鉴于上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种镗铣床用工件压紧装置，设置在工作台上，包括固定在工作台上的左、右两个导柱1，两个导柱1之间架设有一横梁 2，该横梁2在两个导柱1上的高度位置可调整；所述的横梁2上设有一液压油缸3，该液压油缸3的伸缩杆4头端向下穿过横梁2后固定一压板；所述的压板一端下部设有垫块结构5，待加工件6位于压板的另一端下部，垫块结构5与工件6高度相匹配。
进一步地，所述的导柱1分为上下两部分，下部为柱体状结构，上部为长方体板状结构，该板状结构上设有高度不同的通孔7；同时对应的横梁2两端为一对相对的凸起夹边，一对夹边上设有一组通孔，该组通孔与导柱1上的通孔7配合固定，可实现横梁在导柱1上高度位置可调整。
进一步地：在工作台上，待加工件的底部以及垫块结构的底部分别设有一凹进卡槽，该卡槽的表面上设有一层带有多个凸起的橡胶层，工件的底部与垫块结构的底部均与该橡胶层接触；另在压板的两端下端面与工件、垫块结构接触地方分别设有一橡胶层。
