Abstract
本实用新型涉及桌子及沙发用腿部运动器材,在空壳(10)内竖立有以对角形式竖立的踏板(20),并安装踏板下部滚轮(100)和踏板侧边滚轮(50),另外,配备高弹力橡皮带(30a)和带绳(30b),只要用腿一推就很容易做运动,从而是可以锻炼腿部和大腿内侧的器材。本方式为脚后跟位于对角方向的踏板(20)的下部,以沿着直线方向推的方式实现膝盖的最低限度的升降动作,因此那些现有的利用旋转方式的器材上下移动幅度较大,从而可以消除通常在低的桌子下面通过移动椅子来进行运动的不便,可以调整踏板(20)的倾斜度,根据不同的身体结构方便地调整使用。另外,可以调整橡皮带的弹力,让老弱者和健壮的成年人均可以使用,而且可以随意移动,是运动最方便的器材。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及腿部运动,更详细而言,涉及一种在空壳内竖立有以对角形式竖立的踏板,在底面和侧面附着滚轮(圆形旋转体),并且通过安装高弹力橡皮带,只要用腿一推就很容易做运动,从而是锻炼腿部和大腿内侧的器材。本方式为脚后跟位于对角方向的踏板的下部,以沿着直线方向推的方式实现膝盖最低限度的升降动作,那些现有的利用旋转方式的器材上下移动幅度较大,通常只能把椅子从低桌子底下移开并做运动,因此本方式可消除通过现有器材做运动时带来的不便,并且可以调整对角踏板的倾斜度,从而可根据不同的身体结构方便地调整使用。
另外,可以调整橡皮带的弹力,让老弱者和健壮的成年人均可以使用。而且可以随意移动,是运动最方便的器材。
背景技术
运动是人们维持健康的必要条件。运动包括室外步行、跑步、登山等各种运动。
但这些运动的缺点在于,需要专门抽出时间,而且遇到恶劣的天气将无法做到。特别是,对专注于学业的考生们来说,抽出时间运动是非常困难的现实。因此,室内运动器材可以说是非常必要的。以往的室内运动器材,有室内自行车、跑步机、小型自行车等各种器材,但都使用旋转的方式或具有另外的大主体,因此旋转半径高,一般在低桌子下会碰到膝盖,只能把器材移到桌子外面做运动,存在这样的不方便,并且有使运动器材旋转的负担。而且存在的问题在于,想要在沙发上舒服地看电视时,那些大主体的器材存在不方便,从而不会做运动。

实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了解决由上述现有的大主体的器材或旋转方式的运动器材中出现的问题而发明出来的,作为现有的室内运动器材,虽然有室内自行车、跑步机、小型自行车等各种器材,但都使用旋转方式或者具有另外的大主体,因此旋转半径高,一般在低桌子下会碰到膝盖,需要把器材移到桌子外面做运动,存在这样的不方便,并且有使运动器材旋转的负担。而且存在的问题在于,想要在沙发上舒服地看电视时,那些大主体的器材存在不方便,因此不会做运动。
在空壳体内竖立着以对角的形式竖立的踏板,在底面和侧面安装滚轮,并且配备了高弹力橡皮带,只要用腿一推就很容易做运动,从而使可锻炼腿部和大腿内侧的器材。本方式为脚后跟位于对角方向的踏板的下部,以沿着直线方向推的方式实现膝盖最低限度的升降动作,因此即使在低桌子下面做运动,也不会碰到膝盖,通过在沙发上做一些简单的推动作,就可以最舒适的方式做运动。另外,可以调整对角踏板的倾斜度,可根据各种不同的身体结构方便地调整使用,而且可以调整橡皮带的弹力,使老弱者和健壮的成年人均可以使用。
竖立着对角方向的踏板,在底面和侧面安装滚轮,并且配备了高弹力橡皮带,通过简单地沿着直线方向推、拉的方式,对于腿部和大腿运动非常有效,不仅可以在低桌子下面做运动,而且还可以坐在沙发上看电视时也方便运动,因此解决了现有室内运动器材不能解决的问题,有利于国民的健康。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,更详细地说明本实用新型。
图7是示出通过现有的旋转式腿部运动器材在低桌子下面做运动时膝盖会碰到桌子从而不方便做运动的形态。
因此,在桌子下面做运动时,需要最大限度地降低膝盖的上扬幅度,以达到运动效果。
图3是示出图1和图2组合的形态。图1是空壳体,图2是可以向对角方向移动的踏板的整体的形态。
图3中在壳体10内放入踏板20,在踏板20上放置脚并沿着直线方向推动即可。图2中,在踏板20下部安装踏板下部滚轮100,两侧安装踏板侧边滚轮50,在踏板下部和两侧配备前面高弹力橡皮带30a,在位于踏板后面的踏板支架150下部安装踏板支架下部滚轮110,从而成为当放入图1的壳体10并放置脚时能够移动的形态。
另外,在图2的踏板20下部和两侧配备高弹力橡皮带30a和橡皮带连接绳30b,当用脚推动踏板20时,产生因皮筋的弹力而反弹的性质,而且由于安装了踏板脚后跟支架21和后面高弹力橡皮带31,必要时可以做腿部向后拉的运动。
另外,为了适应各自不同的身体结构,在踏板支架150安装了调整系统,以便能够进行上下移动,从而增加了便利性。
对其进行具体说明如下。
首先,当松解踏板支架高度调整把手120,并拆卸调整把手固定螺栓130时,支架上部插入支架下部,从而可以移动,并且在将其下降一个档位时,在支架上部形成的调整把手固定螺栓孔140中,插入踏板支架高度调整把手螺栓130,加以固定。在这种情况下,踏板侧边滚轮50下降,需要将滚轮调整成水平状态,因此当解开滚轮固定十字螺栓51,将侧边滚轮调整移动用长孔52对准标示刻度53而向下移动时,实现水平,从而能够使得顺利地移动踏板。
另外,当在踏板20上安装指压板90而做运动时,可以刺激脚底,当通过将壳体的固定绳80绑在壳体而固定壳体并做运动时,配备壳体固定绳托架70,以便防止被推出,从而增加了便利。
图3是通过在图1的壳体10内放入两套图2的踏板20套装而组装的形态。利用通过推动踏板前后移动的方法,达到运动效果。为此,将配备一个高弹力橡皮带30a和橡皮带连接绳30b,如图4所示,橡皮带连接绳30b通过带绳支架40连接于张力调整装置60,并缠绕于在张力调整装置圆柱体61内部设置的8个隔间,当按顺时针旋转360度时,调整装置圆柱螺栓62插入螺旋线圈63内,从而橡皮带连接绳30b缩短,张力变强,并以这种程度在推力上产生制动,从而难以移动,产生更多的运动效果。相反,如果按逆时针方向旋转张力调整装置60,则张力调整装置圆柱螺栓62向螺旋线圈63外部凸出,从而导致连接在橡皮带30a的橡皮带连接绳30b被松开,从而相当于这种程度的张力减弱,以减轻推动踏板的力量,使得运动起来更轻松和舒适。
图5是示出从后面观看时的形态的图。其原理是在后面也与前面同样的方式,安装在踏板20的后面橡皮带31通过橡皮带孔32连接到橡皮带连接带33,通过橡皮带连接绳支架34与张力调整装置35相连接,缠绕在调整装置内部的分别划分的隔间,通过调整装置圆柱螺栓37和螺旋线圈38调整橡皮带的的张力。
图6以图的方式示出了针对踏板20移动方式的变化的例子。在侧边设置移动支架200来代替图3中示出的踏板侧边滚轮50方式,在壳体10的侧边形成移动支架长孔300,呈现出移动支架200通过长孔300可移动的形态。
如上所述,可以通过多种形式进行可以移动对角方向的踏板20的方法和张力的调整。
Claims (6)
1.桌子及沙发用腿部运动器材,其中,
在空壳体(10)内有对角的踏板(20),踏板(20)底面安装固定滚轮(100),侧面设置有可调整角度的侧边滚轮(50),踏板后面有可以上下调整的踏板支架(150),支架下部安装有滚轮(110),因此可以沿着前后直线方向进行动作,安装在踏板(20)前面的前面高弹力橡皮带(30a)和安装在后面的后面高弹力橡皮带(31),分别安装于壳体(10)的前面和后面,从而可以往返运动,前面高弹力橡皮带(30a)和后面高弹力橡皮带(31)连接在设置于壳体(10)的前面和后面的前面张力调整装置(60)和后面张力调整装置(35),因此可以调整张力,另外,踏板(20)的表面附着有指压踏板,从而可以脚底进行指压,利用壳体固定绳(80)将壳体(10)固定在沙发下面的框架或椅子的腿,运动时避免壳体被推到前方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桌子及沙发用腿部运动器材,其中,
针对可调整角度的踏板侧边滚轮(50),解开侧边滚轮固定十字螺栓(51),沿着侧边滚轮调整移动用长孔(52)按显示刻度(53)移动,从而调整角度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的桌子及沙发用腿部运动器材,其中,
针对踏板后面的可上下调整的踏板支架(150),将踏板支架高度调整把手(120)按逆时针方向转动松解,并拆卸踏板支架高度调整把手固定螺栓(130),之后沿着固定螺栓孔(140)移动,从而可进行上下调整。
4.根据权利要求1所述的桌子及沙发用腿部运动器材,其中,
针对设置在壳体(10)的张力调整装置(60、35),与安装于踏板(20)的高弹力橡皮带(30a、31)相连接的橡皮带连接绳(30b、33)连接在调整装置(60、35),因此缠绕在调整装置圆柱体(61,36)内部设置的每个隔间,如果按顺时针方向旋转360度,则调整装置圆柱螺栓(62、35)插入到螺旋线圈(63、38)内,从而缩短了橡皮带连接绳(30b、33),张力变强,如果按逆时针方向旋转,则调整装置圆柱螺栓(62、37)从螺旋线圈(63、38)凸出,因此连接在橡皮带(31a、31)的橡皮带连接绳(30b、33)将被松解,从此张力变弱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的桌子及沙发用腿部运动器材,其中,
通过安装踏板侧边移动支架(200)来代替用于移动踏板(20)的踏板侧边滚轮(50)的方式,在壳体(10)的侧面形成踏板侧边移动支架长孔(300),可以使踏板(20)沿着长孔(300)以移动支架(200)为轴进行移动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的桌子及沙发用腿部运动器材,其中,
在空壳体(10)内竖立着对角的踏板(20),在壳体内设置有可移动的装置,并且设置有张力装置,从而可进行前后往返运动。
