技术领域
本公开涉及显示技术的领域,尤其涉及一种固定构件、安装电路板的设备、以及显示装置。
背景技术
目前,显示装置通常包括显示面板、设置在显示面板一侧的背光模组,以及用于驱动控制显示面板的印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,以下简称为PCB),其中,PCB通过柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit Board,以下简称为FPC,或COF等)与显示面板连接。
在上述显示装置中,一般将PCB固定在背光模组的背板上。常用的固定方式包括:螺丝锁扣,具体地,通过螺丝锁扣将PCB固定在背板上;胶条粘贴,具体地,通过胶条将PCB粘贴在背板上。
但是,采用螺丝锁扣的方式,需要进行锁紧螺丝,组装起来不方便;而采用胶条粘贴的方式,胶条在高温或湿度较大等环境下容易失效,导致PCB脱离背板,牢固性较差。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于提供一种固定构件及安装电路板的设备、显示装置,用于方便、牢固地将PCB固定在背光模组的背板上。
根据本公开的第一方面,提供了一种固定构件,所述固定构件包括:支撑板,固定设置在所述支撑板上表面的第一夹持件,与所述第一夹持件相对的第二夹持件;其中,所述第一夹持件与所述支撑板构成第一U形夹持槽,所述第二夹持件与所述支撑板构成第二U形夹持槽,且所述第一U形夹持槽的开口与所述第二U形夹持槽的开口相对。
当采用本公开的第一方面所提供的固定构件来固定电路板时,电 路板的两侧能够分别卡合在第一U形夹持槽和第二U形夹持槽中,从而实现电路板的固定。相比螺丝锁扣的方式,这种方式组装更方便,安装便利性得到了提高。此外,相比胶条粘贴的方式固定电路板,采用卡合的方式固定电路板,受高温或湿度较大等环境影响较小,因此能够牢固地将电路板固定在背光模组的背板上。
根据本公开的第二方面,提供了一种安装电路板的设备,包括背板,以及安装在所述背板上的、如本公开的第一方面所述的固定构件。
根据本公开的第三方面,提供了一种显示装置,包括电路板以及用于固定所述电路板的根据本公开的第二方面所述的安装电路板的设备。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本公开的实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
需要说明的是,以下实施例中所提到的“支撑板上表面”是指在将固定构件安装到背板上时,支撑板远离背板的一面;“支撑板下表面”是指在将固定构件安装到背板上时,支撑板靠近背板的一面,且“支撑板下表面”与“支撑板上表面”是相对的;“第三水平板上表面”是指第三水平板靠近支撑板的一面,且与支撑板下表面相对。
另外,以下实施例中所提及的“第一水平板”、“第二水平板”、“第三水平板”中的“水平”指在固定构件被安装于背板上时,与背板的主表面相平行的方向或平面;相对地,以下实施例中所提及的“第一竖直板”、“第二竖直板”、“第三竖直板”中的“竖直”指在固定构件安装于背板上时,与背板的主表面相垂直的方向或平面。
第一实施例
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种固定构件3,该固定构件3包括:支撑板3012,固定设置在支撑板3012上表面的第一夹持件303,与第一夹持件303相对的第二夹持件302;其中,第一夹持件303与支撑板3012构成第一U形夹持槽,第二夹持件302与支撑板3012构成第二U形夹持槽,且第一U形夹持槽的开口与第二U形夹持槽的开口相对。
当采用上述固定构件3来固定电路板时,电路板的两侧能够分别卡合在第一U形夹持槽和第二U形夹持槽中,从而实现电路板的固定。由于直接将电路板的两侧卡合在固定构件3内即可实现电路板的安装,因此相比螺丝锁扣的方式,安装便利性得到了提高。此外,相比胶条粘贴的方式固定电路板,采用卡合的方式固定电路板,受高温或湿度较大等环境影响较小,因此能够牢固地将电路板固定在背光模组的背 板上。
能够实现固定电路板的第一夹持件303和第二夹持件302的结构可以采用多种的形式。如图1所示,在一种实施方式中,第一夹持件303包括第一水平板3031和第一竖直板3032,第一竖直板3032固定在支撑板3012上表面;第二夹持件302包括第二水平板3021和第二竖直板3022,第二竖直板3022固定在支撑板3012上。可选地,第一水平板3031和第一竖直板3032可构成第一L形板,第二水平板3021和第二竖直板3022可构成的第二L形板,第一竖直板3032在支撑板3012上表面之上的高度与第二竖直板3022在支撑板3012上表面之上的高度可相等。
具体地,如图1所示,构成第一夹持件303的第一水平板3031和第一竖直板3032均为长方形板。在图1所示的方位中,第一竖直板3032的底端固定在支撑板3012的第一端,第一竖直板3032的顶端与第一水平板3031的右端固定连接;同样地,构成第二夹持件302的第二水平板3021和第二竖直板3022均可以是长方形板,第二竖直板3022的顶端与第二水平板3021的左端固定连接。第一水平板3031的左端与与第二水平板3021的右端相对。在沿着垂直于支撑板3012上表面的方向上,以支撑板3012上表面为基准面时,第一竖直板3031和第二竖直板3021的高度可相等。
由于第一夹持件303中第一水平板3031的存在,电路板可以被卡合在第一夹持件303和支撑板3012构成的第一U形槽中,以防止电路板沿着垂直于支撑板3012上表面的方向上脱出;同样地,由于第二夹持件302中第二水平板3021的存在,电路板可以被卡合在第二夹持件302和支撑板3012构成的第二U形槽中,以防止电路板沿着垂直于支撑板3012上表面的方向上脱出。并且,若第一竖直板3031和第二竖直板3021的高度相等,则能够避免卡合在第一U形槽和第二U形槽内的电路板的晃动,增加了电路板固定在固定构件3上的牢固性。
再次参见图1,固定构件3还可包括支撑脚305,支撑脚固定设置在支撑板3012的下表面,以便于将固定构件3安装在如背板等的载体上。具体地,背板设置有与支撑脚305相匹配的孔洞,安装时,支撑脚安装在相应的孔洞中,以实现固定构件3在背板上的安装。可选地,支撑脚305的数量可为多个,并且分别固定设置在支撑板3012两端。 每个支撑脚305的结构可为:包括与支撑板3012的一端固定连接的第三竖直板3052和与第三竖直板3052远离支撑板3012的一端固定连接的第三水平板3051,第三竖直板3052和第三水平板3051可形成L形结构。由于第三水平板3051的存在,可防止支撑脚305从背板中的相应孔洞中脱出。可选地,支撑脚305的数量可为两个,其分别固定设置在支撑板3012两端,支撑板3012和两个支撑脚305构成呈中文字“几”的形状的结构。
参见图1,在上述支撑脚305包括第三竖直板3052和第三水平板3051的方案的基础上,为了增加固定构件3在背板上的稳固性,可在至少一个支撑脚305上设置凸台3043,该凸台3043位于支撑脚305的第三水平板3051远离第三竖直板3052的一端的上表面。当支撑脚305安装在背板的相应孔洞中后,凸台3043能够抵靠到位于孔洞周围的背板内侧面(即背板靠近显示面板的一面),从而增加支撑脚305与背板之间的摩擦力,有效地避免了支撑脚305从背板的相应孔洞中脱出。需要说明的是,上述第三水平板3051的“上表面”指的是,第三水平板3051中靠近支撑板3012的一面。
如图1所示,本实施例中所提及的支撑板3012和支撑脚305可以是一体成型的,这样的设计加工方式简单,并且由于支撑板3012和支撑脚305不需要连接零件,方便了固定构件3的组装。
参见图1,将固定构件3固定在背板上时,为了便于固定构件3的定位,可以在支撑板3012的下表面设置一定位栓306,通过定位栓306可快速为固定构件3定位。并且,可在背板上设置与定位栓306相匹配的定位孔,这样则可进一步利用定位栓306固定该固定构件3,增大固定构件3的稳固性。
可选地,支撑板3012和第一夹持件303可以一体成型。此设计的加工方式简单,并且由于支撑板3012和第一夹持件303不需要连接零件,方便了固定构件3的组装。
如图1所示,支撑板3012还可具有导向槽3011,第二夹持件302可安装在该导向槽3011中,从而使得第二夹持件302与第一夹持件303间的距离可调。支撑板3012的结构可选地为长条板,该支撑板3012与第一夹持件303固定连接的一端被称为支撑板的第一端,与支撑板第一端相对的另一端被称为支撑板的第二端,导向槽3011被定义为从 支撑板3012第二端向支撑板3012第一端延伸。在需要固定不同宽度的电路板时,根据待固定的电路板的宽度,第二夹持件302被沿导向槽3011与第一夹持件303相向或相背地移动,以调整第二夹持件302与第一夹持件303之间的间距,从而使得该固定构件能够用于固定不同宽度的电路板。
在上述第一夹持件303与第二夹持件302之间的间距可调的方案的基础上,第二夹持件302还可包括连接部3023,连接部3023设置于第二竖直板3022远离第二水平板3021的一端,连接部3023插入导向槽3011内,从而实现第二夹持件302在支撑板3012上的安装。
再次参见图1,为防止第二夹持件302的连接部3023在移动过程中从导向槽3011中脱出,在连接部3023远离第二竖直板3022的一端可以设置防脱弹片3024。防脱弹片3024可以是朝向支撑板3012下表面的伞形回钩,且连接部3023远离第二竖直板3022的一端穿过导向槽3011。在连接部3023穿过导向槽3011时,伞形回钩的钩头与连接部3023的侧面相接触,使连接部3023穿过导向槽3011。此后,伞形回钩的钩头恢复,使得伞形回钩的钩头间距离大于导向槽3011的导向部宽度,从而防止连接部3023从导向槽3011的导向部中脱出。
在固定构件3包括设置有凸台的支撑脚305的情况下,则该设置有凸台的支撑脚305可以是靠近导向槽3011的支撑脚305(该支撑脚305位于支撑板第二端)。这样的设计使得在推动第二夹持件302时,该凸台3043能够与背板之间产生一定的摩擦力,避免了该靠近导向槽3011的支撑脚305在推力的作用下从背板的相应孔洞中脱出。
上述所提及的支撑板3012、第一夹持件303、第二夹持件302以及支撑脚305均为弹性结构,且第二夹持件302与导向槽3011过盈配合。由于由支撑板3012、两个支撑脚305、第一夹持件303和第二夹持件302组成的固定构件3为弹性结构,因此固定构件3的伸缩性较大,从而方便将固定构件3安装到背板上。例如,在将固定构件3固定在背板的过程中,由于支撑脚305为弹性结构,则可将支撑脚305在缩紧的状态下分别插入到背板上相应的孔洞中,从而利用支撑脚305在孔洞中的膨胀力,将两个支撑脚305分别固定在背板上,实现了固定构件3的安装。另外,在使用固定构件3固定电路板的过程中,由于第二夹持件302与导向槽3011过盈配合,从而使得第二夹持件302 卡合在导向槽3011中需要的位置处。且由于第二夹持件302的连接部3023及支撑板3012均为弹性结构,因此可利用连接部3023在支撑板3012的导向槽3011中的膨胀力,使连接部3023卡合在导向槽3011中需要的位置处,从而保证了电路板安装在固定构件3上的稳固性。
上面提及的固定构件3可为由支撑板3012、第一夹持件303、第二夹持件302和支撑脚305构成的弹性结构,此弹性结构的固定构件3可以由树脂、塑料或橡胶等材质构成。
第二实施例
本实施例提供了一种安装电路板的设备,该设备包括背板1和上述第一实施例中所提及的固定构件3,该固定构件3安装在此背板1上。
利用该设备中的固定构件3固定电路板2时,将电路板2放置于支撑板3012上表面,且处于第一U形夹持槽和第二U形夹持槽之间,从而将电路板2的两侧分别卡合在第一U形夹持槽和第二U形夹持槽中,以实现电路板2的固定。
由上可见,本实施例的安装电路板的设备采用卡合的方式来实现电路板2的固定,这具有安装便利性强、牢固性好的效果。
参见图1和图4,为了便于将固定构件3固定在背板1上,固定构件3包括支撑脚305和支撑板3012,支撑脚305固定设置在支撑板3012的下表面。相应地,背板1上可以设置安装孔104,支撑脚305可以卡合安装在安装孔104中。可选地,固定构件3可包括两个支撑脚305,两个支撑脚305分别固定设置在支撑板3012的两端,支撑板3012和两个支撑脚305构成呈中文字“几”的形状的结构,在背板1上分别对应的设置安装孔104,两个支撑脚305卡合安装在各自对应的安装孔104中。
如图1和如图4所示,若固定构件3的支撑板下表面设置有定位栓306,可在背板1上设置与定位栓306相适配的定位孔103,定位栓306能够插入到该定位孔103中,从而提高了固定构件3在背板1上的稳固性。
固定构件3的支撑板3012可具有导向槽3011,第二夹持件302可安装在该导向槽3011中,从而使得第二夹持件302与第一夹持件303间的距离可调。基于这种结构,如图4所示,可在背板1与导向槽3011相对的区域上设置背孔102,第二夹持件302的端部穿过该背孔102, 以便于第二夹持件302的滑动。上述结构设计使得在需要固定不同宽度的电路板时,可根据待固定的电路板宽度,使第二夹持件302沿导向槽3011与第一夹持件303相向或相背地移动,以实现对第二夹持件302与第一夹持件303之间的间距的调整,从而使得本实施例中的安装电路板的设备能够用于固定不同宽度的电路板。
进一步地,为了简化在背板1上制作孔洞的步骤,可将背孔102与靠近其自身的安装孔104相连通,这样可以将制作背孔102与靠近其自身的安装孔104一体地制作出来;具体地,背孔102与靠近其自身的安装孔104相连通后构成T形的孔洞,从而可以在直接在背板1上制作T形的孔洞,该T形的孔洞能够同时满足对于背孔102和安装孔104的需要。
第三实施例
如图5和图6所示,本实施提供了一种显示装置,该显示装置包括:电路板2和上述第二实施例中所提及的用于安装电路板的设备,电路板2安装在所述设备内。需要说明的是,所述设备中的背板1指的是背光模组的背板1。
由于本实施例中的显示装置通过卡合的方式固定电路板2,因此,该显示装置可方便、牢固地将电路板固定在背光模组的背板上。进一步地,本实施例的显示装置还能够固定不同宽度的电路板2。
本实施例中所述的显示装置可以为液晶面板、电子纸、手机、平板电脑、电视机、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
以上所述仅为本公开的具体实施方式,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此。任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种变化或替换,它们都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。本公开的保护范围由所附权利要求限定。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种固定构件,包括:支撑板,固定设置在所述支撑板上表面的第一夹持件,与所述第一夹持件相对的第二夹持件,其中,
    所述第一夹持件与所述支撑板构成第一U形夹持槽,所述第二夹持件与所述支撑板构成第二U形夹持槽,且所述第一U形夹持槽的开口与所述第二U形夹持槽的开口相对。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定构件,其中,所述第一夹持件包括第一水平板和固定连接到第一水平板的第一竖直板,所述第一竖直板固定在所述支撑板上表面;
    所述第二夹持件包括第二水平板和固定连接到第二水平板的第二竖直板,所述第二竖直板固定在所述支撑板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定构件,其中,所述固定构件还包括支撑脚,支撑脚固定设置在所述支撑板的下表面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的固定构件,其中,所述支撑脚设置在支撑板的两端,并且包括:与所述支撑板的一端固定连接的第三竖直板和与所述第三竖直板远离所述支撑板的一端固定连接的第三水平板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的固定构件,其中,至少一个支撑脚还包括凸台,所述凸台位于支撑脚的第三水平板远离所述第三竖直板的一端的上表面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的固定构件,其中,所述支撑板和所述支撑脚一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的固定构件,其中,所述固定构件还包括设置于所述支撑板下表面的定位栓。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的固定构件,其中,所述支撑板和所述第一夹持件一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的固定构件,其中,所述支撑板具有导向槽,并且所述第二夹持件安装在所述导向槽中,且所述第二夹持件与所述第一夹持件间的距离可调。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的固定构件,其中,所述第二夹持件具有穿过所述导向槽的连接部,并且在连接部远离支撑板的一端设有防脱弹片。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的固定构件,其中,所述支撑板、所述第一夹持件、所述第二夹持件和所述支撑脚中的每一个均为弹性的,并所述第二夹持件与所述导向槽过盈配合。
  12. 一种安装电路板的设备,包括背板,以及如权利要求1~11中任一项所述的固定构件,所述固定构件被安装在所述背板上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的设备,其中,所述固定构件包括支撑脚和支撑板,支撑脚固定设置在所述支撑板的下表面;以及
    所述背板设置有安装孔,所述支撑脚卡合在所述安装孔中。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的设备,其中,所述固定构件的支撑板下表面设置有定位栓;以及
    背板上与所述定位栓相对的区域设置有定位孔,所述定位孔与所述定位栓相适配。
  15. 根据权利要求12~14中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述固定构件的支撑板具有导向槽,所述固定构件的第二夹持件安装在所述导向槽中,并且所述第二夹持件与所述固定构件的第一夹持件间的距离可调;以及
    其中所述背板上与所述导向槽相对的区域设置有背孔,所述第二夹持件的端部穿过所述背孔。
  16. 一种显示装置,包括电路板,以及用于固定所述电路板的如权利要求12~15中任一项所述的安装电路板的设备。
