Abstract
本創作提供一種承載座,可拆卸地裝設於一支撐架上用以承載一電子裝置,該支撐架具有一直立柱及貫穿該直立柱之一穿槽,一顯示器掛載於該支撐架,並具有一線材,該承載座包括一載板、一第一夾件及一第二夾件。該載板供該電子裝置設置。該第一夾件與該載板固接,該第一夾件具有一第一通孔。該第二夾件具有一第二通孔。其中,該第一夾件與該第二夾件夾持該直立柱,使該第一通孔與該第二通孔於該穿槽中相互連通,該顯示器的該線材可通過該第二通孔及該第一通孔。
Description
本創作關於一種承載座,特別是一種用於承載一電腦主機並具有理線功能的承載座。
台灣專利第M589419號揭露一種設置於一支撐架上的承載座,用以承載一迷你電腦主機,同時具備有簡單的理線功能,供電腦主機或顯示器的線材能夠沿著理線空間配置。
然而,承載座須穩固地設置於直立柱上,以確保電腦主機的安裝後的穩定性。習知承載座是利用多個螺絲將承載座固定於直立柱的外殼上,可以理解地,直立柱的外殼上需有對應形成鎖孔,不但使得直立柱的製程變多,且後續的組裝步驟也變得繁瑣。
本創作的一主要目的在於提供一種承載座,透過夾持直立柱並局部地於直立柱的穿槽中套接的方式,毋須再對直立柱的外殼進行額外的加工程序,本創作承載座可直接固定於支撐架上,並同時具有承載電子裝置功能。而透過本創作承載座的第一通孔及第二通孔連通於穿槽中,顯示器的線材(如電源線)亦可通過第一通孔及第二通孔而達到理線的功能。
為達上述目的,本創作提供一種承載座,可拆卸地裝設於一支撐架上用以承載一電子裝置,該支撐架具有一直立柱及貫穿該直立柱之一穿槽,一顯示器掛載於該支撐架,並具有一線材,該承載座包括一載板、一第一夾件及一第二夾件。該載板供該電子裝置設置。該第一夾件與該載板固接,該第一夾件具有一第一卡合件及一第一通孔,該第一通孔貫穿該第一卡合件。該第二夾件具有一第二卡合件及一第二通孔,該第二通孔貫穿該第二卡合件。其中,該第一卡合件與該第二卡合件夾持該直立柱,使該第一通孔與該第二通孔於該穿槽中相互連通,該顯示器的該線材可通過該第二通孔及該第一通孔。
該第一卡合件具有一第一板體及一第一框體,該第一框體自該第一板體延伸,該第二卡合件具有一第二板體及一第二框體,該第二框體自該第二板體延伸,該第一框體及該第二框體於該穿槽中彼此套接。
當該第一框體及該第二框體於該穿槽中彼此套接,該第一板體及該第二板體分別延伸至該穿槽外。
該載板具有一本體及一固定部,該固定部角度地由該本體延伸而出,該固定部穿過該第一板體而連接於該第一框體。
該第一框體及該第二框體於該穿槽中彼此套接時,該第一框體容置於該穿槽中,該第二框體容置該第一通孔中。
該第一框體具有相對之二內側面及一內底面,該內底面連接於所述內側面之間,該第二框體具有相對之二外側面、一外底面及複數肋體,該外底面連接於所述外側面之間,所述肋體彼此間隔地形成於所述外側面及該外底面,當該第二框體位於該第一通孔中時,所述肋體與該第一框體的所述內側面及該內底面相接觸。
該第一框體具有一內頂面,該內頂面連接於所述內側面之間並與該內底面相對,該第二框體具有一外頂面連接於所述外側面之間並與該外底面相對,該固定部位於該內頂面及該外頂面之間。
該第一框體的所述內側面分別形成有一突起,該第二框體的所述外側面分別形成有一孔洞,當該第二框體位於該第一通孔中時,該突起位於該孔洞中。
本創作一實施例的承載座更包括一第一緩衝墊設置於該第一板體上,當該第一卡合件與該第二卡合件夾持該直立柱,該第一緩衝墊與該直立柱接觸。
本創作一實施例的承載座更包括一第二緩衝墊設置於該本體的一第一表面上,該電子裝置設置於該載板上時,該第二緩衝墊與該電子裝置的局部相接觸。
本創作一實施例的承載座更包括一第三緩衝墊設置於該本體與該第一表面相對的一第二表面上,當該第一板體與該第二板體夾持該直立柱,該第三緩衝墊與該直立柱的接觸。
本創作一實施例的承載座更包括一鎖固件,該鎖固件穿過該第一夾件而鎖附於該第二夾件。該鎖固件具有一頭部及一桿體,該頭部與該桿體連接,該頭部抵靠於該第一板體,該桿體穿過該第一板體而鎖附於該第二板體上。
如圖1、圖2及圖3所示,本創作承載座1000可拆卸地裝設於一支撐架2000上,用以承載一電子裝置4000。其中電子裝置4000例如是一迷你電腦主機(Mini PC)或一平板電腦等電子產品。支撐架2000具有一直立柱81及貫穿直立柱81的一穿槽82,一顯示器3000具有一線材9,顯示器3000掛載於支撐架2000,使支撐架2000及承載座1000可同時承載顯示器3000及電子裝置4000。
如圖3、圖4及圖5所示,承載座1000包括一載板1、一第一夾件2、一第二夾件3、一鎖固件4、一第一緩衝墊5、一第二緩衝墊6及一第三緩衝墊7。以下將詳述各元件的結構及元件間彼此的連接關係。
載板1具有一本體11及一固定部12,固定部12呈角度地由該本體11延伸而出,本體11則供電子裝置4000設置,例如直接將電子裝置4000鎖固於該本體11上。
第一夾件2具有一第一卡合件21及一第一通孔22,第一通孔22貫穿第一卡合件21。第一卡合件21具有一第一板體211及一第一框體212,第一框體212自第一板體211延伸。第一框體212具有相對之二內側面2121、一內底面2122、一內頂面2123及至少一突起2124,內底面2122連接於所述內側面2121之間,內頂面2123連接於所述內側面2121之間並與內底面2122相對。所述突起2124形成於所述內側面2121。
第二夾件3具有一第二卡合件31及一第二通孔32,第二通孔32貫穿該第二卡合件31。第二卡合件31具有一第二板體311及一第二框體312,第二框體312自第二板體311延伸。第二框體312具有相對之二外側面3121、一外底面3122、一外頂面3123、複數肋體3124及孔洞3125。外底面3122連接於所述外側面3121之間,外頂面3123連接於所述外側面3121之間並與外底面3122相對,所述肋體3124彼此間隔地形成於所述外側面3121及外底面3122。所述外側面3121分別形成有一孔洞3125。
接下來說明第一夾件2、第二夾件3與直立柱81的連接關係。當第一卡合件21與第二卡合件31夾持直立柱81時,第一框體212及第二框體312於穿槽82中彼此套接,且於本實施例中,第一框體212容置於穿槽82中,第二框體312容置第一通孔22中,此時所述肋體3124與第一框體212的所述內側面2121及內底面2122相接觸,突起2124位於孔洞3125中。同時,第一板體211及第二板體311分別延伸於穿槽82外並分別抵靠直立柱81的表面。藉此,第一通孔22與第二通孔32於穿槽82中相互連通,顯示器3000的線材9得通過第二通孔32及第一通孔22,使本創作承載座1000具理線的功能。而透過突起2124及孔洞3125的搭配,可輔助組裝者在結合第一夾件2及第二夾件3時,能夠快速對準彼此的位置加以組裝,以提升組裝的便利性。
接著說明載板1與第一夾件2及第二夾件3的連接關係。固定部12穿過第一板體211的一連接孔2111而連接固定於第一框體212,使得固定部12位於第一夾件2的內頂面2123及第二夾件3的外頂面3123之間。
鎖固件4具有一頭部41及一桿體42,頭部41與桿體42連接。第一夾件2及第二夾件3前後夾持於直立柱81時,鎖固件4的頭部41抵靠於第一板體211,桿體42穿過第一板體211而鎖附於第二板體311上。透過鎖固件4,能夠讓第一夾件2及第二夾件3更堅固的夾持直立柱81而不易彼此脫開。
須說明的是,於本創作其他實施例中,亦可改為第二框體312容置於穿槽82,而第一框體212容置第二通孔32中,同樣可達到第一框體212與第二框體312套設於穿槽82的效果。此外,於本創作其他實施例中,第一框體212及第二框體312可僅各自前後的卡於穿槽82中而不彼此重疊套接,再透過鎖固件4通過第一板體211鎖附於第二板體311,同樣可達到第一夾件2及第二夾件3夾持直立柱81的效果。
為了避免各元件間的摩擦或碰撞。第一緩衝墊5設置於第一板體211上,當第一卡合件21與第二卡合件31夾持直立柱81,第一緩衝墊5與直立柱81接觸,藉以避免夾持力道過大而讓第一板體211磨損直立柱81的表面。
第二緩衝墊6設置於本體11的一第一表面111上,當電子裝置4000設置於載板1上時,第二緩衝墊6與電子裝置4000的局部相接觸,藉此避免電子裝置4000與載板1產生直接碰撞。
載板1的本體11具有一第二表面112與第一表面111相對,第三緩衝墊7則設置於第二表面112上,當第一卡合件21與第二卡合件31夾持直立柱81,第三緩衝墊7與直立柱81的接觸。若因使用者移動支撐架2000而使載板1晃動時,透過第三緩衝墊7可避免載板1直接撞擊直立柱81。
於本創作其他實施例中,可依照需求調整第一緩衝墊5、第二緩衝墊6及第三緩衝墊7的面積大小、數量及設置位置。舉例而言,於本創作其他實施例中,第一緩衝墊5可為複數個分別設於第一板體211及第二板體311上,於此不再贅述。

Claims (13)
- 一種承載座,可拆卸地裝設於一支撐架上用以承載一電子裝置,該支撐架具有一直立柱及貫穿該直立柱之一穿槽,一顯示器掛載於該支撐架,並具有一線材,該承載座包括: 一載板,供該電子裝置設置; 一第一夾件,與該載板固接,該第一夾件具有一第一卡合件及一第一通孔,該第一通孔貫穿該第一卡合件;以及 一第二夾件,具有一第二卡合件及一第二通孔,該第二通孔貫穿該第二卡合件; 其中,該第一卡合件與該第二卡合件夾持該直立柱,使該第一通孔與該第二通孔於該穿槽中相互連通,該顯示器的該線材可通過該第二通孔及該第一通孔。
- 如請求項1所述的承載座,其中該第一卡合件具有一第一板體及一第一框體,該第一框體自該第一板體延伸,該第二卡合件具有一第二板體及一第二框體,該第二框體自該第二板體延伸,該第一框體及該第二框體於該穿槽中彼此套接。

- 如請求項7所述的承載座,其中該第一框體的所述內側面分別形成有一突起,該第二框體的所述外側面分別形成有一孔洞,當該第二框體位於該第一通孔中時,該突起位於該孔洞中。
- 如請求項8所述的承載座,更包括一第一緩衝墊設置於該第一板體上,當該第一卡合件與該第二卡合件夾持該直立柱,該第一緩衝墊與該直立柱接觸。
- 如請求項9述的承載座,更包括一第二緩衝墊設置於該本體的一第一表面上,該電子裝置設置於該載板上時,該第二緩衝墊與該電子裝置的局部相接觸。
- 如請求項10所述的承載座,更包括一第三緩衝墊設置於該本體與該第一表面相對的一第二表面上,當該第一板體與該第二板體夾持該直立柱,該第三緩衝墊與該直立柱的接觸。
- 如請求項1-11中任一項所述的承載座,更包括一鎖固件,該鎖固件穿過該第一夾件而鎖附於該第二夾件。
- 如請求項12所述的承載座,其中該鎖固件具有一頭部及一桿體,該頭部與該桿體連接,該頭部抵靠於該第一板體,該桿體穿過該第一板體而鎖附於該第二板體上。
