本实用新型涉及一种支撑架,尤指一种可快速组装的显示器支撑架。
背景技术
现有用于承载显示器的支撑架,具有一底盘及一直立柱,因显示器通常重量不轻,为了达到在长时间承载显示器的情况下,直立柱与底盘之间的连接能够承受显示器的重量,直立柱需要非常稳固地与底盘连接,通常是通过多个螺丝锁固至底盘以确定连接稳固和避免晃动。此种方式虽然可以稳定连接直立柱与底盘,然而在安装及拆卸的时候,却因连接所使用的螺丝数量多而需耗费许多时间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一主要目的在于提供一支撑架,其中直立柱及底盘的组装及拆卸简单快速,且拆卸、安装过程中,使用者不需自行锁上多个螺丝或担心螺丝缺漏,同时支撑架能够提供底盘及直立柱足够的支撑力,使支撑架能稳定承载显示器。
为达上述目的,本实用新型揭露一种支撑架,用于支撑一显示器于一工作面上,该支撑架包括一底盘、一直立柱、一勾合件以及一锁固件。该底盘具有一基板,该基板包含一第一区、一第二区、及位于该第一区及该第二区之间的一穿槽。该直立柱对应该第一区而设置于该底盘。该勾合件连接该底盘及该直立柱,该勾合件包含至少一延伸部,通过该穿槽延伸至该第二区。该锁固件在该第一区连接该勾合件,以与该勾合件夹持该基板。其中,该第一区具有一上表面,该第二区具有一下表面,该下表面相较于该上表面更远离该工作面,所述延伸部抵顶于该下表面。

图1至图3为本实用新型支撑架1000一实施例的立体图及爆炸图,支撑架1000用于支撑一显示器2000于一工作面P上(如图4所示),支撑架1000包括一底盘1、一直立柱2、一勾合件3、一锁固件4以及一承载件5。
请一并参阅图4,底盘1具有一基板11及一壳件12,基板11包含一第一区111、一第二区112、一穿槽113、一开口槽114及两个凸柱115。第一区111具有一上表面1111,第二区112具有一锥台结构1121及一下表面1122,锥台结构1121朝远离工作面P的方向突出,而在靠近工作面P的一侧形成下表面1122,下表面1122相较于上表面1111更远离工作面P。穿槽113及开口槽114位于第一区111及该第二区112之间,开口槽114连通穿槽113,穿槽113供勾合件3穿设,开口槽114是由穿槽113往第一区111延伸,使勾合件3可以更容易地卡入穿槽113。
壳件12包覆基板11,其中,壳件12具有一开孔121,开孔121显露至少局部的第一区111,以供直立柱2对应第一区111而设置于底盘1。

接下来请参图5,所示为勾合件3的立体图。勾合件3包含一第一板31、一第二板32、两个延伸部33及两个补强肋34。另外,如图3、图6、图7所示,勾合件3连接底盘1及直立柱2,其中,第一板31与底盘1连接,抵靠于第一区111的上表面1111。第一板31具有一弯折区311及一竖直区312,弯折区311朝远离工作面P的方向抬升,锁固件4穿设基板11并锁固于弯折区311。竖直区312邻接于弯折区311,并朝远离工作面P方向延伸,竖直区312锁固于直立柱2的主体21的背板211上。而第二板32与直立柱2连接,第二板32具有延伸的两个翼部321,所述翼部321平行所述侧面212延伸并分别锁固于所述侧面212。
所述延伸部33自第一板31延伸而出,通过穿槽113伸入至第二区112,并抵顶于下表面1122。其中,勾合件3的所述延伸部33是平行工作面P朝显示器2000的前方突出,在其他实施例中,基板11的第一区111及第二区112可反向设置,勾合件3则随之反向装设于直立柱2而朝显示器2000的后方突出。在本实施例中,以两个延伸部33例示说明,但是在其他实施例中延伸部33的数量不作限制。
详细而言,勾合件3通过延伸部33抵顶于下表面1122及锁固件4锁固于弯折区311,以固接底盘1的基板11,另外通过竖直区312以螺丝锁固于背板211及所述翼部321以螺丝锁固于所述侧面212,使勾合件3得以固接直立柱2的主体21。
所述补强肋34用以强化延伸部33的刚性,以避免延伸部33受力弯曲,各所述补强肋34分别形成于第一板31及所述延伸部33上,然而,其形状、尺寸及数量可以需求设计,在此不作限制。
锁固件4在第一区31连接勾合件3,以与勾合件3夹持基板11,在本实施例中,锁固件4为一快拆螺丝,穿设基板11的第一区111并螺接勾合件3。
承载件5设于直立柱2,连接于直立柱2及显示器2000之间,用于支撑显示器2000。
须说明的是,支撑架1000的在出货时,直立柱2与勾合件3会预先彼此锁固,承载件5则先设于直立柱2,且锁固件4会先穿设至基板11。使用者只需要依照以下步骤操作,即可简易完成支撑架1000的组装。
安装时先将延伸部33插入穿槽113,并将直立柱2卡入壳件12的开孔121中,此时可以轻易地将舌片213上的定位孔2131对准凸柱115以定位直立柱2,使延伸部33抵顶于第二区112的下表面1122,因定位孔2131与凸柱115之间的定位效果,底盘1与直立柱2位于正确的相对位置,故可直接将可手转的锁固件4旋转锁固至勾合件3的弯折区311,直立柱2及勾合件3便稳固地设于底盘1上。相反地,手动将锁于勾合件3锁固件4转至松脱后,即可轻易地将直立柱2从底盘1上拆卸分离。
综上所述,本实用新型支撑架通过底盘基板的特殊设计,使其与锁于直立柱上的勾合件可以简易地接合,并通过快拆螺丝辅助,以强化基板及勾合件之间的连接,使本实用新型支撑架不仅拆装方便又兼具承载显示器时的稳定度。

一底盘,具有一基板,该基板包含一第一区、一第二区、及位于该第一区及该第二区之间的一穿槽;
一直立柱,对应该第一区而设置于该底盘;
一勾合件,连接该底盘及该直立柱,该勾合件包含至少一延伸部,通过该穿槽延伸至该第二区;以及
一锁固件,在该第一区连接该勾合件,以与该勾合件夹持该基板;
其特征在于,该第一区具有一上表面,该第二区具有一下表面,该下表面相较于该上表面更远离该工作面,所述延伸部抵顶于该下表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的支撑架,其特征在于,该勾合件还具有一第一板及一第二板,该第一板与该底盘连接,该第二板与该直立柱连接,所述延伸部自该第一板延伸而出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的支撑架,其特征在于,该第一板抵靠于该第一区的上表面。
