本創作係關於一種支撐架,用於支撐一顯示器於一工作面上,該支撐架包括一底盤、一直立柱、一勾合件以及一鎖固件。該底盤具有一基板,該基板包含一第一區、一第二區、及位於該第一區及該第二區之間的一穿槽。該直立柱對應該第一區而設置於該底盤。該勾合件連接該底盤及該直立柱,該勾合件包含至少一延伸部,經由該穿槽延伸至該第二區。該鎖固件於該第一區連接該勾合件,以與該勾合件夾持該基板。其中,該第一區具有一上表面,該第二區具有一下表面,該下表面相較於該上表面更遠離該工作面,所述延伸部抵頂於該下表面。

Description

支撐架
本創作係關於一種支撐架,尤指一種可快速組裝的顯示器支撐架。
習知用於承載顯示器的支撐架,具有一底盤及一直立柱,因顯示器通常重量不輕,為了達到在長時間承載顯示器的情況下,直立柱與底盤之間的連接能夠承受顯示器的重量,直立柱需要非常穩固地與底盤連接,通常是透過複數螺絲鎖固至底盤以確定連接穩固和避免晃動。此種方式雖然可以穩定連接直立柱與底盤,然而在安裝及拆卸的時候,卻因連接所使用的螺絲數量多而需耗費許多時間。
本創作的一主要目的在於提供一支撐架,其中直立柱及底盤的組裝及拆卸簡單快速,且拆卸、安裝過程中,使用者不需自行鎖上多個螺絲或擔心螺絲缺漏,同時支撐架能夠提供底盤及直立柱足夠的支撐力,使支撐架能穩定承載顯示器。
為達上述目的,本創作揭露一種支撐架,用於支撐一顯示器於一工作面上,該支撐架包括一底盤、一直立柱、一勾合件以及一鎖固件。該底盤具有一基板,該基板包含一第一區、一第二區、及位於該第一區及該第二區之間的一穿槽。該直立柱對應該第一區而設置於該底盤。該勾合件連接該底盤及該直立柱,該勾合件包含至少一延伸部,經由該穿槽延伸至該第二區。該鎖固件於該第一區連接該勾合件,以與該勾合件夾持該基板。其中,該第一區具有一上表面,該第二區具有一下表面,該下表面相較於該上表面更遠離該工作面,所述延伸部抵頂於該下表面。
該勾合件更具有一第一板及一第二板,該第一板與該底盤連接,該第二板與該直立柱連接,所述延伸部自該第一板延伸而出。
該第一板抵靠於該第一區的上表面。
該底盤更具有一殼件,包覆該基板,該殼件具有一開孔,該開孔顯露至少局部的該第一區。
該第一板具有一彎折區,該彎折區朝遠離該工作面的方向抬升,該鎖固件穿設該基板並鎖固於該彎折區。
該鎖固件為一快拆螺絲,並螺接該勾合件。
該直立柱具有相對之二側面,該第二板具有延伸之二翼部,所述翼部分別鎖固於所述側面。
該第一板具有一豎直區,鄰接於該彎折區,並朝遠離該工作面方向延伸,該豎直區鎖固於該直立柱。
該直立柱包含複數個舌片,所述舌片分別具有一定位孔,該基板上對應所述定位孔具有複數個凸柱,所述凸柱與所述定位孔對應並分別穿設於所述定位孔中。
該勾合件更包含至少一補強肋,所述補強肋形成於該第一板及所述延伸部上。
該支撐架更包括一承載件,設於該直立柱,用於支撐該顯示器。
於一實施例中,該第二區具有一錐台結構,形成該下表面。
於一實施例中,該基板更包含一開口槽,位於該第一區及該第二區之間,該開口槽連通該穿槽。
於一實施例中,該勾合件的所述延伸部係平行工作面朝該顯示器之前方突出。
圖1至圖3為本創作支撐架1000一實施例的立體圖及爆炸圖,支撐架1000用於支撐一顯示器2000於一工作面P上(如圖4所示),支撐架1000包括一底盤1、一直立柱2、一勾合件3、一鎖固件4以及一承載件5。
請一併參閱圖4,底盤1具有一基板11及一殼件12,基板11包含一第一區111、一第二區112、一穿槽113、一開口槽114及二凸柱115。第一區111具有一上表面1111,第二區112具有一錐台結構1121及一下表面1122,錐台結構1121朝遠離工作面P的方向突出,而於靠近工作面P的一側形成下表面1122,下表面1122相較於上表面1111更遠離工作面P。穿槽113及開口槽114位於第一區111及該第二區112之間,開口槽114連通穿槽113,穿槽113供勾合件3穿設,開口槽114是由穿槽113往第一區111延伸,使勾合件3可以更容易地卡入穿槽113。
殼件12包覆基板11,其中,殼件12具有一開孔121,開孔121顯露至少局部的第一區111,以供直立柱2對應第一區111而設置於底盤1。
直立柱2具有一主體21,主體21包含一背板211、相對的二側面212及二舌片213,所述側面212由背板211的二側延伸形成,所述舌片213形成於所述側面212的底部,並分別具有一定位孔2131,基板11的所述凸柱115即對應所述定位孔2131形成,並分別穿設於所述定位孔2131中,藉此,安裝時可以快速地將直立柱2定位於正確位置。
接下來請參圖5,所示為勾合件3的立體圖。勾合件3包含一第一板31、一第二板32、二延伸部33及二補強肋34。另外,如圖3、圖6、圖7所示,勾合件3連接底盤1及直立柱2,其中,第一板31與底盤1連接,抵靠於第一區111的上表面1111。第一板31具有一彎折區311及一豎直區312,彎折區311朝遠離工作面P的方向抬升,鎖固件4穿設基板11並鎖固於彎折區311。豎直區312鄰接於彎折區311,並朝遠離工作面P方向延伸,豎直區312鎖固於直立柱2的主體21的背板211上。而第二板32與直立柱2連接,第二板32具有延伸之二翼部321,所述翼部321平行所述側面212延伸並分別鎖固於所述側面212。
所述延伸部33自第一板31延伸而出,經由穿槽113伸入至第二區112,並抵頂於下表面1122。其中,勾合件3的所述延伸部33係平行工作面P朝顯示器2000之前方突出,於其他實施例中,基板11的第一區111及第二區112可反向設置,勾合件3則隨之反向裝設於直立柱2而朝顯示器2000的後方突出。於本實施例中,以二個延伸部33例示說明,然於其他實施例中延伸部33的數量不作限制。
詳細而言,勾合件3透過延伸部33抵頂於下表面1122及鎖固件4鎖固於彎折區311,以固接底盤1的基板11,另外透過豎直區312以螺絲鎖固於背板211及所述翼部321以螺絲鎖固於所述側面212,使勾合件3得以固接直立柱2的主體21。
所述補強肋34用以強化延伸部33的剛性,以避免延伸部33受力彎曲,各所述補強肋34分別形成於第一板31及所述延伸部33上,然而,其形狀、尺寸及數量可以需求設計,在此不作限制。
鎖固件4於第一區31連接勾合件3,以與勾合件3夾持基板11,在本實施例中,鎖固件4為一快拆螺絲,穿設基板11的第一區111並螺接勾合件3。
承載件5設於直立柱2,連接於直立柱2及顯示器2000之間,用於支撐顯示器2000。
須說明的是,支撐架1000的在出貨時,直立柱2與勾合件3會預先彼此鎖固,承載件5則先設於直立柱2,且鎖固件4會先穿設至基板11。使用者只需要依照以下步驟操作,即可簡易完成支撐架1000的組裝。
安裝時先將延伸部33插入穿槽113,並將直立柱2卡入殼件12的開孔121中,此時可以輕易地將舌片213上的定位孔2131對準凸柱115以定位直立柱2,使延伸部33抵頂於第二區112的下表面1122,因定位孔2131與凸柱115之間的定位效果,底盤1與直立柱2位於正確的相對位置,故可直接將可手轉的鎖固件4旋轉鎖固至勾合件3的彎折區311,直立柱2及勾合件3便穩固地設於底盤1上。相反地,手動將鎖於勾合件3鎖固件4轉至鬆脫後,即可輕易地將直立柱2從底盤1上拆卸分離。
綜上所述,本創作支撐架透過底盤基板的特殊設計,使其與鎖於直立柱上的勾合件可以簡易地接合,並藉由快拆螺絲輔助,以強化基板及勾合件之間的連接,使本創作支撐架不僅拆裝方便又兼具承載顯示器時的穩定度。

Claims (14)

  1. 一種支撐架,用於支撐一顯示器於一工作面上,該支撐架包括: 一底盤,具有一基板,該基板包含一第一區、一第二區、及位於該第一區及該第二區之間的一穿槽; 一直立柱,對應該第一區而設置於該底盤; 一勾合件,連接該底盤及該直立柱,該勾合件包含至少一延伸部,經由該穿槽延伸至該第二區;以及 一鎖固件,於該第一區連接該勾合件,以與該勾合件夾持該基板; 其中,該第一區具有一上表面,該第二區具有一下表面,該下表面相較於該上表面更遠離該工作面,所述延伸部抵頂於該下表面。
  2. 如請求項1所述之支撐架,其中,該勾合件更具有一第一板及一第二板,該第一板與該底盤連接,該第二板與該直立柱連接,所述延伸部自該第一板延伸而出。
  3. 如請求項2所述之支撐架,其中,該第一板抵靠於該第一區的上表面。
  4. 如請求項3所述之支撐架,其中,該底盤更具有一殼件,包覆該基板,該殼件具有一開孔,該開孔顯露至少局部的該第一區。
  5. 如請求項4所述之支撐架,其中,該第一板具有一彎折區,該彎折區朝遠離該工作面的方向抬升,該鎖固件穿設該基板並鎖固於該彎折區。
  6. 如請求項5所述之支撐架,其中,該鎖固件為一快拆螺絲,並螺接該勾合件。
  7. 如請求項6所述之支撐架,其中,該直立柱具有相對之二側面,該第二板具有延伸之二翼部,所述翼部分別鎖固於所述側面。
  8. 如請求項7所述之支撐架,其中,該第一板具有一豎直區,鄰接於該彎折區,並朝遠離該工作面方向延伸,該豎直區鎖固於該直立柱。
  9. 如請求項8所述之支撐架,其中,該直立柱包含複數個舌片,所述舌片分別具有一定位孔,該基板上對應所述定位孔具有複數個凸柱,所述凸柱與所述定位孔對應並分別穿設於所述定位孔中。
  10. 如請求項1至9中任一項所述之支撐架,其中,該勾合件更包含至少一補強肋,所述補強肋形成於該第一板及所述延伸部上。
  11. 如請求項10所述之支撐架,更包括一承載件,設於該直立柱,用於支撐該顯示器。
  12. 如請求項11所述之支撐架,其中,該第二區具有一錐台結構,形成該下表面。
  13. 如請求項11所述之支撐架,其中,該基板更包含一開口槽,位於該第一區及該第二區之間,該開口槽連通該穿槽。
