具体实施方式
本实用新型涉及织物片、复合织物、其构造方法和用途,该用途包括但不限于用作胸罩中的组件。在优选形式中,胸罩是成型胸罩,其可以是已知为一件式成型胸罩的类型。
参考图1,示出了织物片1。织物片可以具有大范围的尺寸,并且可以被修剪或切割以便后续用于特定目的或应用。例如,它可以作为卷材提供。
织物片包括针织的第一纱2和针织的第二纱3。针织的第一纱2优选地限定织物片1的第一正面2A。针织的第二纱3优选地限定与第一正面2A相对的第二正面3A。优选地,这两个纱是所述织物片的仅有纱。第一纱2优选为针织纱。第二纱3也是针织纱。
第一纱2和第二纱3机械连接。这可以通过例如工业上众所周知的针织工艺来实现。用于连接第一和第二纱的针织可以是经编和/或纬编。在图12 中可以看到该构造的一个例子。优选不使用粘合剂将纱连接在一起。
第一纱包括热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)弹性单丝。第一纱优选仅由该单丝组成。
这可以在图3中的横截面中看到,其中示出了单丝6。单丝仍然是单丝,而不是纺成多个单丝的纱以形成复丝纱。所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体单丝优选为美国专利US9688805中所述的种类,具体地,所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体单丝由包含以下各项的反应产物的树脂制成:(i)羟基封端的聚酯中间体,其衍生自二羧酸和至少两种亚烷基二醇的共混物,其中两种所述亚烷基二醇的数均分子量相差至少20%;(ii)二异氰酸酯,和(iii)直链亚烷基二醇扩链剂;其中所述树脂的重均分子量至少为600,000;并且其中所述树脂进一步与以下试剂反应:(iv)包含聚亚烷基醚二醇和二异氰酸酯的反应产物的试剂。可以使用商标X4zolTM–J的纤维。它是制造方式与弹性纤维(elastane)不同的TPU 弹性体单丝。它可以通过熔融挤出方法生产,该方法不需要使用溶剂。2017 年6月27日公布的US9688805的全部内容通过引用并入本文。优选地,如本文要求保护的第一纱的单丝定义为2017年6月27日公布的US9688805的权利要求中的熔纺纤维,具体地,所述熔纺纤维由包含以下各项的反应产物的树脂制成:(i)羟基封端的聚酯中间体,其衍生自二羧酸和至少两种亚烷基二醇的共混物,其中两种所述亚烷基二醇的数均分子量相差至少20%;(ii)二异氰酸酯,和(iii)直链亚烷基二醇扩链剂;其中所述树脂的重均分子量至少为600,000;并且其中所述树脂进一步与以下试剂反应:(iv)包含聚亚烷基醚二醇和二异氰酸酯的反应产物的试剂;其中所述纤维的重均分子量至少为 700,000。在一个实施方式中,组分(iv)衍生自包含聚四亚甲基醚二醇的聚亚烷基醚二醇。在一个实施方式中,组分(iv)衍生自包含亚甲基二苯基二异氰酸酯的二异氰酸酯。在一个实施方式中,组分(i)衍生自包含己二酸的羧酸。在一个实施方式中,组分(i)衍生自1,4-丁二醇和1,6-己二醇的混合物,两者以重量计混合比为25:75至75:25。在一个实施方式中,组分(ii)包含亚甲基二苯基二异氰酸酯。在一个实施方式中,组分(iii)包含1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇或其组合。
第二纱可包括选自天然纤维的纤维。例如,该纤维可以是棉或羊毛。
或者,第二纱可包括人造纤维。人造纤维可以是尼龙、聚酯或腈纶。第二纱可以由这些材料的共混物制成。
第二纱可以自身呈现为复丝。它可以由单一类型纤维的纱制成,或由纤维共混物的纱制成。或者它可以由单丝制成。第二纱的旦尼尔数可以约在20 旦尼尔和350旦尼尔之间。
第一纱单丝的旦尼尔数可以在20旦尼尔至50旦尼尔之间。
图1的织物片可用于构造图4中所示的复合织物10。该复合织物优选地包括两个图1的片,如图4所示,它们以彼此重叠的关系连接。仅用于说明目的,图4示出了第一片1A从第二织物片1B上剥离。如图4所示,两个织物片1A和1B通过所述片的彼此面对的第一正面2A和2B粘合在一起。第二正面3A和3B限定复合织物10的相对的面向外的表面。
这两个片1A和1B在下文将要描述的过程中粘合。
参考图4-6,片1可以用在织物复合材料中。在优选形式中,这通过将两个片1A和1B以其第一正面压在一起来实现。这意味着一个片的第一纱压在相同材料的另一个片的第一纱上。参见图4-6。该过程可能涉及将两个织物片背靠背放置,其第一织物层彼此接触。可以采用第一固结步骤,并且可以涉及使用如图7所示的压力机20。
将两个片1A和1B放置在压力机中,然后向两个片1A和1B施加压力以将它们粘合在一起。这种粘合可以是弱粘合,以便随后将固结片放入另一个压力机或进行压制操作。这种弱粘合使所述片结合,使得它们在下一步加热时不会彼此滑离。可以在结合的片的底部和顶部上放置纸片,以避免污垢粘附在结合的织物的表面上。
可将如图8所示的如此的固结片1C从压力机20中取出并放置在压力机 21中。
压力机21可以是如下的压力机,其可以向固结片施加压力和/或热以进一步将它们固结在一起。它可以是电动压力机。固结将使两个片1A和1B熔融粘合在一起。特别地,是两个片的正面2A和2B熔融粘合在一起。在每个片的第一和第二纱之间没有熔融粘合。只有第一纱熔融粘合在一起。
如在前一步骤中那样,可以使用纸片来避免污垢粘附到结合的织物/新织物的表面上。
在一个优选形式中,可以将一个成型插件23放置在片(例如,如图9 所示的片1A)的第二纱的外表面上的所需位置。该插件可以由薄的材料制成,例如纸板或硅或金属。该插件具有预选形状(并且可以包括内部切口)并且放置在固结片的适当部分上,使得当压力机对固结片施加热和/或压力时,插件23被困在压力机和固结片之间以便对它所在的区域施加额外的压力。这将导致该区域的材料在压制过程中变得更加紧凑。结果是产生了压印,如图中所示的区域B。这样就形成了具有浮雕/压印区域的织物。这还可能伴随有纱的纹理变化,使得图案在纹理及光学上与该片的第二纱的外表面的其他部分不同。这种纹理变化可以导致视觉外观的变化。
第一纱可以是白色,这是X4zolTM-J的颜色,而第二纱可以是任何颜色,这取决于用于构造第二纱的纤维材料。
不管在热压期间所结合织物的任何部分是否被硅树脂片覆盖,两个片都由此通过熔融而热粘合在一起,形成具有其自身技术特征的新织物。
一旦按压,就可以从模具中取出压制的片1D并随后例如沿着切割线26 切割以去掉用作诸如胸罩之类的内衣的部分的组件。作为示例,组件28可以具有限定胸罩的罩杯和/或肩带和胸带的部分的形状。例如,切割组件可以以 3D方式成型以成形为罩杯。胸罩是可以使用本文所述的复合织物构造的服装的一个例子。此后,可以通过任何常用方法缝制或附接胸罩的钩/眼/带。如果需要,可以通过任何常规方法将装饰织物或其它组件缝合或连接在复合织物的顶部。可以设想,装饰织物可以围绕胸罩的周边折叠,以覆盖胸罩的周边以获得更光滑的边缘。
以这种方式构造的复合织物和从织物上切下的组件可以不需要进行任何来防止或减少边缘处材料的磨损的边缘覆盖步骤。即使在通过不同的常用方法(例如机械切割器、剪刀、超声波、激光切割器)切割后,如此成形的新织物的边缘也不会磨损。单丝层已经熔融并熔合在一起,这有助于防止磨损,因为在第一织物层(即单丝层)熔融后其他纱不能解开。
由于两块片是通过熔融热粘合在一起,因此复合织物具有其自身的技术特性。这些特性可能主要取决于第二纱的材料是什么。
针织的第一纱的单丝的熔融粘合改变了特性,但复合织物在所有方向上仍保持弹性。
在前面的描述中,提及具有已知等同物的元件或整体,然后包括这样的等同物,就如同它们被单独列出一样。
尽管已经通过示例并参考特定实施方式描述了本实用新型,但是应该理解,在不脱离本实用新型的范围或精神的情况下,可以进行修改和/或改进。

Claims (12)

1.一种织物片,其特征在于,所述织物片包括:
a.针织的第一纱,其用于限定所述片的第一正面并包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性单丝,
b.针织的第二纱,其用于限定所述片的相对的第二正面并且包括纤维,将所述第二纱与所述第一纱一起针织以使所述第一纱和所述第二纱连接在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的织物片,其特征在于,所述第二纱包括选自人造纤维的纤维。
3.如权利要求1所述的织物片,其特征在于,所述第二纱包括选自尼龙、聚酯和腈纶中的一种的纤维。
4.如权利要求1所述的织物片,其特征在于,所述第二纱包括选自天然纤维的纤维。
5.如权利要求1所述的织物片,其特征在于,所述第二纱包括选自棉和羊毛中的一种的纤维。
6.如权利要求1所述的织物片,其特征在于,所述第一纱由热塑性聚氨酯弹性单丝组成。
7.如权利要求1所述的织物片,其特征在于,所述第一纱是由热塑性聚氨酯弹性单丝组成的针织纱。
8.一种复合织物,其特征在于,所述复合织物包括第一层权利要求1所述的织物片和第二层权利要求1所述的织物片,所述第二层用其第一纱与所述第一层的第一纱熔融粘合。
9.如权利要求8所述的复合织物,其特征在于,所述复合织物通过向所述第一层和第二层施加压力和热以将它们压在一起并使它们粘合在一起而形成。
10.如权利要求8所述的复合织物,其特征在于,当所述第一层和第二层被压在一起时,所述第一层和第二层的第二板层中的至少一个具有通过在压印区域施加比非压印区域更大的压力而产生的压印区域。
11.如权利要求8所述的复合织物,其特征在于,已经压印的织物表面具有与未如此压印的区域不同的纹理。
12.一种复合织物,其特征在于,所述复合织物由第一层织物片和第二层织物片组成,所述第一层织物片包括:
a.针织的第一纱,其用于限定所述片的第一正面并包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性单丝,
b.针织的第二纱,其用于限定所述片的相对的第二正面并包括纤维,所述第二纱与所述第一纱一起针织以使所述第一纱和所述第二纱连接在一起,
所述第二层织物片包括:
c.针织的第一纱,其用于限定所述片的第一正面并包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性单丝,
d.针织的第二纱,其用于限定所述片的相对的第二正面并且包括纤维,所述第二纱与所述第一纱针织以使所述第一纱和所述第二纱连接在一起,
所述第二层用其第一纱与所述第一层的第一纱熔融粘合。
