发明内容
根据本公开的一个方面的实施例,提供一种底座,包括:底座支架,所述底座支架包括支柱,所述支柱上具有第一卡槽;卡套,所述卡套适于套装在所述支柱上,且包括第二卡槽和固定装置,所述第二卡槽配置成与所述第一卡槽对准并且,所述固定装置配置成将卡套固定到所述待安装设备上;和卡块,适于装配在所述支柱的第一卡槽和所述卡套的第二卡槽上,以将底座支架和卡套固定在一起。
根据本公开的一个实施例,所述卡块具有相邻的第一侧面和第二侧面,在所述第一侧面和第二侧面中的至少一个侧面上形成有突起结构,并且所述第一卡槽和第二卡槽的形状与所述卡块的形状匹配,以容纳所述卡块。

图1(a)和图1(b)分别示出了根据本公开的一个示例实施例的底座的组装透视图和分解透视图。如图1(a)和图1(b)所示,底座包括底座支架10、卡套20和卡块30。底座支架10包括两个支腿19和一个支柱18,两个支腿19和一个支柱18大致形成Y形结构。两个支腿18适于稳定地承座(seated)在安装平面上。支柱18为大致细长长方体形状,其侧部上具有第一卡槽13。卡套20为大致空心长方体形状,与支柱18的形状大致相同,以便能够通过扣合的方式套装在支柱18上。卡套20的一侧表面上具有第二卡槽23。第二卡槽23具有与第一卡槽13相匹配的形状,例如相同的形状。卡套20适于套装在支柱18上,以便第二卡槽23与第一卡槽13相互对准。卡块30适于装配在支柱18的第一卡槽13和卡套20的第二卡槽23上,以将支柱18和卡套20固定在一起以形成牢固的组件形式的底座整体,防止卡套20和支柱18相对移动,以稳定地支撑显示器等要与所述底座安装到一起的设备。
如图1(a)和图1(b)所示,卡套20上可额外地设置有固定装置28,以将卡套20预先固定到诸如显示器、电视机等将要与所述底座安装到一起的设备上。卡套20的固定装置28例如是从卡套20的与卡槽23所在的一侧表面相对的另一侧表面的两侧向所述卡套20外分别延伸的多个凸片,如图所示例如为四个凸片。且每个凸片上具有通孔或螺纹孔,以能够通过螺丝将凸片固定到所述设备的安装表面,例如显示器的背板上,从而将卡套20预先固定到所述设备上。虽然图1(a)和图1(b)示出了四个凸片,但本公开不限于此,例如根据显示设备的尺寸、重量等决定凸片的数量。本领域技术人员应当理解,固定装置不限于图中所示的凸片方式,例如通过焊接将卡套固定在所述设备上。
根据本公开实施例的底座结构,卡套例如在工厂制造时预先固定在所述设备上,而在用户端,用户只需要将卡套套装在支柱上,并用卡块固定卡套和支柱,即完成安装,不必使用螺丝等辅助工具,安装方便;拆卸时,只需将卡块取出,然后将支柱从 卡套抽出,拆卸也很方便。因此,根据本公开实施例的底座,便于用户现场将底座和所述设备安装到一起,极大地提高了用户便利性。
图2示出了根据本公开的一个示例实施例的卡块30和支柱18以及卡套20的装配状态的局部放大透视图。图3(a)示出了图2的卡块30的放大侧面视图。图3(b)示出了图2的卡块30的放大透视图。图4示出了底座支架10的局部放大透视图,其中示出了第一卡槽13。图5示出了卡套20的局部放大侧面视图,其中示出了第二卡槽23。
如图1(a)和图1(b)、图3(a)和3(b)所示,卡块30例如大体呈三棱柱形状,具有大致三角形截面。如图3(a)和3(b)所示,卡块30的两个相邻侧面即第一侧面31和第二侧面32上分别具有一个突起结构即第一突起结构34和第二突起结构35,所述第一侧面31和第二侧面32之间形成第一夹角α1。例如,所述第一夹角α1大于90度。在本公开的实施例中,卡块30的横截面形状不限于大致三角形截面,例如还可以是其他多边形,只要卡块30具备彼此形成第一夹角α1的两个相邻侧面即可。
如图4所示,支柱18上具有第一卡槽13,第一卡槽13的形状与卡块30的形状匹配,以容纳卡块30。具体地,第一卡槽13具有相邻的第三侧面11和第四侧面12,第三侧面11和第四侧面12上分别具有一个凹槽结构,即第一凹槽结构14和第二凹槽结构15,第三侧面11和第四侧面12之间形成第二夹角α2,第二夹角α2与第一夹角α1匹配,例如第二夹角α2大于或等于第一夹角α1;并且所述第一凹槽结构14和第二凹槽结构15的形状和大小被制成为与所述卡块30的第一突起结构34和第二突起结构35分别匹配以使得所述卡块牢固卡入所述第一卡槽中。因此,卡块30卡入第一卡槽13中,使得卡块30的第一突起结构34和第二突起结构35分别进入第一卡槽13的第一和第二凹槽结构14和15中。这样,卡块30牢固地卡入第一卡槽13中;并且,卡块30与第一卡槽还例如相关联地设计成防止卡块从第一卡槽脱出。
在进一步的实施例中,第二夹角α2例如等于第一夹角α1,且所述第一和第二凹槽结构14和15的形状和大小被制成为与所述卡块30的第一突起结构34和第二突起结构35大致相同以与所述卡块30的第一和第二突起结构34和35匹配,例如所述第一凹槽结构14与第一突起结构34之间形成间隙配合、过盈配合和过渡配合中的一种且所述第二凹槽结构15与第二突起结构35之间形成间隙配合、过盈配合和过渡配合中的一种。
在进一步的替代实施例中,第二夹角α2例如大于第一夹角α1,且所述第一凹槽结构14和第二凹槽结构15的形状和大小被制成为足以分别容纳所述卡块30的第一和 第二突起结构34和35,使得所述第一凹槽结构14配置成与所述第一突起结构34接合,且所述第二凹槽结构15配置成与所述第二突起结构35接合,例如所述第一凹槽结构14与第一突起结构34之间构成间隙配合、过渡配合、和过盈配合中的一种且所述第二凹槽结构15与第二突起结构35之间构成间隙配合、过渡配合、和过盈配合中的一种。
类似地,如图5所示,卡套20上具有第二卡槽23,第二卡槽23的形状与卡块30的形状匹配,以容纳卡块30。具体地,第二卡槽23具有第一剖切断面21和第二剖切断面22,所述第一剖切断面21和第二剖切断面22实质上是分别由在卡套20上剖切出第二卡槽23所形成的剖切边缘所限定的彼此相交的虚拟平面,第一剖切断面21和第二剖切断面22各自的剖切边缘上分别具有一个凹槽结构,即第三凹槽结构24和第四凹槽结构25,所述第三凹槽结构24的形状和大小与所述第一突起结构34匹配且所述第四凹槽结构25的形状和大小与所述第二突起结构35以使得所述卡块牢固卡入所述第二卡槽中。第一剖切断面21和第二剖切断面22之间形成第三夹角α3,第三夹角α3与第一夹角α1匹配,例如第三夹角α3也大于或等于第一夹角α1,且第三凹槽结构24配置成与所述第一突起结构34接合,且所述第四凹槽结构25配置成与所述第二突起结构35接合。因此,卡块30卡入第二卡槽23中,使得卡块30的突起结构34和35分别进入第二卡槽23的凹槽结构24和25中。这样,卡块30牢固地卡入第二卡槽13中,并且,卡块30与第二卡槽13还例如相关联地设计成防止卡块从第二卡槽13脱出。

在进一步的替代实施例中,第三夹角α3例如大于第一夹角α1,且所述第三凹槽结构24和第四凹槽结构25的形状和大小被制成为足以分别容纳所述卡块30的第一和第二突起结构34和35,使得且第三凹槽结构24配置成与所述第一突起结构34接合,且所述第四凹槽结构25配置成与所述第二突起结构35接合,例如所述第三凹槽结构24与第一突起结构34之间构成间隙配合、过渡配合、和过盈配合中的一种且所述第四凹槽结构25与第二突起结构35之间构成间隙配合、过渡配合、和过盈配合中的一 种。
为了更好地固定支柱18、卡套20和卡块30,根据一个实施例,卡块30为截面呈钝角三角形形状的大致三棱柱块,即,如图3(a)和3(b)所示,卡块30的两个侧面31和32之间形成的第一夹角α1设置为钝角,且在形成钝角三角形的钝角的两个侧面31和32上分别具有一个突起结构34和35。相应地,第一卡槽13的第三侧面11和第四侧面12之间形成的第二夹角α2例如为等于第一夹角α1的钝角,第一卡槽13的第三侧面11和第四侧面12上分别具有一个凹槽结构14和15,以分别与卡块30的突起结构34和35接合;第二卡槽23的第一剖切断面21和第二剖切断面22之间形成的第三夹角α3也例如为等于第一夹角α1的钝角,第二卡槽23的第一剖切断面21和第二剖切断面22上分别具有一个凹槽结构24和25,以分别与卡块30的突起结构34和35接合。根据该实施例,卡块30能够更好地支撑支柱18和卡套20,且卡块30不易脱落。
需注意的是,为了使卡块30能够固定支柱18和卡套20二者,卡块30的高度,即三棱柱的高度,至少要大于第一卡槽13的宽度,例如选择略大于卡套20的第二卡槽23的宽度。另外,虽然图中示出了卡块30的两个侧面31和32上具有两个突出结构34和35,相应的,支柱18的第一卡槽13的第三侧面11和第四侧面12上具有两个凹槽结构14和15以分别接合卡块30的两个突出结构34和35,卡套20的第二卡槽23的第一剖切断面21和第二剖切断面22上具有两个凹槽结构24和25以分别接合卡块30的两个突出结构34和35,但本公开不限于此。例如,卡块30也例如只有一个突出结构,相应地,第一卡槽13和第二卡槽23例如只有一个凹槽结构;或者,卡块30也例如具有三个或其他数目的突出结构,相应地,第一卡槽13和第二卡槽23例如具有三个或与卡块30相同数目的凹槽结构,只要能够固定支柱和卡套,并防止卡块脱落,对卡块30的突出结构的数量以及第一卡槽13和第二卡槽23的凹槽结构的数量不作限制。
图6示出了根据本公开的一个示例性实施例的支柱18的局部放大透视图。图7示出了根据本公开的一个示例性实施例的对应图6的支柱18的卡套20的局部放大剖视图。如图6和7所示,支柱18上具有第一定位装置16,卡套20上具有第二定位装置26。第二定位装置26适于与第一定位装置16相互成形状配合,以使支柱18与卡套20正确对位,防止支柱18与卡套20误装配。
具体地,如图6和7所示,第一定位装置16例如是形成于支柱18顶端的突出的 定位柱,第二定位装置26是形成于卡套20顶部的定位孔。当支柱18插入卡套20中时,定位柱16能够被定位孔26引导,从而保证卡套20和支柱18正确对位,防止误装配。
应当理解,定位孔和定位柱的位置例如是可以互换的,即定位柱设置在卡套上,而定位孔设置在支柱上,同样保证卡套20和支柱18的正确对位。另外,第一定位装置和第二定位装置不限于定位柱和定位孔的形成,也例如是其它定位装置。例如,例如在卡套20上的内壁上形成一凸肋,而在支柱18上对应形成一引导槽,用于引导和对准卡套20上的凸肋,从而保证卡套20和支柱18正确对位,防止误装配。
图8示出了根据本公开的一个示例实施例的底柱支架10的部分放大图,其中示出了支柱上的弹性按钮装置40。图9示出了根据本公开的一个实施例的安装于支柱18中的弹性按钮装置40的透视图。图10示出了安装卡套20后的图8的底座支架10的部分放大视图。
如图8和10所示,支柱18上安装有弹性按钮装置40(例如安装在弹性按钮装置40的盲孔17中),所述弹性按钮装置40包括插入到所述盲孔17内部的至少一个弹簧和与所述至少一个弹簧对应地相连并突出于支柱外部的至少一个按钮。具体地,例如,如图9所示,弹性按钮装置40包括内置于支柱18内部的并排布置的至少两个螺旋弹簧,例如图示为两个并排布置的螺旋弹簧42。每个螺旋弹簧42两端连接有两个按钮48;并且,所述弹性按钮装置还包括连接杆45,且两个螺旋弹簧42的一端(例如图示为各自的同侧端,例如各自的右侧端)通过连接杆45相连,以便于同时装配两个螺旋弹簧42。为了安装弹性按钮装置40,在支柱18上例如对应地形成有作为前述盲孔17的两个安装通孔。在支柱18的表面上在两个安装通孔之间还例如形成定位槽17’以容纳连接杆45。在装配弹性按钮装置40时,将两个螺旋弹簧42分别插入支柱18上的安装通孔中,连接杆45装配到支柱上的定位槽17’中,此时,每个螺旋弹簧42两端的按钮48分别从支柱18的相对的两个侧表面突出。当被按压时,按钮48例如通过压缩螺旋弹簧42而向支架内缩回。图10示出了按钮48被按压的状态。
在支柱18上安装有弹性按钮装置40的情况下,卡套20上相应地形成有容纳按钮48的通孔。如图9所示,在有四个按钮的情况下,卡套20的相对的两个侧表面上形成有四个通孔,以分别容纳四个按钮48。图10示出了安装卡套20后的底座支架10的部分放大视图。如图10所示,当卡套20套装于支柱18上并正确对位后,每个螺旋弹簧42进入支柱18上的盲孔内,且四个按钮48分别从卡套20的通孔中露出,以便 于被用户操作。
在将卡套20套装于支柱18上的过程中,例如,将卡套20从上向下套装到支柱18上的过程中,当卡套20的前端碰到按钮48时,由于螺旋弹簧42的弹性,按钮48在卡套20的挤压下会向支柱18内部缩回,以便卡套20越过按钮48继续向下移动。接着,随着卡套20的继续向下移动,当按钮48到达卡套20上的通孔的位置时,在螺旋弹簧42的弹力作用下,按钮48会从卡套20的通孔中突出,起到相对固定支柱18和卡套20的作用。相反,在将卡套20从支柱18上拆卸时,只需要按压按钮48,使按钮48缩回支柱18内,便利于从卡套20中抽出支柱18。
根据以上实施例的底座,由于提供了弹性按钮装置40,增加支柱18对卡套20的支撑力,同时,支柱18和卡套20的安装和拆卸也很方便。
虽然以上实施例描述了弹性按钮装置40包括两个螺旋弹簧42,两个螺旋弹簧42用连接杆45连接。可以理解,在没有连接杆45的情况下,也实现弹性按钮装置40的功能。这时,只需要分别安装每个螺旋弹簧42。另外,在只有一个螺旋弹簧的情况下,也实现弹性按钮装置40的功能。这时,不需要连接杆45。另外,每个螺旋弹簧42也例如只在一端连接一个弹钮48,而不必两端同时连接按钮48。这时,支柱上的安装通孔也例如为盲孔。这些变化都在本公开的范围之内。
本公开另一方面的实施例提供了一种显示设备组件,包括显示器和如以上各实施例所述的底座。显示器的例子例如包括电视机、电脑监视器、数码相框等具有显示功能且需要底座支撑的产品,本公开对此不做限制。在本公开实施例的显示设备组件中,显示器在工厂出厂时预先连接有底座的卡套。例如,如图1(a)和图1(b)所示,底座的卡套20预先通过固定装置28连接到显示器的背板上。在用户端,用户只需要将卡套套装在支柱上,并用卡块固定卡套和支柱,即完成安装,不必使用螺丝等辅助工具,安装方便;拆卸时,只需将卡块取出,然后将支柱从卡套抽出,拆卸也很方便。因此,根据本公开实施例的显示设备组件,便于用户现场安装底座和显示器,极大地提高了用户便利性。

根据本公开实施例的底座结构和显示设备组件,将卡套套装在支柱上,并用卡块固定卡套和支柱,即完成安装,不必使用螺丝等辅助工具,安装方便。

  1. 一种用于待安装设备的底座,包括:
    底座支架,所述底座支架包括支柱,所述支柱上具有第一卡槽;
    卡套,所述卡套适于套装在所述支柱上,且包括:
    第二卡槽,所述第二卡槽配置成与所述第一卡槽对准;和
    固定装置,所述固定装置配置成将卡套固定到所述待安装设备上,和
    卡块,适于装配在所述支柱的第一卡槽和所述卡套的第二卡槽上,以将底座支架和卡套固定在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其中,
    所述卡块具有相邻的第一侧面和第二侧面,在所述第一侧面和第二侧面中的至少一个侧面上形成有突起结构,并且
    所述第一卡槽和第二卡槽的形状与所述卡块的形状匹配,以容纳所述卡块。

    所述第二卡槽具有第一剖切断面和第二剖切断面,所述第一剖切断面和第二剖切断面是分别由在卡套上剖切出第二卡槽所形成的剖切边缘所限定的彼此相交的虚拟平面,且在所述第一剖切断面和第二剖切断面之间具有与第一夹角α1匹配的第三夹角α3,并且所述第一剖切断面的剖切边缘形成有第三凹槽结构,所述第二剖切断面的剖切边缘形成有第四凹槽结构,所述第三凹槽结构的形状和大小与所述第一突起结构匹配且所述第四凹槽结构的形状和大小与所述第二突起结构以使得所述卡块牢固卡入所述第二卡槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的底座,其中,第三夹角α3大于或等于第一夹角α1,且第三凹槽结构配置成与所述第一突起结构接合,且所述第四凹槽结构配置成与所述第二突起结构接合。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的底座,其中,所述卡块的截面呈大致钝角三角形形状,在形成钝角三角形的钝角的两个侧面中的至少一个侧面上形成有所述突起结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的底座,其中,在形成钝角三角形的钝角的两个侧面上均形成有所述突起结构。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的底座,其中,所述支柱上具有第一定位装置,所述卡套上具有第二定位装置,所述第二定位装置适于与第一定位装置相互配合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的底座,其中,所述第一定位装置是形成于卡套和支柱之一上的定位孔,所述第二定位装置是形成于卡套和支柱中的另一个上的定位柱。
  13. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的底座,其中,
    所述支柱上还具有盲孔,
    所述底座还包括弹性按钮装置,所述弹性按钮装置包括插入到所述盲孔内部的至少一个弹簧和与所述至少一个弹簧对应地相连并突出于支柱外部的至少一个按钮,且
    所述卡套上具有通孔,所述通孔适于容纳所述按钮。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的底座,其中,所述弹性按钮装置的所述至少一个弹簧是并排布置的至少两个螺旋弹簧,且所述至少一个按钮中每个分别与所述至少一个弹簧中的每个螺旋弹簧的至少一端相连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的底座,所述弹性按钮装置还包括连接杆,且每个螺旋弹簧具有第一端,所述连接杆布置成将所述至少两个螺旋弹簧的第一端通过连接杆连接在一起。
  16. 一种显示设备组件,包括:
    显示器;和
    如权利要求1所述的底座。
