本实用新型公开了一种用于高耐磨橡胶大底生产的新型密炼机,包括密炼机本体,密炼机本体上端有进料口、下端贯有出料口,进料口上设有液压推缸和可驱动的压砣,压砣与进料口的外形相匹配;密炼机本体由进料通道、密炼室、水冷层和吸尘装置构成,进料通道内设有转轮叶片,密炼室内设有转子,水冷层设置在密炼室外侧,水冷层一侧设有进水口和出水口,吸尘装置的吸尘箱体通过吸尘管道与进料通道连通。本实用新型进料口上方可通过液压推缸驱动的压砣盖紧进料口,避免扬尘飞散。转轮叶片可以对进料口内的原胶进行切割,有效提高密炼效率。吸尘装置能有效吸附和过滤密炼室内的扬尘。密炼机本体底部的底部通道内的卸料门和顶栓等使卸料更便捷。

背景技术
密闭式练胶机简称密炼机,又称捏炼机,主要用于橡胶的塑炼和混炼。密炼机是一种设有一对特定形状并相对回转的转子、在可调温度和压力的密闭状态下间隙性地对聚合物材料进行塑炼和混炼的机械,主要由密炼室、转子、转子密封装置、加料压料装置、卸料装置、传动装置及机座等部分组成。
现有技术中,没有专门用于高耐磨橡胶大底生产的密炼机,普通的密炼机在生产过程中会出现无法对原胶进行切割,没有专门正对投料口的防尘措施等等的问题。
实用新型内容
为解决上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的是在于提供一种结构简单、有效避免扬尘、提高密炼效率的用于高耐磨橡胶大底生产的新型密炼机。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:用于高耐磨橡胶大底生产的新型密炼机,包括密炼机本体,所述密炼机本体上端中部贯通连接有进料口,所述密炼机本体的下端贯通连接有出料口,所述进料口上方设有固定的液压推缸,所述液压推缸的下端设有可驱动的压砣,所述压砣与进料口的外形相匹配;所述密炼机本体由进料通道、密炼室、水冷层和吸尘装置构成,所述进料通道内设有转轮叶片,所述密炼室内设有转子,所述水冷层设置在密炼室外侧,所述水冷层一侧设有进水口和出水口,所述吸尘装置的吸尘箱体通过吸尘管道与进料通道连通。
优选的,所述进料通道的内侧固定安装有加热层。
优选的,所述密炼机本体底部设有底部通道,所述底部通道的末端设置有顶栓,所述顶栓底部连接千斤顶,所述底部通道的一侧设有倾斜向下的出料口,所述底部通道里面设置有与所述出料口的轴线垂直的隔板,所述隔板中间设置有通孔,所述出料口中设置有能伸入所述通孔中的阀体,所述阀体连接卸料阀杆,所述阀体的前端具有锥形头。
优选的,所述吸尘箱体内部设有吸风机,所述吸尘管道依次设置有颗粒过滤芯、纳米过滤芯和纳米复合高效率芯。
本实用新型的有益效果:进料口上方可通过液压推缸驱动的压砣能在投料后盖紧进料口,有效避免扬尘飞散。进料通道内的转轮叶片可以对进料口内的原胶进行切割,有效提高密炼效率。吸尘装置能有效吸附密炼室内的扬尘,同时吸尘管道对扬尘进行有效过滤。密炼机本体底部的底部通道内的卸料门和顶栓等使卸料更便捷。

如图1所示,用于高耐磨橡胶大底生产的新型密炼机,包括密炼机本体1,密炼机本体1上端中部贯通连接有进料口2,密炼机本体1的下端贯通连接有出料口3,进料口2上方设有固定的液压推缸4,液压推缸4的下端设有可驱动的压砣5,压砣5与进料口2的外形相匹配.密炼机本体1由进料通道6、密炼室7、水冷层8和吸尘装置构成,进料通道6内设有转轮叶片10,密炼室7内设有转子11,水冷层8设置在密炼室7外侧,水冷层8一侧设有进水口12和出水口13,吸尘装置的吸尘箱体9通过吸尘管道14与进料通道6连通。进料通道6的内侧固定安装有加热层15。密炼机本体1底部设有底部通道16,底部通道16的末端设置有顶栓17,顶栓17底部连接千斤顶18,底部通道16的一侧设有倾斜向下的出料口3,底部通道16里面设置有与出料口3的轴线垂直的隔板19,隔板19中间设置有通孔,的出料口3中设置有能伸入通孔中的阀体20,的阀体20连接卸料阀杆21,的阀体20的前端具有锥形头。吸尘箱体9内部设有吸风机22,吸尘管道14依次设置有颗粒过滤芯23、纳米过滤芯24和纳米复合高效率芯25。
本实用新型的进料口2上方可通过液压推缸4驱动的压砣5能在投料后盖紧进料口2,有效避免扬尘飞散。进料通道6内的转轮叶片10可以对进料口2内的原胶进行切割,有效提高密炼效率。吸尘装置能有效吸附密炼室7内的扬尘,同时吸尘管道14对扬尘进行有效过滤。密炼机本体1底部的底部通道16内的卸料门和顶栓17等使卸料更便捷。

1.用于高耐磨橡胶大底生产的新型密炼机,包括密炼机本体,所述密炼机本体上端中部贯通连接有进料口,所述密炼机本体的下端贯通连接有出料口,其特征在于:所述进料口上方设有固定的液压推缸,所述液压推缸的下端设有可驱动的压砣,所述压砣与进料口的外形相匹配;所述密炼机本体由进料通道、密炼室、水冷层和吸尘装置构成,所述进料通道内设有转轮叶片,所述密炼室内设有转子,所述水冷层设置在密炼室外侧,所述水冷层一侧设有进水口和出水口,所述吸尘装置的吸尘箱体通过吸尘管道与进料通道连通。
