器,可进一步起到保护电池的作用,此外,增设的第一横梁10和第二横梁11可有效起到支撑的作用,能够有效避免电池舱因振动而变形,另外,螺栓穿过抵板6旋至连接凸块12上,可便于抵板6的安装固定。

1.一种纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱,其特征在于:包括两个连接梁(1),两个所述连接梁(1)的两端均安装有电池舱主体(2),所述电池舱主体(2)的两侧壁对称安装有侧板(5),且电池舱主体(2)的外部固定有防护板(3),所述电池舱主体(2)的内部等间距安装有电池箱固定支架(9),所述电池箱固定支架(9)包括两个第一连接板(92),两个所述第一连接板(92)的底端两侧对称连接有连接角钢(91),且所述第一连接板(92)的底端连接有第二连接板(93),所述第一连接板(92)的上表壁两端对称开设有橡胶减震器固定孔(921),所述第一连接板(92)上表壁且位于两个橡胶减震器固定孔(921)之间开设有电池箱固定孔(922)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱,其特征在于:相对两个所述侧板(5)之间连接有第一横梁(10)和第二横梁(11),所述第一横梁(10)位于第二横梁(11)的下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱,其特征在于:两个所述电池舱主体(2)相对一侧的底端安装有底挡板(4),所述底挡板(4)的上表壁对称开设有豁口(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱,其特征在于:所述侧板(5)的两端对称一体成型有连接凸块(12),所述连接凸块(12)的外表壁安装有抵板(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱,其特征在于:所述连接梁(1)的外表壁两端对称连接有加强板(8),所述加强板(8)的外表壁开设有安装孔。
6.一种电池减震系统,其特征在于:包括根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的纯电动矿用车三点支撑电池舱,还包括橡胶减震器。
