本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于自动终端的可移动桅杆和装载设备的组件,该组件包括:桅杆,该桅杆具有与两个竖直元件,所述两个竖直元件在其底端与至少一个底部水平元件以及至少一个支撑板实现相互连接;升降装置,所述升降装置包括升降传动带和配重,所述升降装置被配置为沿桅杆垂直移动装载设备;支架,所述桅杆从底部水平元件连接到所述支架上,其中桅杆电机和升降电机相互紧挨着连接到支架;并且其中支架被连接到容纳桅杆传动带的底部导轨上,使得当桅杆传动带运动时,桅杆沿着底部导轨水平地运动。

相反,本申请涵盖任何由权利要求定义的在本申请的精髓和范围上做的替代、修改、等效方法以及方案。进一步,为了使公众对本申请有更好的了解,在下文对本申请的细节描述中,详尽描述了一些特定的细节部分。对本领域技术人员来说没有这些细节部分的描述也可以完全理解本申请。
本实用新型的移动桅杆组件适合于移动容器,优选地适合于移动自动终端内的杂货箱。该组件特别适用于在终端内移动杂货箱100(箱体盒子),通过至少一个内部控制台505将它们递送到用户,以及通过桅杆400和装载设备200 的至少一个内部控制台505装入其他订单,即桅杆400和装载设备200的组件将杂货箱100移动到终端内的预定存储架上。存储架上在是指两个架子柱403 之间的位置,在该位置,杂货箱100可以由架子柱403的架子柱导轨503支撑。
图1和2示出了终端1的一般概念。终端1优选地具有两排架子柱403,它们形成用于容器(优选为杂货箱)的存储架。桅杆400和装载设备200的组件在两行架子柱403之间的底部导轨402(见图2)上移动。在两行架子柱403的末端具有有一个隔离室507,该隔离室507具有一个面向通道的出入口508,桅杆400和装载设备200的组件在该通道中移动。出入口508的尺寸应使得装载设备可以通过出入口(图2中所示的508)放入或取出容器(优选为杂货箱)。终端1具有在终端1外部打开的内部控制台门506(在图1中)。内部控制台门 506的位置使得当用户打开门时,用户可以直接通过出入口508拿到装载设备 200放入内部控制台505的杂货箱100。图2还示出了用于支撑桅杆400和装载设备200的组件的顶部导轨504。
图3示出了可移动的桅杆400组件。该组件包括桅杆400,该桅杆400包括两个竖直元件417,两个竖直元件417至少在上端和下端通过底部水平元件 422彼此连接。另外,两个竖直元件417可以通过一个或以上支撑板410彼此连接。竖直元件417的下端连接到底部水平元件422,底部水平元件422连接到底部导轨402的支架405的顶部表面上,从而将桅杆400连接到支架405。在支架 405的内表面上设有驱动滚轮406,其使支架405能够在底部导轨402上平滑地移动。驱动滚轮406覆盖有聚氨酯层,以确保沿着机器的寿命和静音运动。根据给定桅杆400需要承载的负载,桅杆400可具有不同数量的驱动滚轮406。驱动滚轮406以易于更换的方式安装在支架405上。
图4A和图4B示出了连接到杂货箱100上的装载设备200。装载设备200 从上方连接在杂货箱100上,这样杂货箱100就可以通过围绕在杂货箱100上的边缘的箱体框架101连接到装载设备200的下方。
桅杆400具有升降装置,升降装置使装载设备200沿桅杆400竖直移动。升降装置包括两个竖直元件417,其中一个更靠近装载设备200的竖直元件417 也是一个用于装载设备200的直线导轨407。配重409也连接到升降传动带408。配重409位于两个竖直元件417之间,两个竖直元件417之间有凹槽来引导配重409运动并防止配重409晃动。两个竖直元件417与支撑板410相互连接,使桅杆400具有刚性。升降装置的动力传递是通过在竖直元件417之间运行的升降传动带408实现的。升降驱动电机411位于桅杆驱动电机404旁边。升降传动带系统的所有从动轮412都是可调节的,以使传动带尽可能线性地运动。传动带张紧度可以在沿着装载设备200的直线导轨移动的装载设备200的支架板413上调节。升降传动带408的两端安装到装载设备200的支架板413。
仍然参考图3和图4a,b,桅杆驱动电机404位于桅杆400上,并且随桅杆400一起移动。桅杆400的下部包括一个支架405,桅杆400通过该支架405 连接到底部导轨402和桅杆传动带423(如图5所示)。
图5更详细地示出了底部导轨402的支架405。底部导轨402的支架405 被配置为沿着底部导轨402移动,该底部导轨402安装在终端1的底板上,使得该底部导轨402平行于至少一排架子柱403延伸。最优选地,将底部导轨402 安装在两排存储架之间的过道中的底板上,如图2所示。支架405在其两侧内部容纳有传动带系统419的驱动辊420,动力通过该驱动辊420传输到桅杆传动带423。在一些实施例中,桅杆400能够沿着终端1的底部导轨402移动到预定位置,并且装载设备200同时竖直地移动到预定高度,以从终端1内的架子上取出或放入杂货箱100,或从终端1的内部控制台505取出或放入杂货箱100。
驱动系统使用欧米茄(Omega)型传动带布线,以确保最大数量的传动带齿连接到驱动辊420,并使传动带尽可能接近桅杆400的底部导轨402。两个驱动辊420都是可调节的,以确保传动带沿着机器的整个长度尽可能线性运行。底部导轨402的末端是橡胶缓冲器421,用于在发生故障时停止桅杆400。
在图5中,示出了两个竖直元件417连接到支架405的底部水平元件422 的一侧。在底部导轨402的一端有传动带张紧系统418和桅杆400的起始位置传感器415。
在桅杆400的上端有上支撑滚轮414,上支撑滚轮414沿着顶部导轨504 驱动,顶部导轨504固定在容器的顶部,以防止桅杆400横向移动。这些上支撑滚轮414允许轻松调整桅杆400,以确保桅杆400完美地位于架子之间桅杆400 的通过的中央。
在桅杆400的上方还装有一个可以看到装载设备的相机416。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于零售商品自动终端的组件,其特征在于,所述组件包括:
桅杆(400),所述桅杆(400)具有两个竖直元件(417),所述两个竖直元件(417)的底端通过至少一个底部水平元件(422)以及至少一个支撑板(410)实现相互连接;
升降装置,其包括升降传动带(408)和配重(409),所述升降装置能够沿所述桅杆(400)竖直移动装载设备(200);
支架(405),所述桅杆(400)通过所述底部水平元件(422)连接到所述支架(405)上,桅杆驱动电机(404)和升降驱动电机(411)在所述支架(405)上相邻设置;
所述支架(405)连接在安装有桅杆传动带(423)的底部导轨(402)上,使得当所述桅杆传动带(423)移动时,所述桅杆(400)沿着所述底部导轨(402)水平移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述支架(405)安装了包括多个驱动辊(420)的传动带系统(419),并且所述驱动辊(420)与所述桅杆传动带(423)接触,从而将动力传递至所述桅杆传动带(423)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述配重(409)位于两个所述竖直元件(417)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述桅杆(400)具有连接到其上端的上支撑滚轮(414),所述上支撑滚轮(414)能够沿着所述终端的与所述底部导轨(402)平行的顶部导轨(504)滚动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述装载设备(200)的上表面通过悬挂支架(401)连接至所述桅杆(400)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述装载设备(200)能够从上方连接到杂货箱(100)上。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,所述桅杆(400)能够沿着所述终端的所述底部导轨(402)移动到预定位置,并且所述装载设备(200)同时竖直地移动到预定高度,以从所述终端内的架子上取出或放入杂货箱(100),或从所述终端的内部控制台(505)取出或放入杂货箱(100)。
8.一种用于零售商品自动终端的组件,其特征在于,所述组件包括:
桅杆(400),所述桅杆(400)具有两个竖直元件(417),两个所述竖直元件(417)的底端通过至少一个底部水平元件(422)以及至少一个支撑板(410)实现相互连接;
桅杆(400)具有连接到其上端的上支撑滚轮(414),所述上支撑滚轮(414)能够沿着所述终端的与底部导轨(402)平行的顶部导轨(504)滚动;
升降装置,其包括位于所述两个竖直元件(417)之间的升降传动带(408)和配重(409),所述升降装置能够通过悬挂支架(401)竖直移动连接到所述桅杆(400)上的装载设备(200);
支架(405),所述桅杆(400)通过所述底部水平元件(422)连接到所述支架(405)上,桅杆驱动电机(404)和升降驱动电机(411)在所述支架(405)上相邻设置;
所述支架(405)被连接到所述终端的所述底部导轨(402)上,所述底部导轨(402)安装有桅杆传动带(423);
所述支架(405)上装有传动带系统(419),所述传动带系统(419)包括多个与所述桅杆传动带(423)接触的驱动辊(420),从而将动力传递给所述桅杆传动带(423),
因此,当所述桅杆传动带(423)移动时,所述桅杆(400)沿着所述底部导轨(402)水平移动。
